More than one world renown statistician has said Biden's 65-45 lead in mail-in ballots on election day turning to many 95-5, in the big cities after midnight, was statistically impossible. I don't know what, or who, Alex is listening to but he needs to put his TDS aside and look at these late returns with a neutral eye.

Don't you remember Republican poll watchers being excluded from vote counts and windows into ballot rooms covered? I volunteered to be a poll worker in Las Cruces. I had to state my political affiliation, Republican. I was never called back, even though they said they had a shortage.

I forgot the name of the person who was ex Navy.. was asked to be a PA poll watcher by GOP or Trump admin. He said he was one of the few.. and was banned from going up to where the counting was done. He had to call lawyers and voter advocate organization to let in.. yet he was kept 20-30ft away from the nearest ballots. He called WH, warned them to send people there.. because there were 100s of Dem NGO activists walking around where he was not permitted to go anywhere near. WH people told him to go home and get some rest.. Trump is leading by 650.000. so, no worry.(that was around midnight. election day.) Next morning, he found Trump losing by 100.000.

Democrats have been advocating for voter harvesting for years. It seems like in 2020; they finally got their way.

Mass mail-in ballots, too. Another sure fire fraud machine but also a way to ensure that stoners and slackers (who routinely vote D but don't routinely vote for, well, obvious reasons). I suspect the number of S&S voters in 2020 was enormous.

The phrase too corrupt to govern comes to mind. By that I mean all people and parties within the DC area. Very true Al. In fairness some Republicans fought hard, but so many were quiet in the face of Nov 5th headlines like "Officials Say Voting Was, Like, Best in All History, Jesus H Christ It Was Good". (The Time magazine piece about the groups coming together to "safeguard democracy" was literally breathtaking, and "literally" isn't hyperbole). But as we see with the vaccines, many people turn a blind eye, thinking "Not in America". That blind eye should be on VAERS.

But sadly, otherwise intelligent people like Alex get suckered into taking known liars at their word due to confirmation bias. Clearly Alex is no fan of Trump . Neither am I, to be honest. Difference is, Alex is letting his TDS color his thinking on this. "Surely this known liar is being honest about this one thing that I want to believe is true."

Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus. Scratch a liar, find a thief.

There is just as much evidence for the statement "The 2020 election was fishy as hell," as there is for the statement "Donald Trump lost." If one is being intellectually honest, one has to admit that this thing doesn't sit right. Coming out and saying "Donald Trump lost" is just myopic.

Jon. My take… in 2020 44 states got the results within 4 to 5 hours after the polls closed. In 6 states, iit was way too difficult to count so late ( I dunno, lighting, not enough water, no coffee. Whatever the excuse) so they all decided to stop counting at the SAME time to try again the next day, or two days later or the next week.

A breathtakingly abnormal move and about the same as a bully smearing sh!t on your face and daring you to say it’s sh!t.

But the kicker is this. The so called Republican Party did NOTHING. Because they were all IN ON IT.

I changed my affiliation from republican to unaffiliated a week post election. Also, never voting again. Because it matters not. Not even close. The UniCapitalCrony party of Washington DC does what it wants when it wants. I am not even going to consider playing their game. “Every vote Counts!” Sure it does! Until the Vote Counter takes a look at the ballot.

"Let’s not forget that on November 6, 2020 – three days after Election Day was over – the Chair of the Federal Election Commission stated on live TV that we were all watching voter fraud take place right in front of us. Chairman Trey Trainor was referring to Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Wisconsin, which were all taking days and days and days to “count” the ballots without allowing any Republican observers into the counting rooms.

Could it really be possible that a conspiracy of that magnitude took place in Wisconsin? I’ll believe that before you ever convince me that Rock County, Wisconsin has 8,550 living voters who are older than Thelma Sutcliffe."

23,266 voters were all registered with the same Wisconsin phone number.

8,550 voters first registered to vote in Wisconsin in 1918.

Wisconsin HOT also discovered an addition 45 phone numbers that are shared by 900 registered voters.

