I don't call them a vaccine either. My daughter just told me that she's glad her father and I weren't anti vax when she was growing up. I replied the covid shot is not a vaccine, it doesn't prevent covid or prevent it from spreading. She was so frightened when covid first started that she believed everything that the "experts" said.

Nor am I "anti-vax." I was born during a polio outbreak & my parents were terrified to take me outside. Then there was Dr. Salk and the sugar cube and all was well. When I was 7 years old, before the measles vaccine, I contracted measles and lost the hearing in my right ear.

Many people seem to have developed that fear of covid because they've been deluded into a new meaning of "vaccine."

It's a travesty.
