No lie, I was at a restaurant the other day and saw a masked lady whose remained masked until her food came. She removed her mask, ate her food and immediately masked up again after eating. It was all I could do to remain silent. Then I realized she must have a mental disorder.

At this point, the mask is a visual indicator that you should stay (much more than) six feet away.

You are making this too biologic. The Mask is the Democrat MAGA hat. Then it all becomes much clearer.

It reminds of Bill Engvall, comedian whose tagline (for stupid behavior) was тАЬHereтАЩs your signтАЭ. I appreciate that they are clearly identifying themselves!

She does have a mental disorder. For lack of a better term she is f--cked up.

Or COVID

I just had a bout if it and I wore a mask to protect people around me as much as. I could

Call me crazy

Why would you be out among the people when you're sick using a countermeasure that doesn't work?

That certainly seems crazy to me.

I wore a mask because I felt it was the best way to be a decent human being

Not being sure if I was contagious or not even though the cdc said I was cleared to me it was the safest measure I could take at the time

And to the guy who called me ignorant for caring and doing the best I can do -youтАЩre a *?***#

Doing things that don't work because of how they make you feel might not make you crazy, but your toes are in the pool.

Masks, meanwhile, took on novel roles as political statements or articles of faith employed by political leaders, organizations, public health figures and much of the population. People were even seen swimming with paper masks. Physician Margaret Harris, a member of the WHOтАЩs coronavirus response team, was quoted in an NPR column saying that тАЬthe mask is almost like a talisman,тАЭ making тАЬpeople feel more secure and protected.тАЭ

I wash my hands too- and brace yourself, I sanitize at times тАжalert the nut house - IтАЩm on my way

LOL yeah but those things actually work. Really, we knew everything we needed to know in the very very very very first commercials, which told us:

1) Wash Your Hands

2) Don't Touch Your Face (guess what masks make people do????)

3) Stay Home When You're Sick

https://idyllwildtowncrier.com/2020/03/10/stop-wash-your-hands-and-dont-touch-your-face/

It also recommends the following:

тАв Do not attend work, school or events when sick. Stay home.

тАв Cough into your elbow or tissue.

тАв Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often.

тАв Stay away from anyone who is sick.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. --- At this point, we all know what to do during this coronavirus outbreak: wash your hands, sneeze into tissues, stay home if youтАЩre sick.

I wore a fake mask pretty much the entire pandemic when required (2 layers of thin mesh) because I got Covid in November 2020. The so called experts denied the protective nature of my natural Immunity so it was my form of personal protest. Happily never vaccinated NOR reinfected.

Expand full comment

I didnтАЩt wear a mask after natural covid (not vaccine induced), unless on a plane or dr appt. My dr, who suggested the vaccine & didnтАЩt hassle me when I said no, actually took a blood test after infection to see my level of immunity. It was my line whenever people tried to tell me to mask up!

I took an antibody test a year later, still were in me blood. The 90 day nonsense was just that.

So the cdc said you were cleared but you wore the mask as a safety measure out of respect for others? Is that similar to not тАЬbelievingтАЭ in science or agreeing that the cdc may have been wrong about some things?

I knew her, she was having lunch with 3 other people I knew. She didnтАЩt have Covid. She was out to lunch with girlfriends (while I watched from another table.) She was virtue signaling.

You're not crazy, you're just ignorant. It's a virus .... not a bacterium.

I was standing in line outside waiting to get into the Tuomo in Florence before Thanksgiving . A couple was standing in front of me TRIPLE MASKED. I kid you not. He didn't appear chronically ill. I so wanted to say something but kept my mouth shut.

And that's a big part of this entire issue. Big Pharma has pushed and pushed anti depressants on the general population...providers have gone along....easy fixes they think. But we end up with a population that is not mentally clear, not making rational decisions, they have become over medicated followers.

I walked by a woman in a store today. She had a mask on... below her nose. It was cloth.
