All of this is a head fake. None of it is legal. they're lying about the FDA authorizations, they're lying when they say you cannot use religious or health exemptions. They. Are. Lying. Do not fall for their lies. As far as Biden's "mandate", Robert Barnes has stated repeatedly that it's a testing mandate, not a vaccine mandate. There's a reason OSHA hasn't moved to write any guidelines. If and when they do, the millions of people coerced into allowing themselves to be violated because they thought they had no other options, will see just how badly they've been deceived. Yes, and finally a concerned member of our legislative branch of government has spoken the truth. Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin was on Fox recently and told the real story of Pfizer-BioNTech's FDA approval. The FDA only approved BioNTech's version of the "vaccine", Comirnaty. At the time, July, I believe, it was not even available in the U.S. The Pfizer version was, and still is under EUA. No one from Pfizer, the medical field or the government has bothered to tell the general public, so people think they are getting an FDA approved drug. Senator Johnson was the only one who even entertained the notion of alternative treatments for Covid, i.e., Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine. He is getting a lot of backlash for standing up for our right to choose. God Bless him!

No, I haven't seen that. I would love to. All I have seen is J&J asking the FDA for approval for a booster shot from another "vaccine that was supposed to require just one jab. We have to stick together. First and foremost for me, this is another abortion-tainted concoction, secondly it is not safe, and thirdly, it is violating our First Amendment rights. Since you are a doctor, you know this so-called "virus" doesn't even meet the criteria for a vaccine. You are absolutely right. Biden has to get his agenda completed to depopulate the country, kill off the elderly, make infertility a prime objective, and turn the Government totally Socialist/Communist by 2022. I believe that was a placebo shot. I don't think his administration would risk him having an adverse reaction in front of the whole country. The set set was faked to look like the Oval Office. I truly believe that these gene-altering fake vaccines are meant to decrease the world population, both by accelerating the death of the elderly, of which I am one, and causing infertility, miscarriages and stillborns. Archbishop Vigano recently released a statement that this is a concerted global effort, and he was speaking specifically of the fertility and abortion issues.

Its a strategical strike to roll out the mandate incrementally and in a way that is not going to get shut down in total by a court. Phase 1 you push mandate with no test option or exemptions to federal contractors and agencies where Biden/The Feds have unquestionable rule over. Next you tell bit don't yet put into writing officially that private companies must do mandate or expensive testing under threat of monetary penalization. At this point you do a wait and see. See how much of the private sector will comply with just the threat and nothing in writing. At this stage the Feds are unlikely to get the mandate overturned in court. After 6-12 months you will have had a sizeable percent of the private sector do the mandate without anything in writing to make it official. At this point depending on success level you either threaten again if not enough have implemented the mandate or put it in writing if enough have. Biden is less concerned about a court loss bc he's gotten buy-in from many private companies. The goal is to set that precedent that the Federal Government can without a legislative act, mandate medicating if the public.

The way Government creates new powers for itself is by using precedent. Sure it can still get challenged but once they get that precedent it's much harder to take back from the government that new power. Courts do the same thing, create rights or powers thru precedent in rulings. Its a disgusting and IMO unconstitutional thing but they've done it so much for so long that it can't be stopped so it's important to not let the government get that precedent.

Well they went with the mask mandates without question of effectiveness - they just complied. And it had the same argument - 'even though I am wearing a mask you must wear a mask to protect me' otherwise you are selfish. Now its 'even though I am vaxxed you must get vaxxed to protect me' or otherwise you are selfish. How many more Freedoms are we going to surrender to the 'do this or else you are selfish' (and we will make you pay for being selfish) argument.

The polio vaccine has caused a lot of misery in the world--I'm not talking about the Salk dead virus injectable vaccine, even with the improperly inactivated batch from one producer at first, and other batches contamination with a simian virus, which hasn't been proved to have caused cancer in humans. I'm talking about the live weakened Sabin oral polio vaccine, given in the United States from 1960 to 2000. And this is aside from outright cases of polio from the vaccine reconstituting itself in the gut and infecting the recipients and other people and creating new strains. That's almost 500,000 people suffering various degrees of paralysis from the vaccine in India, and you can imagine how many people suffered similar effects in United States over 40 years that weren't acknowledged because the doctors weren't looking for them or connecting the symptoms to the vaccine or polio, so they got misdiagnosed as other neurological problems, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, Tourette syndrome, dystonia, anxiety, etc. and often made worse by the improper treatment.

