Part of me doesn't believe much of what he says and the other part is saying, "remember, that no matter how thin you slice it, there are always two sides to every story". Putin also said that he liked as people several of our US past Presidents (did not include Biden in the list and has not spoken to him since early 2022-because Biden cannot intelligently carry on a conversation with Putin, I believe), but that our Presidents were not and are not the ones running the country.
