Uncle Joe wont back away until we will. The vaccines may have worked with targeted protection, but they clearly don't when you vaccinate so many people that ONLY resistant strains can pass. And yes, those of us not vaccinated face more risk from the huge viral loads the vaccinated release before getting symptoms (study of not previously infected healthcare workers). My concern is that as boosters begin there is evidence of low level ADE?? Can you look into this?

I have kept a diary and articles and studies for my kids. It's shocking to look back at just how much the narrative changes. I have John Ioannidis from Stat March 17, 2020, then article cancelling him, then the august 2020 CDC release where the data shows he was 100% correct. I have the articles from May 2020 showing the narrative shift towards mask with the NIH meta analysis released by the CDC May 2020 showing that for influenzas masking, distancing, and sanitization don't work. I have dozens of articles implying kids are at risk and behind it the April 2020 data dump from Israel showing that kids are not only less likely to get it at all, but that they rarely spread it. I have the articles claiming long Covid is common in kids and the research debunking it. I have articles saying how important outdoor masks are with research explaining negative ventilation works and explaining outdoor transmission is very rare. I have articles saying how 6ft is necessary and scientists debunking it. I have articles talking about how kids can only go to school in masks and studies showing that even if they did wear them properly they don't work. I have articles claiming 2-million people would die by August 2020 if we didn't shut down, claiming over 30,000 were expected to be in the hospital by April 17th EVEN though we were (the peak was 800 in April 2020). I then have scientists talking about how bad isolation is for the immune system.

If you ever want to write a book showing this contrast - using the media's own headlines and words - I will gladly help!!!! Luckily I don't really need the money (my husband is pretty good at running his business) so I am free help too!!!! It'd be worth it just so my kids know we saw this for what it was very early, shielded them as much as humanly possible, and fought for their generation.

Keep up the good work!!!!!!

Wow!! Thanks for the confidence. I would say start with this. I actually read Stat a lot (I'm weird, I was a whitewater river guide in undergrad, I was a tom boy as a child, I look today like a clueless 30-somethings soccer mom with a hilariously female - but still strong - body, especially considering I spent the first 8 years of my life wanting to be a boy, often being mistaken for one since I had a bowl cut for refusing to comb my hair, and I hate pink and Barbie just that much. I'm now a CPA, and I've always read science stuff.)

https://www.statnews.com/2020/03/17/a-fiasco-in-the-making-as-the-coronavirus-pandemic-takes-hold-we-are-making-decisions-without-reliable-data/

The day I read it in March 2020 I thought, wow, John Ioannidis is saying this?? I was terrified of the virus at that time. The cancelling of him that soon followed was insane - this is literally one of the most published and cited scientist on the planet - even according to Google - the man has published more than I've read! Looking back, I am SO grateful I read it, knew who he was, and saw the cancellation from the start. Having that seed planted helped me open my eyes earlier than I otherwise would have.

About a week later I was still scared enough to not oppose the whole "two weeks to flatten the curve." I found the doom and gloom predictions a little nuts, but I love my parents and wanted more information. My athletic strong daughter also has asthma and we travel with a nebulizer, prednisone, and antibiotics because she's had pneumonia and bronchitis that much. I needed to know how much risk she faced.

A friend called and said my name in that long slow you are nuts way and then said "this will NOT last 2 weeks. Open your eyes. It's a virus!! People don't need to be FORCED to stay home, they will do it voluntarily if this thing is really THAT deadly." Needless to say by the end of April I had eaten humble pie, apologized and told my friend how right she was, and realized Ioannidis was probably fallibly, but he was right on this.

We also live surrounded by MDs. The first week in April 2020, and of the state wide lockdown, a neighbor MD who has run the ER overnight for 30 years (and doesn't really have to work), one of those quirky super genius people in his late 60's, saw me spraying Lysol on the mailbox. He and his wife approached slowly, with kind smiles, and buckets of strawberries from the farmer's market for my kids. He then gave me a crash course reminder of how immune systems worked, reminded me I was smarter than this, and encouraged us to get and keep our young kids out and about as much as possible. He also said he was seeing Covid patients and wasn't scared, so we surely shouldn't be if he wasn't - all were very sick before Covid and the couple of patients not from the nursing homes were very obese. He also mentioned he had never seen such hysteria promoted by the medical community and management was already overriding him to claim these were all Covid deaths. They knew money was coming for Covid deaths at some point. The medical promotion f the hysteria shocked him. This stuck with me.