That’s how I feel. This is the first vaccine I’ve refused. After getting sick from every flu shot I’ve ever had with the last one leaving me ill and impossible to work full time, I won’t be taking any more unless the long term safety data can prove it’s actually safe. You’re so lucky you’re able to homeschool. It’s so hard for many parents to do, but hope more try. I’m so glad I no longer have school age children, but I worry for those who do and my future grandchildren.

That's unfortunate to hear about Supreme Court. In my mind, a case like that would be a landmark one. I doubt though that the Supreme Court would decide against it, because that would pretty much contradict the Nuremberg Court rulings on Nazi doctors, and would become a dangerous precedent. Anyhow, again, I'm no lawyer, but if I were one, I'd be happy to work pro-bono on that, because there is no greater cause at our lifetime.

Even when you win a case against the govt, they ignore the ruling. The FDA was sued, lost and were ordered to pay fines and change policy. They did neither. Read The Rise of Tyranny. Agencies that supposedly have no power to make law, routinely make decrees that congress then ignores or refuses to challenge so as not to upset their backers like Big Pharma.

Problem is the large companies have already crafted policy requiring the jab. My company gave me until feb 1 to get it or be suspended for up to 60 days to reconsider. I’m in a union, the union gave the company lip service, negotiated in bad faith IMO, something they always accuse the company of doing during regular contract talks. no mobilization against it at all, no vote from the members and they accepted the policy. I plan on holding out and making them suspend me at least, then I’ll have to make the final decision to leave or not. I’m interested to see how union fights for the suspended.

The anti-Nuremberg-Coders just point to numbers that are a snapshot in time, the first few months after being fully vaxxed when people are less infectious (it blocks infection for four weeks, and is useless for that after 5-6 months). When you point that out, they say that’s why you need boosters. But the CDC recommended boosters only for retirement-age folks, not regular workforce age.

Well, local governments have already been mandating medicating people for many decades in the form of fluoridated water. What's to stop the government from mandating adding low levels of lithium to water supplies? A study in Texas counties with similar demographics but higher or lower levels of natural lithium in the water found that violent crimes such as murder and and rape were much lower in the counties with higher natural lithium water concentrations, although other nonviolent crimes, like burglary, shoplifting, and auto theft we're not affected.

If you do get a vaccine though at least look at getting the one that's not mRNA based. So spot on...big corporations are 100% in the tank on all of this. Once upon a time I ran a small business that subcontracted to large government contractors. They tried to "flow down" a contract provision that required me to randomly drug test my employees. I just said, "no". If you actually thought my employees had drug problems you wouldn't want to hire us. I pushed back out of respect for my employees. Big contractor caved. We got the subcontract and we kicked ass...why...cause I gave my employees the respect they deserved. I am thankfully now out of any business interest that relies in any way on government money...we all need to think carefully about who is paying us and what those consequences may be.

The larger the corporation the worse they tend to be. I'm a free market advocate but at the same time anti large corporation bc they always end up treating employees worse than most small to medium size businesses. We in the US don't have a truly free market and tgats by design. We have a controlled market where big players often use government connections to make it hard for competition. I believe if we had a truly free market we'd not have large international corporations like we do today. Once they grew large enough that the employees became disposable assets instead of people they wouldn't last long bc a smaller more aggressive comps6would come along and take enough of the market away from them.

Our country has a history of wealthy and powerful people using the system to ensure their own success and the non-succes if any competitor that dare challenge them

And I believe that in a truly free/open market where competition is not artificially held back we'd not have these disgusting gigantic international corporations b/c a company of that size really can't function in a normal & healthy manner. As a nursing supervisor back in the day first we would give a sit down chit-chat verbal warming (hot air). It was ignored.

Next would be a written and dated warning with a chit-chat and the employee and I had to sign and date it.

When that was ignored the third notice in writing was a dismissal with cause.

