Sasha Latypova & Katherine Watt are vehemently investigating all this. 👍 The Prep Act is one obstacle, HHS, & the Public Health Emergency Status are all involved & might complicate litigation. FDA & CDC under Emergency Use state that immunity is not given if “ willful misconduct” is proven. There’s hope for sure.