About a day later I got a call from our pediatrician with whom we are very close (long story, lots of crazy). He asked if I had seen the data out of Italy. I quickly pulled it up and smiled and sad "(my daughter) isn't at risk!" Thank you!! He said "I wasn't sure if you had seen it yet, but I knew you would want to. Make sure those kids get out of the house and get to play with other kids. You all travel a lot. Find some parents who understand and make sure they play with as many friends as possible. Don't suppress their immune systems. You probably wont even know if they do get this coronavirus. They'll probably get it from you guys if they do, but you and (my husband) will be fine. You're in good shape and healthy. If anyone understands relative risk its you all. Maybe keep that stuff handy just in case for your parents. Let me know if you need anything." He had called in an extra nebulizer, albuterol treatments, the whole protocol towards end of February 2020 "just in case" for our daughter before the shortages and good data on kids.

After that phone call I certainly didn't predict ALL THIS, but I knew something was way off. We are surrounded by physician friends. Our neighbors, their classmates' parents, we love them, and they are everywhere. The majority were terrified like everyone else, though they seemed to accept this was globally endemic and it was too late to stop that bus. But here were two who were always right, and more importantly, always up front abut what they knew, what they didn't know, what their opinion was, and how they reached it. I have never in my life heard either of them mention public health guidance other than as qualification "well, here is when the chart says, and we can do that, but here is what I think we should do and why."

It was after that phone call that realized I needed to start keeping a log of what was being said by the media versus what was being shown in the data. There was already so much just utter insanity being pushed in popular media and the MSM that I knew there was the potential for this to get even crazier. I felt, and still do, I owed it to my kids to at least keep an accurate record so they wouldn't think we just sat around buying everything we were told.

They are little but I have always harped on them about the importance of source documents. This was my opportunity to SHOW them the importance of source documents. I've followed environmental science since I was a teenager. I had already seen how ridiculously out of context those studies were being taken to push completely wacky and entirely ineffective non-scientific "theories" about "climate change." I've also always taken issue with the ridiculous assertion that consensus is science - the Earth is not flat, the sun doesn't revolve around the Earth, and we still probably don't know how old it is. Most of what we know now is either kind of wrong, or just completely wrong. Science is supposed to be about discovery of objective truth. Little did I know what the next 18 months would hold.

Anyway, that's how this crazy project of mine began............

I’m a physician, and a sceptic by nature.Plus,I was on Tony Fauci’s service as a medical student at NIH many years ago,so I have learned to view anything with which he is involved with a deeply jaundiced perspective. My wife and I happened to be in DC in March 2020 on a trip, and I,too saw John Ioannidis piece in STAT( something I seldom read,by the way) and was struck by his brilliant insight into the Diamond Princess as a microcosm of the illness. And,sure enough, his estimate of the mortality rated proved prescient. The data is your friend, and hysteria is not. Many of my friends and colleagues as physicians, sadly, are as intimidated as lay people when it comes to questioning authority, even when the authoritarian edicts they pronounce in ever more shrill terms, don’t square with facts as we know them…

That is a fantastic idea!!!! People don't tend to realize they "really believed" the nonsense like outdoor masking or 2 million dead people in 3 months in the US being the justification to shut the country down. The visualizations and reminders make it shocking. Just sitting here looking at it I am shocked. I did it for my kids, but as adults we do kind of owe it to the next generation to show them headlines form the public's favorite media propogandist to help show just how crazy it was - particularly when the crazy would come out on "kind people wear masks" right after the CDC published an NIH meta analysis showing they don't work.

John Ioannidis is a Nobel level scientist and a prophet (I mean that figuratively) Everything he predicted in mid-March 2020 has unfolded precisely according to his calculations. He was right about the CFR when everyone else was crapping their pants about the virus's lethality. He was correct about the virus becoming endemic and he had a good handle on community prevalence. Instead of looking to TRUE experts on the subject, we ran Neil Ferguson's script under the direction by Anthony Fauci. Soundtrack by Rochelle Wallensky

John Ioannidis has a 4 page list of awards most PhDs spend their entire life trying to win a single one of. He's a Stanford Epidemiology professor and PhD that has published over 2,000 peer reviewed studies, most of them meta-analysis.

He is one of maybe 3 people who COULD predict what would happen. Sweden listened to the scientists that knew what they were talking about. The rest of the world cancelled them.

Here is his bio page. THIS is the guy who got ignored (in fairness, Atlas didn't ignore him, nor did Sweden).

https://profiles.stanford.edu/john-ioannidis

All so Fauci, who is wrong more than the average 7 year old, could create hysteria. I have a March 15th article where Fauci is basically bragging about the shutdowns and saying that they don't go far enough. It is the perfect juxtaposition to show the difference between actual scientists and "public health scientists." Not all government scientists are bad, but most of the ones who get to leadership positions get there because of their political know-how, not their scientific know-how.