In Rock County, 900 voters were registered at the same address.

543,000 voters in Wisconsin have no officially recorded date of registration.

I’ve been trying to get someone at Berkeley to meet with me so I can present the data against these vaccines but no one will give me the time of day. He makes it easy to do this by providing sources. He would be disappointed if you didn't take a look at those sources. This is why I trust Alex's work....because he doesn't spout "facts", but rather does a tremendous amount of research and backs up his work. As far as the election opinion that he shared -- he told us that he hasn't focused on it and didn't provide sources to substantiate his opinion. So IMHO, that's all perfect! I read (okay, I skim) many different news sources every day. A few just to get a gauge on what others are reading and the ones that I read more carefully because they offer different focuses or perhaps I want to see how their versions of a story compare. If they could do it for a global plandemic, why would they hesitate for one second to engineer the same thing in 5 counties in 5 states for an election that puts a demented corpse in the executive branch? But Tucker has me on anyway! Tucker doesn’t tell his guests what to say, or demand that they meet ideological purity tests to come on. Neither does Joe Rogan."

Expand full comment
Jan 6, 2022·edited Jan 6, 2022

Tucker Carlson's take on 1/6 is as nuanced as the event itself if you take the time to listen. He makes absolutely no apologies for any individual -- protestor or LEO -- who committed acts of violence. The number of actually violent people is small compared to the overall number of people that "stormed" the people's building. Most just carried flags and banners. The issue of course is that those flags and banners expressed unbridled support for the Forbidden One. And the total number of those who "breached" the Capital (funny how no one ever used the term during the previous 8 months of nearly continual violent riots -- but then those riots were allegedly held for an approved cause) is tiny compared to the overall number of Trump supporters who came to DC that day. A few hundred out of hundreds of thousands does not represent a "movement".

It is becoming increasingly clear that the FBI was as much a participant and a catalyst for 1/6 as it they were for the Whitmer kidnapping plot, as they have been countless times in their sordid history. That the DOJ still refuses to release what can only be exculpatory video footage of that day only confirms their subversion and involvement. Ray Epps who?

EDIT: RCP has a nice chart highlighting the differences between 1/6, the 2020 riots, and the 2017 "resistance" to Trump's inauguration. Worth a quick look.

Besides the suitcases and video of running piles of ballots multiple times.. there's also the latest discoveries in GA about ballot couriers dumping ballots into drop boxes for cash payment.. that's definitely above board.

Taking a "break" from counting is basically a universally recognized sign of shenanigans, at least it would be in any self-respecting third world country. In 5 states at the same time...???

Expand full comment

And those states only stopped counting after it became clear that Trump only need one or two more states to win and Biden needed ALL of them. And then those late-night batches had percentages not seen anywhere else in the country!

Even before then, the BS was deep. The media calling states for Biden as soon as the polls closed, but waiting to call them for Trump until far far later. This gave the impression that Biden was always head, when in reality Trump was crushing it all night.

I respectfully disagree, but if you take the "multiple times" out, what is the explanation for the rest of it? My feelings about Jan 6th are this. It wasn't a huge threat. Julie Kelly has done great investigative reporting on it; I hope you look at some of her work. Should Americans have trespassed? No. But that's all it was. Nothing more. No one was armed. It was not an armed insurrection and to call it such, is false (not saying that you did, but most in the media are).

As an American I am disgraced with how corrupt our capitol police and FBI are. To have American citizens in jail, in solitary confinement, with few privileges, all because they trespassed, for almost a year? How about the lefties who stormed the senate Hart building? To not see the inequitable treatment of the situations is to be blind.

Those who trespassed should have been fined and this should have been over. That's it. But the GOP is a joke and few will even look into how the J-6 detainees are being treated. The Dems are out for political blood and will do anything to those who don't support their agenda. Full stop.

so disgusting for sure how the GOP does not assist those who have been charged with no crimes still locked up in Washington. The majority of those detained still have no criminal history either. Per new info from Lekimball, list edited to Remove Ted Cruz, who has now called Jan 6 a "terrorist attack". Now it's a missing man formation. Cruz is dead to me.