Mainly because they are not being provided information and they blindly accept what is out there that is provable truth is fake news! Some conservative outlet needs to start printing out fliers with links to facts on it because of censorship and distribute like during WW1 and WWII. Sadly there will need to be an uprising (hopefully not violent but it’s a fear of mine), before some of these go-alongers wake up! People are also worn out from all of these and that’s part of the reason they are caving. They think if they just go along that life will somehow return to normal. So many of my friends are feeling that way. I’m sad I’ll be losing some of those friends but I will not back down, I just morally can’t while some feel they morally must. I get people need to keep jobs, but people still need to ask themselves, will I or my family survive if I die or suffer permanent disability when the average survival rate of this disease is about 98%?

I am struck by how Conservative Christian outlets (First Things, Lifesitenews, The Stream) have seen through this ascending evil, almost from the start. The editor of First Things, RR Reno, fended off calls for his scalp for having the temerity to cavalierly stroll around NYC, maskless, at the start of this Covid hysteria.

My frustration with Mr. Berenson's otherwise outstanding coverage of this ongoing tragedy has been his inability or unwillingness to tie all the threads together. Conspiracies really do happen. To wave these despotic, evil actions by world politicians off as the blunderings of ignorant, attention-seeking officials is wrong, I believe. We are in the midst of an evil rivaling that of Stalin, Hitler, and Mao, I fear.

Former VP of R&D at Pfizer, Dr. Mike Yeadon, claims to have evidence of a conspiracy for mass depopulation. If one was to go about implementing such a program, it would look an awful lot like what's been going on.

That's a very real possibility! I watched a video the other day with Dr. Malone and Dr. Vanden Bossche and they explained why. This was new to me, so bear with me if you already know this. They say that the shots reduce symptoms, sickness and death in the infected - and very little else. That means, the injected and infected are continuing with their daily lives, unaware that they are sick and spreading a disease they can't even tell that they have.

A recent (yet to be peer reviewed or published) article on breakthrough cases in the San Fransisco Bay area (https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.08.19.21262139) and a video on Conservative Treehouse by Dr Nathan Thompson point to the stark (for the vaccinated) reality that the jabs are wreaking havoc on active immunity, which among other things attacks cancer cells. IMHO the objective is through successive boosters to keep a large percentage of the world’s population permanently immunocompromised and in need of periodic boosters and newly patented, expensive and side effects fraught antiviral, anti cancer… the list goes on… drugs. Enter boosters and Merck’s anything but safe and less than effective than ivermectin Molnupiravir and Pfizer’s PF-07321332. This while Uttar Pradesh has demolished it’s cases curve.

For this reason, I’m afraid to be around the vaxxed. They are now the super spreaders. It’s why so many kids are now getting Delta right now. I limit where I shop now and eat. I’m also glad I work in a natural health store where most who work and shop there aren’t vaccinated, but I’m noticing the young ones afraid they’ll lose their jobs are getting the vaccine before it’s even been technically mandated! I filed a FOIL with NYS DOH requesting any records/data/evidence that supports unvaccinated people being deemed a threat to vaccinated people. I asked what new information they had to support this new status of unvaccinated people being deemed a threat. They said they have do NOT have anything to support this. They also stated “The NYSDOH has not published studies about the variability of transmission between vaccinated and unvaccinated”. So why are we being forced to vaccinate or get fired? This mandate is not based on anything.

Lawyers will have fun suing those woke corporations for the chronic health problems caused by their policies to force all employees, even those previously infected, to get the vaccine. I have two friends... both got covid, recovered and then got the vaccine on recommendation from their doctor and both have life-threatening heart muscle damage now. They were both completely healthy with zero history of heart disease in their families.

I sometimes wonder if we are going to see where companies slowly realize their more productive and least likely to be disabled group comes from the unvaccinated group who are unvaccinated for personal reasons rather than medical reasons. This could possibly be another step in the plan to destroy the economy in a controlled collapse. Let's say a year from now they've managed to get %80 or more to comply with vaccine but major adverse reactions become so prominent they can no longer cover it up and the vaccine is recalled. People begin suing private employers who unlike big pharma aren't protected from liability. This in turn destroys or at least severely damages many non international sized businesses. At this point Biden doesn't care the vaccine has been recalled bc they still got 2 wins. Plus, Walensky has now publicly stated the vaccine does not prevent infection or transmission to others. So why would any company workplace go along with a mandate? The CDC has also changed the definition of "vaccine." It no longer is defined as "preventing" infection, transmission, the spread of disease. This was my question. And the only answer I got was a that if the vaccinated are around a covid positive person they do not have to quarantine where as a unvaxxed person would have to so now they have to take off work and company has to pay. Also the unvaxxed are more likely to catch covid and be out of work. That was the answer I got. Like NYC teachers have to be vaxxed and students don’t whereas in CA students will have to be and teachers don’t. It’s all very confusing.