And I'm glad that other people have had the common sense to predict a lot of this. Biden is awful, and not everything he does is predictable, but a lot of it is. For longer than I've been alive he's been pushing terrible ideas without any actual plans to implement them in DC

Hopefully some of your sleepier friends have noticed you were right.....

The fear of dying controls the masses. I had to stop speaking to a sibling and her family because their fear of dying overwhelmed me. I have aggressive cancer and have had breast cancer for 29 years. Much like many posters here, I love research. Over a year ago, my life changed drastically when I moved and went back to discipline I love so much. So half the time I am researching COVID the other researching training horses. I have had some very challenging days. My point. I am unafraid. God has a plan. I am extremely sad for the majority that are willing to listen to Fauci and lose their freedoms forever. Getting outside daily is key to physical and mental health. The outside calls to me each day no matter my struggles.

I'm a physicist and like cold clear data, I like numbers, I like stats. Watched the stats on IHME all though 2020 and early 2021. Noticed the infection and death rates went up after lockdown and mask mandates went into effect everywhere in the US. Also noticed they went down after things started to loosen up. Flattening the curve is a faith, not a scientific truth. People wanted to believe it would help, so they point explain the peak in infections and death after lockdown this: oh it would have been much worse without it. You can't win against that mindset.

These shots are completely pointless when early and pre treatments are available, which they have been from the beginning - FLCCC protocol as example. The shots are pointless, literally pointless and dangerous.

Expand full comment

Aspirin is pointless, and possibly dangerous, for those without pain. But it's useful for those with pain, and safe if administered correctly. The vax is useful for those who are vulnerable to that virus.

Expand full comment

Completely disagree. There are fully safe and effective treatments for all ages. No one needs the shots that are actually disabling and killing people.

Example - 3 people 80 and over were recently in the hospital close to dying when the families intervened with an attorney and got the hospitals to give ivermectin. They are all home now getting back to living as best they can vs. being dead.

The cure cannot cause harm and these shots 1. cause immunosuppression after getting them for weeks. 2. Are killing and disabling people - and more data to come years from now 3. Only protect against 1 of 29 or so proteins. 4. Are short-lived requiring boosters 5. Experimental - curing experimenting on all of humanity except the elites.

Use the FLCCC protocol on everyone, regardless of age (minus kids for ivermectin) and this plandemic is over for a virus that has a 99%+ recovery rate.

In other words your chances of dying from this are less than 1% for almost every age group.

Millions died who would have been saved if the vax had been distributed 18 months ago. Now the virus has mutated around it, the survivors are whining that it was never any good. Irrational. The rational argument would be, I know I have strong immune health so I don't need it, or the old vax doesn't work on current variants so where's the new one. Hoping that one particular solution will work for me so everybody else should be like me is the same authoritarian approach as governments are using, just different tools.

Most people survived the virus, proving most people don't need the vax or the therapeutics. Some people have conditions that make specific preventives or therapeutics advisable, and should be available to any whose medical advisers recommend it. But that's not the world we live in. It's too bad we don't have vaccines for irrationality.

There are no magic pills. Some therapies work on some people with some conditions. Millions died because they abused their immune health for many years and didn't have natural protection when they needed it. Having a competent doctor at the right time saved some. Covid is actually several diseases, progressing through stages in those who lack immune resistance, each requiring different treatment. It's complex, and many doctors didn't know what to do. Now we have the benefit of experience it's easier to second guess the results. Manage your own health, you'll be fine. Rely on chemicals, maybe you'll get lucky.

Vaccinating during a pandemic was in error. It appears scientists actually do not fully understand the spike protein. Back 3 year ago when I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer, the protocol was to throw the kitchen sink at me especially me because I was also very fit for a 66 yr old. So basically a good candidate for an aggressive year long chemo treatment plus hormone therapy for 10 years. My brain pushed back hard on this approach believing improving my own immune system was a better choice. How to do that? I refused all treatment except surgery to remove the many tumors. This was the same decision I made 25 years earlier. Meanwhile my two closest friends died of breast cancer after committing to an aggressive approach guided by their doctors. I never discouraged them. Each must chose their fate. They suffered greatly the last year. Just awful. I have had a full life the last 3 years. I am grateful for this time. I also have had several bouts of skin cancer. So I am a cancer machine and yet I am very fit, maybe in better shape than ever, and clearly my immune system is at this point keeping up. Over the past couple months, I have been involved in two really bad equine accidents. I should be dead. Yes, I was seriously wounded. However what is so encouraging is how quick my immune system kicked in to help with healing. Doctors feel I am a quick healer. Actually I stun people with how quick I can recover. This seems impossible. I do have aggressive cancer. I know it has traveled and yet here I am. Most think I would be a great candidate for a vaccine. I sI agree. Those same people felt chemo would extend my life.

