So hundreds of years of scientific knowledge has been proven again after two years of going back to the dark ages. Good to know!

Do we get a renaissance now? Who gets to be Galileo - Dr. Cole, Dr. Malone, or Dr. McCullough?

Expand full comment

Hmmm ... tough choice. I'm partial to Dr. McCullough because he seems to be a genuinely nice guy. ;)

He actually cares about people and is sad when they die - he is a normal empathetic human being. Which is in sharp contrast to the DC operators who have run the public health shit show we have suffered through for the last 2 years.

It seems the dead are nothing more than collateral damage to the 3 letter agencies who blocked early treatment.

According the Dr. McCullough 80-85% of those who died did not have too IF they had had access to viable and safe early treatment options. Just how many people were in essence pre meditatively killed intentionally since we know they would not have died. How is this NOT considered crimes against humanity and yet not ONE person has been held to one iota of account. How is this remotely possible?

Expand full comment

It seems everything is stacked against the truth...the government institutions are drunk on power and the media/social media is pushing their narrative and censoring any dissent. I hope for the sake of the children that have been damaged that someone (actually many) are called out for their roles and deceit and are criminally and civilly held to account.

I believe Dr. Malone has also stated that he thought taking the shots would help in treating his long Covid symptoms - sort of like a reset. Don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty certain he said something to that effect. Also, the man's reputation is being utterly destroyed. He is one of the good guys in this battle - especially in his defense of children.

Watch out for my brother in law. He’s in Berkeley too and won’t allow those of us who are not vaccinated to come out there for a visit (not that I’d want to at this point anyway). Pretty sure he’ll be requiring the booster shot as well.

My mom is going to California for a wedding in June and is afraid she will be uninvited if they find out she's not vaccinated. She also wants to see her older brother who calls her every week telling her to get vaccinated, and she's afraid he won't see her. Which makes me sad -- it's her only brother. She was going to lie to him, but I told her not to lie about it because he wouldn't believe her anyway (he told her he wouldn't read anything I sent him about natural immunity because he only trusts the CDC.)

I'm so sorry :( ... I hope it'll change for your family. I keep thinking that eventually people will come together. I have 5 kids and my #2 has lived in NYC for the last 4 years. We are very close, always have been, but she "drank the Kool-aid" and believes in everything -- lockdowns, masks, vaccines. She's 26 and already boosted. I'm so sad about it, but she at least visits. She came for Christmas, she's coming for her brother's HS graduation in May, and she's in her older sister's wedding. No one else in the family is vaccinated. We had ONE conversation about my husband and my mom (my mom is 76 and lives with us) because my kid thinks they should be vaccinated (I'm a healthy 50 year old, but my husband has serious heart issues and my mom is older, but healthy) -- I told her it wasn't up for discussion, that they were smart enough to make up their own minds and I wasn't going to tell them to do it when I think the vaccine is not only more dangerous to them, but also we all HAD covid in 2020. And ... conversation is over. And she still visits.

I have five kids too, AB. Two are willing and obedient participants in Covid theater having been vaxxed and boosted. My middle child held out for a long time until his college required it for being on-campus (and man, did he get sick from that stupid shot). My 4th is at a college that believes in freedom so she's good and my youngest is a freshman in high school and is a total rebel. I truly think it's his generation that will save the day. They are the ones suffering the most of lockdowns and they are keeping score.

My husband went for his annual physical in November, exactly one year after having Covid in 2020. His doctor at Cleveland Clinic said they do not check for antibodies post infection. So on his own, hubby paid to have the blood test which confirmed he still had antibodies after 12 months.

He had to get a doctor's order for the test, and they sent him to a specific lab. I think it was ~$110. I just had mine tested last week and my doctor sent me to another lab that they have a relationship with and they did a different antibody test, but so far no one has asked for any money but they took my insurance info. Our results were obviously in different formats; his result was in the hundreds and considered very high and my level was something like 8.6 and also considered very high. I asked the doctor's office about this when they called, and they told me that different labs do different tests (maybe like Pfizer vs. Moderna or something?) and that the result format is different.