I teach in Calif. When FDA approves the vax for the younger students, Guv Hair Gel has mandated that the teachers be fully vaxxed or lose their jobs. Currently we are setting up to test weekly. I do not plan to comply and am saving $$$ and looking for a RED state!

An update for Washington State Employee Mandate - Yesterday was the last day to get vaxxed in time to meet Oct. 18 deadline. Latest numbers - 32% of state patrol is UNVAXXED. 37% of state workers overall UNVAXXED. The implications of this are staggering on the basic functional capacity.

There are still SOME things in life that cannot be automated or the public will no accept it...Technically - we don't need pilots to fly...most of it is fly by wire. Of course, if you happen to be that 1 in a million freak thing that requires a thinking person _ THEN YOU NEED A LIVING BREATHING PILOT. Before retiring, I used to run a small steel fabricating business. We had some welding applications that required a high level of skill using Pulse Mig welding. Over the years, I looked at trying to automate the welding process with robotics. There did not exist, and I still don't see anything, that can replace a skilled welder. Obviously, robotic welding is used in various applications but those applications typically are easy setup jobs that don't require a high degree of human skill. The point is, robotics are still oversold in my opinion. If you doubt this, just remember the last phone call you had to an automated attendant.

From my perspective as a retired surgeon, the federal government, employers ,state and local governments including school boards have not given the public standard of care informed consent regarding the “vaccination”. How can the risks,benefits and reasonable expectations be explained for a “vaccine “ based on never before utilized mRNA technology and bogusly based 6 month clinical trials ? The drug companies utilized “relative” rather than “ absolute “ statistical data (no p-value significance) and then blew up the trial data by giving the controls the “vaccine”.

Class action lawsuits should be based on criminal violations of lack of informed consent in federal court. Thousands have been harmed or injured. Courts have to hear these cases. Just find lawyers who are willing to put their reputations and livelihood on the line.

Indemnification of a product is a different can of worms than someone performing the service of an invasive medical procedure. Those performing the procedure whether by a doctor, nurse in a company or school district are required by law to give standard of care informed medical consent to a patient or employee. Just because the drug companies are indemnified doesn’t mean that flows downstream to the provider.

Whitmer did that in Michigan, giving the DHS the task of doing her bidding. People need to keep resisting as much as possible, it does move things. She recently agreed to a budget that included no mandates, mask or vaccines (we still have a Republican leg.). She has been quiet. It seems that she doesn't have the cakewalk re election bid she thought she would. The last year has been a huge waste of resources and time to very little return if any. My gut says it was a net loss.

Last year in August, the poor northern county of Alcona, asked the governor for permission to be put in the northern hospital region and were denied. They then told people to go about their normal business and ignore the gov. She isn't in a typical coastal blue state. There are a lot of redneck type hunters and fishermen here, and we aren't know (except the trout lake Traverse City area) as a place celebrities flock to. I asked a local Republican how he got elected (high union area) and he said most people are conservative and don't know it. Truth.

Corporate in-house lawyer here, you're confusing different parts of the EO. The big newsmaker was of course the private employer mandate, which is supposed to be an OSHA rule, and yes, they haven't issued it yet. Until that happens, nothing really changes for most people. But at the same time he also issued directives that covered federal contractors, and they are actually more stringent (no option for testing intead of vaxxing). My organization is not covered by that, so I haven't followed the roll-out as closely, but it seems to be moving forward.

I work for a sub-contractor to the Dept. of Energy. They are requiring all employees get vaccinated or they will consider us to have resigned. No option for testing either. I work remotely and have been to my office 6 times in 20 months. This is crazy.