Most people don't realize cancer is an immune malfunction. Sounds like you broke the code.

The VAX was useful for the vulnerable. It's now dangerous and I feel awful for encouraging my over 70 parents to get it early. If we had focused on vaccinating the vulnerable globally, the strains the vaccine protects against would continue to transmit allowing broad and wide immunity for the low risk.

Instead we started vaccinating everyone - college kids, teenager's, 22 year old athletes. That choice robbed the genuinely vulnerable of the protection from vaccines as it ensured the most vaccine resistant strains would dominate.

We, very cruelly, left the vulnerable with all the risks from this new vaccine, and robbed them of the promised protection.

And we are doubling down on it while our "most popular president in history" ignores the could be incredibly valuable data out of the UK (which is nearly real-time) and Israel.

All so he can force the immune and young to obey his orders............ its terrifying and heartbreaking

Yes, he also helped open my eyes. Here is my diary entry from last year:

### March 22, 2020

I saw Dr. Wofgang Wodarg's website (German, a bit fringy) that argues the COVID-19 virus is not unusual (I knew coronaviruses were common), and perhaps the scare is a result of modern polymerase chain-reaction (PCR) testing plus mass hysteria, egged on by overhyping from experts. I'm keeping an open mind. It may become more clear in the next weeks to what degree excess mortality occurs. Prof. John Ioannidis from Stanford has a similarly skeptical article on STATnews. Until today, I believed high mortality was a given, but the true case fatality rate (CFR) is not well known (Ioannidis estimates 0.05 % to 1 %). OTOH, news interviews with frontline health workers in Spain and Italy, plus reports of coffins stacking up in Lombardy indicate that something unusual is indeed occuring.

Expand full comment

Expecting a high case-fatality rate in Feb or March of 2020 was not crazy. I didn't really expect it, but I didn't know either. This NYT article largely convinced me there would not be a big problem after all.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/10/us/coronavirus-testing-delays.html

The virus had to have been in California for months (air traffic from China to LA and SF). If we weren't all dead yet, we probably weren't going to be.

Expand full comment

Unfortunately most people kept reading the NYT and freaked out when Fauci claimed there would be 2 million dead people by August 1st in the US (it was March 15th or 16th I believe). That NYT article was to get Dems off the hook for telling Ney Yorkers to go to a movie and China Town. Read ANY NYT article from March 15ht-March 30th about Covid other than Brett Stevens and you'll see they helped stoke the hysteria - and did a complete 180 on the narrative in less than two weeks (and of course, it was all Trump's fault because they had to call him racist for shutting air travel and closing the border until they had to help promote covid panic the next week)

It absolutely was crazy to completely disregard probably the top epidemiologist in the world in favor of scientists who weren't epidemiologist and Fauci who showed during the AIDS outbreak he would spend years blocking effective and life saving treatments just to discredit other scientist (look up Fauci and Bactrim)

The "follow the science" crowd has spent 18 months totally ignoring the the world's top actual scientists in the relevant fields.

Expand full comment

No question. For me, it was that Washington State epidemiologist who repurposed her flu research to test for SARS-CoV-2 -- illegally in fact -- and discovered "it's just everywhere" was enough for me to conclude the pandemic was grossly overstated.

I guess a lot of other people drew a different conclusion -- that the Boogeyman was everywhere just waiting to get 'em!

I always wondered if those FDA delays in approving the PCR test were due to fundamental problem that were never resolved. After all, we later had stories about 90% false positives. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/29/health/coronavirus-testing.html

Expand full comment

I bookmarked that article when I saw it. The message there was "over-diagnosis". Yeah, it figures.

I think the original problems had to do with the FDA wanting monopoly control over the testing and then ended up with the wrong reagents, so the early tests just didn't work. They "relinquished control" and let private labs go ahead and do their thing. At least that's my recollection.

The problem you're thinking of is just "fundamental" to the nature of PCR testing.

The media also purposely misled by emphasizing the high early Case Fatality Rate (CFR) numbers and downplayed the much lower Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) projected by Ioannidis, Bhattacharya etc. When we talk flu deaths we talk about IFR. IFR includes all those people who are never tested and thus never an official case. The CFR is always higher than IFR. Most people never bother to get tested for the flu and won't bother getting tested for Covid either. The CFR is therefore not an accurate assessment of how deadly a disease really is.