Expand full comment

Was that in the USA? I’ve had both quest and LabCorp and they reported the same way. Anti spike test. The nucleocapsid test you can’t self order. Only a damn md can and they won’t do it.

Expand full comment

Does anyone know if doctors are being discouraged from ordering these tests?

Expand full comment

I can only assume that the powers that be want to discourage you and me from knowing we have Natural Immunity (antibodies to nucleocapsid denote a natural infection, while antibodies to spike denote either vaccination or an actual infection). Therefore, the vaccinated person, once they know they had a natural infection, might not go get their boosters.

I had Covid in April 2021, and got Omicron in January 2022. I know several others who had acquired immunity from having Covid in 2021 and got Omicron recently. (I’m guessing that’s what we had.) It was milder than a traditional cold, but seems to get through acquired immunity in people who’ve recovered from Covid and are unjabbed.

There are a couple different tests. The quick result test my husband took at CVS just confirms antibodies against Covid. Does not measure level.

Same here. $25. But it took me a while to find an antibody test. Walgreens and CVS employees kept trying to give me a regular test and did not know anything about antibody tests- they looked at me like I was insane. I finally gave up and went to a different chain where the pharmacists are capable.

Expand full comment

I happened to be at Quest Lab for a different test, and asked the gal if they do it there. She said I could pay for one about $110, or get my doc to write me a script then it would go through insurance. Got a script from doc, went back. Not sure what final charge was as my deductible had already been met. My doc wrote for IgG antibodies. I asked the lab tech if that was the correct test to check for Covid since my doc was pushing the jab and now I’m not trusting him. She said it was. I was positive at 31.98, and even though I didn’t go for a Covid PCR test I knew I had it (it’s very different from anything I have ever had). This test was about 4-5 weeks after I had recovered though.

I first became skeptical when our family had Covid 15 months ago and our doctors said to wait 90 days and then get the new vaccine. I thought, where did they come up with a 90 day timeframe. Then in March, a healthy 45 year old friend suddenly died at home the day after her second shot. She complained about not feeling well, but started to get ready for work. That sealed the deal for us to hold off on the shots.

I was forced into second class citizenship here in nyc six months ago after 18 months of what often felt like house arrest. It didn’t take long for clinical depression to take hold. It’s too bad really; I genuinely loved New York way back when. But this town has been pillaged and ultimately destroyed by incompetent, corrupt overlords and the fascist measures that ultimately lead to a 9 year-old apparently being arrested for the crime of trying to visit a museum without having vax papers. New York is unrecognizable. New York is done.

Even with yet another reputable study confirming centuries of science I have negative faith that those who hold New York hostage will have the balls to do what leaders in Northern Europe have done in the past few weeks and concede that they’ve lost. New York had long cultivated a reputation as a tough, punk rock, take no sh*t kind of town but now it’s nothing but sad, featherweight cowards. It’d be funny if it weren’t so devastating. For this reason, and because it’s obvious that no amount of deprogramming will release my neighbors from the madness of the Covid cult, I am leaving.

I am disappointed to admit defeat as I prepare to GTFO of this East German-style prison. Me and my family are moving out of the state next week. …. something I never would have imagined myself doing after working tirelessly from high school onward to make my dreams come true here. The past two years in nyc has been particularly torturous for me; I was fortunate enough to have earned life-changing career success — the kind that few in my industry ever achieve — in November 2019. I had roughly three months to enjoy it before the momentum was completely stolen from me in the blink of an eye. I’m forcing myself to be optimistic that I’ll find purpose again as we lay down fresh roots somewhere free. Unfortunately, my career — and my brief taste of success — is attached to New York and can’t be replicated elsewhere. So it’s impossible to overstate the contempt I hold for those responsible for ruining my dreams, my New York. May justice be swift.

This was long, selfish and overwrought. But thank you for indulging me, everyone who made it this far. I think it’s the first time I’ve ever put into words — written or verbal — the depth of the pain I’ve been suffering through. My shrink would be proud!