So from the very start… When they flip-flopped on masks I became immediately skeptical of what was going on. Because of that skepticism I somehow came across Alex Berenson and Elgato and Ian Miller on Twitter even though I am not personally on Twitter and kept me centered knowing others were seeing what I was seeing. I have never considered myself to be an extremely intelligent person… I just tend to have common sense. In my gut nothing has felt right about this. I am a physician and we have done everything contrary to my training and past knowledge.

I tend to agree that there are a significant amount of lies and disinformation out there.

My company works for many Fortune 100 companies in Silicon Valley, and our employees are posted to their campuses due to the nature of our work. Recently, several Silicon Valley customers have told us they'll require us (as a company) to provide them with a list of the vaccination status of any employee posted to their campus.

In conversations with their lawyers, they've assured me that HIPAA and the ADA do not apply to the vaccination status of our employees. We can disclose that without fear of liability, they claimed. But, when asked for authority to support this, they cannot point to anything. There are local orders in Santa Clara County requiring them to ascertain the vaccination status of all "personnel" on their premises. But, there's nothing that relieves an employer of the confidentiality obligations under HIPAA and the ADA.

So, when I asked them to indemnify our company against the class actions for improper disclosure of medical exams (since they were so confident that HIPAA and ADA did not apply), the conversation died as did the requirement that we tattle on our employees. Not a good business strategy in most instances but better than facing a class action.

I did see a lawyer on social media who stated that if you’re mandated, and you suffer an injury, demand your employer fill out an OSHA 300 and go from there. Rather than taking a risk with injection, ask your employer to acknowledge their liability to you in the event of an adverse reaction. OSHA is playing games with liability by not requiring employers to report adverse events from their mandate, so make them responsible first. How much you wanna bet, they'll have a real issue with this?

Here in Oregon, Democrats are the only ones pushing mandates and vax passports. And have been trying to eliminate vax exemptions for several years. I used to vote Democrat all my life. No more. Straight from the government letter some other posted: "Contractor or subcontractor workplace location – means a location where covered contract employees work, including a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace."

But then a few sentences later: "Covered contractor workplace – means a location controlled by a covered contractor at which any employee of a covered contractor working on or in connection with a covered contract is likely to be present during the period of performance for a covered contract. A covered contractor workplace does not include a covered contractor employee’s residence."

Can some legal person clarify this? What does this mean for fully remote personnel?

“ Q11: How does this Guidance apply to covered contractor employees who are authorized under the covered contract to perform work remotely from their residence?

A: An individual working on a covered contract from their residence is a covered contractor employee, and must comply with the vaccination requirement for covered contractor employees, even if the employee never works at either a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace during the performance of the contract.”

Elsewhere I read that the reason is because the remote worker -might- need to go to the office sometime. I’ll try to find that source.

if an employee only goes to office infrequently, e.g. once a month, they can just test on the day they do, at least on their own cost. A negative PCR test has much more predictive value about non-infectiosness than vaccines. vaccines themselves were validated based on PCR tests. Not allowing the testing option ONLY on days they visit office should be grounds for a discrimination suite.

I was the Co chair of the patient and family advocacy counsel(a volunteer) and the hospital told me that our governor told them that the mandate extends to volunteers and I would have to step down by the first if I don't get vaccinated. 90% of the work is virtual on zoom. As co chair I not only fight for better outcomes for patients, I fight for patients rights so while my rights are being violated I will no longer be able to fight for patient rights. To top it off, I am a longterm patient at this hospital so i am physically there every month for appointments and treatments.

Also, since the only FDA approved vaccine (Cormidy?) is not yet available in the U.S., how can people be forced to receive an experimental vaccine? Most everyone involved in this tyranny has been given immunity from any legal repercussions. Would that include employers who are requiring a non-approved vaccine as a condition of employment?

Excellent question! Anyone getting a vaccine today is still getting an EUA vaccine. There are NO FDA-approved vaccines available. An employer today could be sued if they have nothing in writing from OSHA requiring them to fire people who won't take an experimental jab.

Don’t forget Southwest Air. We got the email yesterday that the government is our biggest contract and that makes us government contractors — required to get the shot or file an exemption which they will grant in ‘limited’ way, whatever that means. Sure wish one of the CEOs of these big companies had the balls to say no to this. But, as Tucker Carlson said, “Where are all the men?” As is, we will be fired. We’ve had covid. We have medical reasons for refusing. We have religious reasons for refusing. And the first moderna shot almost killed my father in law. Our broken hearts will heal but vaccine injured bodies don’t.