Expand full comment

Yes, but Ted Cruz just called Jan. 6th a terrorist attack. He's a smart guy and NO idea why he did that. Some political calculation. A couple of the GOP who didn't like blocking the certification had problems with it because they didn't want to usurp states' rights. Like Mike Lee. But Pence just could have sent it back and had each state re-look at it, I think. He didn't have to accept the alternate electors. Why Cruz just did that is a mystery. It got out of hand but it wasn't a terrorist attack.

Expand full comment

Thanks for that info. Done with Ted Cruz. Mike Lee's & Rand Paul's case for certification was disingenuous Orwellian doubletalk. States have no right to steal state elections let alone federal elections. No right to disenfranchise their own voters let alone those of other states. The FedGov has a DUTY to step in:

Art IV, Sec 4, U.S. Constitution: "The U.S. shall guarantee to every state a republican form of government..."

*REPUBLICAN*. Not *Banana Republican*.

They said it'd be wrong to "overturn the election" & reverse what "the states" decided. Stopping coups is the opposite of overturning elections. "The states" didn't decide it's ok for some states to steal from their own & other states' voters. Texas & many others opposed it but were snubbed for "no standing" by our Commie / Blue-Light Federalist Society SupCt, with the exception of loyal justices Alito & Thomas. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_light_federalists

Lee's a rent boy for Silicon Valley, various corporate & mass immigration special interests. Paul's a confused, maybe blackmailed or cowed "Libertarian" who still covers for the BIG "safe & effective" LIE.

Expand full comment

Well, I get their problem with it. But again, Pence could have told them to resolve the discrepancy, do some investigation and resubmit the electors. I'm not arguing that this thing w as stolen, but they needed to go through a process to prove this. Which got shot down every step of the way. Pence was worried that contesting it would rip the country apart even though I suspect he knew it was shaky (and he was worried about his own political career) -- as Nixon was when he lost to Kennedy, etc. Republicans always think they should take the high road. Must always look good. Not fighters like Democrats are. They should have ALL insisted on an investigation of that -- even if it turned out as it did. As you know, I don't see Rand Paul that way. He has never claimed the vaccines were safe and effective that I've heard. He took Malone's position that it was not for everyone. He's against mandates. Certainly natural immunity should count.

He's a doctor and not against all vaccines. Like Malone and even McCullough. His father publishes constantly on Lew Rockwell's libertarian site about Fauci and freedom. He is presently leaving Youtube because they censored his criticism of Fauci. He is trying more than anyone else I see. Even DeSantis doesn't really take Fauci on. though he takes on this fascism every step of the way. I think you are being too hard on him. And though I didn't like his position and Mike Lee's position, it did make some sense. They didn't have personal knowledge of states they didn't represent. AGain, Pence could have handled it differently. Trump was right he was a coward. He didn't have to accept Trump's electors. But he could have asked them to investigate and resubmit. The Democrats never would have been cowards. Who are you going to support in 2024?

Expand full comment

No sale. Rand Paul was all over Breitbart & other places for weeks before 1/6 spreading his Orwellian arguments against holding up cert for an audit as was done in the late 1800s, lobbying other legislators. The damage he did was enormous. Even Deep Snake Pence didn't do that. Just betrayed us at the end.

Rand's cowardly "Vax is not for everyone" stand is actually worse than Trump's position, since Rand's an M.D. and knows better. "You shouldn't have to take it" is no better than Trump's coy position. Like Trump, Rand is doing NOTHING to expose the grave danger, not to the people he recommends it to, and not for the rest either. It's his duty to blow the whistle. Guilt by silence. He's part of the denial of informed consent.