“One thousand- forty-two deaths due to COVID-19 occurred among reported cases.

Almost all deaths were among older adults (≥ 60 years), 17 deaths occurred in adults ages 20 to 39 and 146 deaths were adults ages 40 to 59.

All deaths, except twenty-nine, occurred among adults with underlying chronic illnesses.

Almost half were non-Hispanic Whites. The disparity in COVID-19 deaths among non-Hispanic Whites is related to differences in race/ethnicity of residents of long-term care (LTC) facilities actively experiencing an outbreak.

Nearly 40 percent of deaths were connected to active outbreaks at long-term care (LTC) facilities.

Among deaths not connected to outbreaks at long-term care facilities, nearly 2 in 3 were non-White, with 40 percent being non-Hispanic Black. As previously noted, these disparities are largely driven by higher rates of underlying chronic conditions that increase risk of severe complications due to COVID-19 infection among these communities.

"Not if Uncle Joe can help it..." That's totally where we're at in this country. It's hard to believe that the President actually said, "We need to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated workers." Wait, what? If the vax works, then the vaxxed have nothing to fear. If the vax doesn't work, then why are you trying to make everyone get it? Somehow reality and common sense have left us. I'm starting to wonder if the anger directed toward the unvaxxed is due to the dawning realization that the vaxxed have submitted to a DNA/RNA experiment that has proven useless and they are somewhat understandably angry at those who did not submit...

Expand full comment

They need everyone vaxxed, even those that recovered from covid and have antibodies, for two reasons:

1) the plandemic was all about introducing vaccine passports, more than anything. If you watch Contagion from 2011, you will see the same steps taken in that movie, from hounding anyone with an alternative to vaccines right down to the main character, Matt Damon, having a wristband at the end that he swipes to allow him to go anywhere. Only difference was he had some sort of natural immunity, but the film got us all used to the idea of how a pandemic would be combatted. The pathogen even came from China via a bat and pig into humans eating the pig... The passports will be linked to a Communist Chinese-style social credit system. When the CCP destroys fiat currency in the near future ( even the mighty US dollar...) for crypto, they will be able to deny passport holders that displease the authorities from accessing their own savings. So, the global plan is all about vaccine passports, as a priority.

2) If there is a cohort of unvaxxed people, refuseniks and those that recovered from covid, then they will have a control group that will clearly highlight all future death, disease and other maladies amongst those that were vaxxed. If you jab everyone, there is no way of determining that the rising rates of death and ill health are due to the needles.

Mike Yeadon raised the very possibility of the continuous need for boosters would prepare the general populace for a possible killshot to be administered at some point in the future. It all sounds far-fetched until you realise all the lies and fear mongering and loss of freedoms and media censorship of the past 18 months. We must resist.

Once I got over the initial fear (2-3 months), I started to notice the things that didn't make sense. I can't believe the conclusions I'm coming to. I'm more afraid of PM Trudeau (the Gov't) and other governments like USA Biden, than I am of covid. I would rather take my chances with covid. Though I'm convinced I had covid December 2019. I was sick until April. I felt like I was suffocating all of the time. Anyway I've been going pretty much everywhere with that stupid mask hanging off my nose and you would think that if it's such a high risk, super contagious, dangerous pandemic that I'd be in the hospital by now?! My husband and I don't know anyone who got really sick and hospitalized from covid. In our region of 120,000 we've had 4 deaths period. Our hospital has never been overrun. Yet our City Counsel wants to impose the vaccine passport. Absolutely illegal and not justified. These Liberals, and they are, have been completely brainwashed. They're breaking the law and they don't care.

Excellent point! If your force vaccinations on everyone you no longer have a control group. Do you suppose they are concerned that the pesky comparisons might not be so flattering? Isn't that what Pfizer and Moderna did with their "trial"?

Expand full comment

It will take much longer without a clear cut control group. If it does cause harm to the public they are immune from liability, unless they intentionally withheld the information. What better way than to avoid liability than ensuring there isn't really a control group so they don't have that information - not in the trials and not based on voluntary vaccination?

It'll be a couple years before the statistics are out on increases in all cause deaths. Because it will be hard to find and track legitimate control groups, it will be harder to discern those who died from the vaccine versus extra deaths from things like lack of care, missed treatments, mitigation induced stress. The only way it becomes evident sooner is when its an immediate reaction in younger people - the blood clots and heart inflammation. Those came from Europe and Israel and our media spent a while denying it. It's not that I think the other stuff wont come out, it just wont come out for a while. Look how few people realize the H1N1 vaccine was pulled for causing harm. That's recent.