My emp[oyer is now requiring all US employees to upload their vaccination cards. It goes to a third-party company, ServiceNow database, https://www.servicenow.com/company/media/press-room/servicenow-cisco-enhance-contact-tracing.html where our company can contact trace people. This is all in the guise according to our CEO that people in our company want to know who is vaccinated and who isn't. As if it makes a difference, both vac and non-vac can pass the virus, insanity at its finest. Plus our CEO states that there may be"real implications" for our company if we don't comply on a Federal level. I see it as the backdoor to a national registry. When will it ever become a civil rights violation? We need GDPR laws in the US to protect our data ASAP!

He's a constitutional lawyer fighting thus ( he's suing Tyson foods over their mandate) and he may be able to provide you with some info on options you have and are unaware if. Your employer is never going to inform you of your options if they make forcing thud on you harder and their not requ5by law to tell you so you have to look into it on your own. I think many would be surprised to learn they have more options about thus than what their employer is telling them. Good luck.

Here in Montana, House Bill 702 protects against discrimination based on vaccine status. Vax requirements for employees are banned, and (I believe) mask mandates are now illegal. Obviously there's been pushback, and I don't know if state law will supersede new OSHA rules. Overall though, I'm glad as hell to live here.

DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers' vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination at least through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.

Question on the mandatory testing: who pays for that? The employer or employee? Around where I live it is getting difficult to find free testing unless you have symptoms. Also, isn’t the CDC getting rid of the tests as of the end of the year? I may have that wrong.

None of it is legal. The health department can’t quarantine the healthy. Testing of the well is a form of quarantine… as recently established in a clay county court. The twice weekly language was literally just added… right after my lawsuit was filed….

I'm a lawyer and none of this looks legal to me. But we're in different times. I'm not convinced that anyone in this administration cares one whit about legality or constitutionality.

You might have different rights, depending not only on whether your employer is a public or private entity, and on where you reside.

I'm not an employment lawyer and won't offer advice, but a bit of common sense goes a long way if you find yourself in the predicament in which your job is being threatened for noncompliance. What would I do in this situation? I would demand to be provided any written policies. I would demand that every communication from the employer on the mandate be put in writing, and put mine in writing as well. I would apply for any applicable exemptions. (I would not lie; that could give them a reason to terminate later on.) I would seek a medical evaluation and/or testing to establish baseline health status. I'd get tested again after the shots. I'd ask the employer for reimbursement of any co-pays or expenses for being medically evaluated. Above all, I would communicate unequivocably and in writing that I am submitting solely because they have required it. If I want to keep my job, I would not under any circumstances resign. If terminated, I'd demand a written notice of termination. And I'd then get a good plaintiff's employment lawyer, if you haven't already.

Thanks Alex. Our State Attorney General recently spoke at a local event in SC and was pressed on when he was going to bring forth his legal opinion against Biden's vaccine mandate. We were let in on a dirty little secret. There is no legal mandate to date, and therefore there can't be a lawsuit against just mere words spoken at a Press conference. This is just the 'perception' of a mandate. Right now all of the private companies are enforcing this 'mandate' of their own accord because they were coerced by the POTUS to do so. This is just further evidence of the government overreaching and manipulating the American people that there is a law that they actually have no authority to enforce (CDC evictions anyone). It won't stop here. We have to work together and continue to hold up the Truth. The law is only for those who follow the law. Right now the current administration is willing to do things they know will only get them a slap on the wrist, but they're doing a lot of harm in the meantime.

When government "gives" anything to any person, group or country, it will make demands on what it wants in return. Government can (and will) change the rules after the dependent entity becomes totally dependent.

"Social Security" was a socialist agenda from its inception, crafted by the socialist organization, the "International Labor Organization" (ILO). Read, "The Making of the New Deal - The Insiders Speak": "There are probably about two people in the country who know that the legislation for the Social Security system ... were done with the technical assistance of the ILO." Title 42 U.S.C. 666, imposed mandatory submission of social security number as a condition for any form of license to engage in business or travel. (Second major step).
