A couple more things here. In his time as CEO, Brent’s office was located in a wing of the headquarters on an upper floor, behind locked doors. There was a guard at the entrance to the C suite, who I believe was armed. You couldn’t get past him without an appointment. I got back there, once. Every other place I’ve worked you can run into the CEO in the bathroom. That will give you some idea of the man’s mindset.
Additionally, in 2016 Brent sold the company’s generics division to Teva for roughly $40 billion, at that time about equal to the company’s outstanding debt. That gives you some idea of the depth of this man’s incompetence. He basically had the slate wiped clean for him and still screwed it up.
Big Pharma and the creeps that run that show don’t give 2 sh*T’s about us. Stupid ass ads on tv for sh*t no one understands, the shills like Kimmel, Colbert, and now Travis Kelce pushing 2 jabs at once as if that makes any sense. We need a serious reboot.

People like Brent Saunders, who are always chasing money as their God above what is right for their fellow man, will always chase the rainbow pot of gold. Even though they may look polished and their pot full of pretty things, they will never find peace of mind, and will eventually face judgment, and not the kind found in courts.
I wouldn't hire that guy to run my granddaughter's lemonade stand. You have to give him credit, though: anyone who can come up with a plan (enable Pfizer to offshore itself into Ireland so it can avoid U.S. taxes) that enrages Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders all at the same time is truly talented at developing despicable plans.
Perhaps one solution is to make the US competitive with the world in tax rates to avoid mergers like that. Competition is good. Monopolies, government mostly, are bad. It isn't the governments' money, Alex.

I have been a commission salesperson for over 2 decades in the transportation industry and see hard working men and women every day.