Even now the fraud continues. I have young kids. They have friends whose parents can't wait to vaccinate them. They aren't worried about heart inflammation because "its temporary." Every single one freaks out when I tell them the inflammation is temporary, but the damage is permanent - go look it up. Many effected wont be able to vigorously exercise for up to 2 years, and some never will again. That is not "just a little temporary inflammation." That is a SERIOUS long term impact on a kid's life to get a vaccine for something they aren't at high risk for a bad outcome from, and which is already failing. And we haven't a clue the long term impacts. The NIH just made 4 huge grants to study the impact on fertility and menstrual cycle.

You bet they don't want a control group. It exposes the vaccine disasters.

If it makes you feel better, of the 5 attorneys I know well how they feel on it, none are vaccinated, none will get vaccinated, and one is spear-heading a team to fight the mandates on religious schools in our county. One left his job for a remote job because he could not bring himself to give in and get vaccinated.

The vaccines are falling. At some point most firms will realize this. There are great mid tear firms located outside of blue dystopia which will find ways around it. At worst they might make somebody pay $50 a week for a test.

With the unvaccinated either already naturally immune, or soon to be, employers are going to tire of dealing with testing people everyone knows is immune, or having 5%-10% of their workforce quit over a mandate for new vaccine that is already failing because we gave it to everybody in a few locations rather than the vulnerable everywhere.

There are. I live in a very blue county in a purple state. What I've noticed is find the ones who go to church, or even better, get your kids into a religious private school that overtly rejects CRT (Catholic is a mixed bag). There will be like minded people there.

These mandates are going to destroy the supply chain. One of the largest shipping companies in the country is located near me. About 90% of their employees are not vaccinated (and many of those have had Covid). Truck drivers can do whatever they want there are so few. The drivers can leave where they are and get hired the next day. But when they leave the big companies in mass, no one has seen anything yet on the disruption to the supply chain. Last year will be nothing by comparison.

NYC just closed a maternity ward because so many nurses quit over this.

Hospitals are less full and more strained than last year - its the mandates. Firefighters, police, EMS - they are all quitting. Yes, maybe only 5%-10%, but there were shortages in basic services and supply chain jobs long before Covid

While Biden's 80 million number is very over stated, there are, I think, around 15 million unvaccinated people covered by his little mandate. A bunch are teachers, supply chain people, warehouse workers, truck drivers, installation techs for all kinds of stuff, etc. Most who are still not vaccinated are fairly adamant about it. Too many assume it will be spread equally across all professions when every data point says maybe in the professional world you and I live in it is - CPAs and stock brokers and Lawyers might have similar vaccinated v unvaccinated percentages, but the people who make this county run are very overrepresented in the unvaccinated crowd, while urbanites with desks and customer facing service jobs are overrepresented in vaccinated group................

The failure to grasp that could prove costly, or the order will utlimately exempt most of the very people they are trying to pressure into getting vaccinated - in either case it causes way more harm than any negligible benefit from a few million more people vaccinated that can still catch and spread the virus

The virus will run its course and we are only making it worse just like we did the Spanish flu

Well I too moved from a blue state to a red one. During the pandemic it was pretty much business as usual here. Back in blue state miserable. During the move it was obvious the great divide. We first traveled through two blue states. Not a car on the road. Total lockdown. We were warned to carry closing papers to prove we were moving. Nobody stopped us. Never saw any police. The restroom across America were absolutely spotless. Empty. It was unreal creepy. When we began to enter red states things improved a lot. Signs of life. Where I now live, many are masked albeit most just casually. People outside mostly not masked. Now that it is cooling off more outside thank goodness. Cases will fall.

However we are only putting off the inevitable. Most everybody will get their virus and some will not survive. They would have had the US put resources toward current pharmaceutical use, encouraging Vit D and zinc, as example. Instead all bets only on vaccine which was the wrong call, but deliberate. Nobody can tell us who has had this virus. I think I have and I think I have a condition that lingered. I believe I caught it standing in line at hospital to see my doc. I was sick a day or so later. Fever, tight chest, and a cough that lingered for months. I have a weird occurrence, pain in my chest, a few times a week that scared me a lot, thinking my cancer came back. I am very athletic and it does not happen when exercising. If I get worried it appears. It disappears for the day and it might not appear for weeks. I have had since getting sick from hospital. Long COVID. Maybe.

