No, they break that down as "partially vaccinated"

Definition from the Ontario govt's hospitalization page:

"Partially vaccinated cases

Number of cases where symptoms started:

14 days or more after receiving the first dose of a 2-dose vaccine series,

or

between 0 and less than 14 days after receiving the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine series."

No, you read that wrong. There are three groups: Unvaccinated = less than 14 days from first dose; partially vaccinated is 14 days or more after first dose, but before second dose; vaccinated is two doses ... for now. I'm sure they will change that to requiring a booster. QR codes go into effect on January 10th.

But the same data set says 50% of icu patients are unvaxxed whereas they are about 20% of the population. Is that showing efficacy from severe disease how would you explain that playing devil's advocate?