The capitol, by comparison, was completely unguarded and we've even seen video of capitol police letting people in. Why was this the case when every street had a national guard or DC police roadblock? It's almost as if the media has coordinated with big tech monopolies, governments, intelligence agencies and supranational organizations funded by oligarchs to spread lies and propaganda and label the truth 'misinformation' and 'conspiracy theories'. If they could do it for a global plandemic, why would they hesitate to engineer the same thing in 5 counties in 5 states for an election that puts a demented corpse in the executive branch? Too bad there's nobody on substack writing about all this 'big collusion' in depth whose been researching it for years. A shame really.

The big picture you're referencing has in fact been written about.

It is powerfully presented in this recently published, staggering, shocking, monumental, impeccably researched and end-noted book:

The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health, by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

"They are the truth as far as I can tell and from my (limited) reporting"

Obvious keyword: LIMITED. Reminds me of F. Scott Fitzgerald:

“An artist is someone who can hold two opposing viewpoints and still remain fully functional.”

You 1: ~"Every institution is lying and covering up on covid and vaccines."

You 2: ~"Every institution is telling the truth on the election results." (Even though they fight tooth and nail to oppose audits and destroy evidence). Then wave your hands around and deflect to other issues we can agree on.

Disappointing. You seem to have no idea what you're talking about on this issue because you simply don't want to know. Your opinion on THIS issue is purely opinion, unworthy of the word "reporting" let alone investigative journalism. It is worthy of the NY Times, however.

That said, you're a national treasure, otherwise a great journalist, and God Bless you.

Ouch. Possibly fair point. But. Ouch.

That said, God bless him for his covid work, but he should be openminded, diligent and responsible on the election theft issue before mouthing off on it.

It seems to me Alex has blinders on his head about the origin of the "novel" coronavirus (the gain-of-function-enhanced coronavirus) and the "vaccines" too. Nevertheless, l think his work is valuable as far as it goes.

We can hope that he'll expand his perspective over time, right? I hope he does. But I honestly don't have high hopes for anyone to change. What would spur him to do so?

Alex is a national treasure. This one irked me, but I can live with it.

How "disgusting" and "dangerous" can trespassing really be?

Let's put people in solitary confinement for a year over a "disgusting" trespassing offence.

Let's not look into how much state involvement there was in ginning up the trespassing.

Let's have judges sentence people based on whether they recant their support for a politician, or whether they consume media from a disallowed source.

After two years of Russia hoaxes and two politically-motivated sham impeachments, let's have a sham select committee to finish converting America into a one-party state.

Sick of the disgusting moral equivalence. Alex you are wrong on this and Mr. Carlson is right.

Nobody agrees with people rioting at the capitol. And I don't know a conservative who doesn't think they should be punished. Or a libertarian. It was not an "insurrection." It was a protest. And Tucker is right, the FBI was inciting it just like they did on the Whitmer kidnapping. They had a guy the day before telling them to go in the building. There were at least 14 of those people in the kidnapping (more than they could actually recruit despite paying for hotel bills and trying to get them to recruit people and do all this), so you know those same people were there Jan. 6th doing the same garbage. Nancy Pelosi refused National Guard help because they WANTED that to happen and they were overjoyed it did. Just enough to play it into this huge narrative that all the never-Trumpers could spin. And yes, they should be out by now. I can guarantee you Donald Trump didn't want that to happen--it was the worst possible thing for him. But overall, I hear you. You are basically right about this.

Yep! Remember that the country was going to see the election evidence on 1/6, and the 'riot' just so happened to stop that from occurring.

Sure is lucky for Nancy Pelosi and a few others.

Alex I think its great you have a big tent. You aren't required to believe the same things I am. And vice versa. That's such a relief.

When Joe Rogan gets 10 million views, and CNN gets 1 million, that just gives you a sense where things are going. Mainstream media is a dying industry. This makes them desperate. Desperate people do desperate things. And, sadly, very few people "stop digging" when they are at the bottom of a deep hole.

A few questions worth contemplating, who is Ray Epps and why is he not locked up with the other "insurrectionists?" What about Jaden X? Is he rotting in jail for trespassing with the "insurrectionists?" Who was a better citizen Ashli Babbitt or George Fentanyl Floyd?

Buh muh insurrection.