Back a few months, a clerk in a store I go to often, who was wearing mask, realized I had just moved to city. She also was fairly new. So we took up conversation about where we were from. I mentioned going out to dinner which we have done weekly since COVD. We were small business owners and want to support. Anyway, she looked horrified and indicated she would never set foot in any restaurant. COVD lurks there. So apparently not in her store which is a busy store. This makes no sense to me. Even DeBlasio admitted 70 plus percent of cases came from people’s homes when locked away. A restaurant has a door opening all the time, masks and constant cleaning. Some a new filtration system. Amazing what people can convince themselves about.

There is no sanity in authoritarian rule. Consider China and the parallels. It used to be that abortion must be legal because even though a human being dies 100% of the time, the right to bodily autonomy was 100%. NOW, little humans pollute the world and abortion is good, bodily autonomy is not at all a thing, and bosses get to both know and control medical decisions. Imagine where this leads with the "climate change" crisis?

The government can restrict access to your kids if you don't support their gender transition, or even if you refuse an new ineffective vaccine you've decided wouldn't be good for you. Step out of line and your own flesh and blood belongs to them.

We are entering a winter where public school kids in most large cities have very suppressed immune systems and they will be exposed to each other. The masks don't work, but we must blame the human, not the physics of the holes in the mask being 10x the size of aerosols (and if the did control aerosols no one could breathe). Now the state can either dictate exactly what happens to your kid regardless of you or their pediatrician, and if the parents don't like, their kids belongs to the government.

People are actually fighting and clubbing women in the streets of LA for wanting their young daughters to have access to private spaces where they are naked that don't include partially erect men.

Americans were left behind in Afghanistan and the Taliban handed more military equipment that many EU member nations. The outrage ended as the pro authoritarians cheered mask mandates on people who don't want, and may don't need, a vaccine that clearly prevents neither infection or spread.

The Caribbean is on the verge of imploding as Chinese settle the islands and Syrian refugees are resettled in mass. France is tearing itself apart. Australia and NZ are under 24/7 military enforced lockdowns. The entire continents of Africa and South America are on the verge of all out war. China and Russia are oddly calm.

Sanity and Freedom are still gone. It's not over, its only on to the next transition.

I doubt the "vaccines" are, or were intended to kill the recipients, so things are not quite this bleak. It makes no sense for the puppet masters of this farce to kill the 80% compliant population, and leave the 20% (some of whom are unable vs unwilling to receive the jab) . So, the good news is our friends and family who complied, who fell for the hysteria, are not going to die en masse. Whatever this mass vaccination is intended to do, it's not about deliberately killing 80% of the population. It's something else.

That's about the same as New York.

- stricter because the pass isn't checked in trains and shops

- stricter because it's a Chinese-style app instead of the old CDC card designed back when CDC was saying, "these treatments are voluntary."

- looser because natural immunity is recognized (albeit only for seven months when there is no scientific evidence it's weaker than a vaccine after seven months and much evidence it remains stronger). The US does not recognize natural immunity at all, which is the tell this is a political attack, not medical.

- looser because Biden's overreaching employer mandate is missing.

- looser, I assume, because children are not force-vaccinated before they're allowed in school like they are in the US. He doesn't mention this, and it's such a big deal. In the US it's probably the top issue. I assume it must not be happening in Lithuania or he'd mention it. I'm going to add to your resources, if that's ok. Below is a copy of a letter also drafted by an attorney.

Employer Letter Example: Vaccine Mandate Objection

No authorship claim or copyright asserted...A letter that also came to me via a route like a letter in a bottle.

Dear Boss,

First, I request a religious exemption. "Each of the manufactures of the Covid vaccines currently available developed and confirmed their vaccines using fetal cell lines, which originated from aborted fetuses. ( https://lozierinstitute.org/an-ethics-assessment-of-covid-19-vaccine-programs/ ) For example, each of the currently available Covid vaccines confirmed their vaccine by protein testing using the abortion-derived cell line HEK-293. ( https://lozierinstitute.org/an-ethics-assessment-of-covid-19-vaccine-programs/ ) Partaking in a vaccine made from aborted fetuses makes me complicit in an action that offends my religious faith. As such, I cannot, in good conscience and in accord with my religious faith, take any such Covid vaccine at this time. In addition, any coerced medical treatment goes against my religious faith and the right of conscience to control one’s own medical treatment, free of coercion or force. Please provide a reasonable accommodation to my belief, as I wish to continue to be a good employee, helpful to the team.

Equally, compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law, and subjects the employer to substantial liability risk, including liability for any injury the employee may suffer from the vaccine. Many employers have reconsidered issuing such a mandate after more fruitful review with legal counsel, insurance providers, and public opinion advisors of the desires of employees and the consuming public. Even the Kaiser Foundation warned of the legal risk in this respect. (https://www.kff.org/coronavirus-covid-19/issue-brief/key-questions-about-covid-19-vaccine-mandates/)

Three key concerns: first, informed consent is the guiding light of all medicine, in accord with the Nuremberg Code of 1947; second, the Americans with Disabilities Act proscribes, punishes and penalizes employers who invasively inquire into their employees' medical status and then treat those employees differently based on their perceived medical status, as the many AIDS related cases of decades ago fully attest; and third, international law, Constitutional law, specific statutes and the common law of torts all forbid conditioning access to employment, education or public accommodations upon coerced, invasive medical examinations and treatment, unless the employer can fully provide objective, scientifically validated evidence of the threat from the employee and how no practicable alternative could possible suffice to mitigate such supposed public health threat and still perform the necessary essentials of employment. As one federal court just recently held, the availability of reasonable accommodations like accounting for prior infection, antibody testing, temperature checks, remote work, other forms of testing, and the like suffice to meet any institution’s needs in lieu of masks, public shaming, and forced injections of foreign substances into the body that the FDA admits we do not know the long -term effects of.

For instance, the symptomatic can be self-isolated. Hence, requiring vaccinations only addresses one risk: dangerous or deadly transmission, by the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic employee, in the employment setting. Yet even government official Mr. Fauci admits, as scientific studies affirm, asymptomatic transmission is exceedingly and "very rare." Indeed, initial data suggests the vaccinated are just as, or even much more, likely to transmit the virus as the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Hence, the vaccine solves nothing. This evidentiary limitation on any employer's decision making, aside from the legal and insurance risks of forcing vaccinations as a term of employment without any accommodation or even exception for the previously infected (and thus better protected), is the reason most employers wisely refuse to mandate the vaccine. This doesn't even address the arbitrary self-limitation of the pool of talent for the employer: why reduce your own talent pool, when many who refuse invasive inquiries or risky treatment may be amongst your most effective, efficient and profitable employees?

This right to refuse forced injections, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/ ). As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is.

Second, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).) Indeed, the ADA prohibits employers from invasive inquiries about their medical status, and that includes questions about diseases and treatments for those diseases, such as vaccines. As the EEOC makes clear, an employer can only ask medical information if the employer can prove the medical information is both job-related and necessary for the business. (https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/questions-and-answers-enforcement-guidance-disability-related-inquiries-and-medical). An employer that treats an individual employee differently based on that employer’s belief the employee’s medical condition impairs the employee is discriminating against that employee based on perceived medical status disability, in contravention of the ADA. The employer must have proof that the employer cannot keep the employee, even with reasonable accommodations, before any adverse action can be taken against the employee. If the employer asserts the employee’s medical status (such as being unvaccinated against a particular disease) precludes employment, then the employer must prove that the employee poses a “safety hazard” that cannot be reduced with a reasonable accommodation. The employer must prove, with objective, scientifically validated evidence, that the employee poses a materially enhanced risk of serious harm that no reasonable accommodation could mitigate. This requires the employee's medical status cause a substantial risk of serious harm, a risk that cannot be reduced by any another means. This is a high, and difficult burden, for employers to meet. Just look at the all prior cases concerning HIV and AIDS, when employers discriminated against employees based on their perceived dangerousness, and ended up paying millions in legal fees, damages and fines.

Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery. Indeed, any employer mandating a vaccine is liable to their employee for any adverse event suffered by that employee. The CDC records reports of the adverse events already reported to date concerning the current Covid-19 vaccine.(https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/vaers.html )

Finally, forced vaccines constitute a form of battery, and the Supreme Court long made clear "no right is more sacred than the right of every individual to the control of their own person, free from all restraint or interference of others." (https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/141/250)

Will this fly for a state-employee situation? Specifically, in California? TIA

It's worth a try. I think CA, like NY, WA and some other states, prohibits, or tries to, religious exemptions. I'm not an attorney, but that doesn't smell right since, well.... the First amendment should cover that. There has been a slew of law suits already filed, and some have been won and the courts seem to be treating religious objections with respect. So the chances of prevailing are good, but probably not without a fight.

Here's a link to a religious objection lawsuit filed in WA by The Liberty Counsel. Might get more ideas from there too:

I will need evidence this has worked for most people who use it, a court decision, or consensus advice from lawyers before I do nutty boomer stuff like this.

Advice from people talking about "the demon rats" and "the kill shot" is not what you want to be following. This is more like Soviet Russia, and you need to be more subtle and results-oriented in private matters.
