In other words, every 7 years or so on average, 50% of what medical experts claim are proven to be false. And that includes some very well-esdablished, century-long medical facts that have withstood the test of time. If you single out novel medical topics such as COVID-19, that half-life will be likely to drop down to a few weeks at most. As a published scientist and academician myself, I can tell you that this concept is absolutely pivotal to any attempts at understanding published "science". Humility is key. Just one story to illuminate how wrong the pro-vac reasoning is: my daughter is an unvaccinated nurse with naturally acquired antibodies (she had Covid in December). She managed to get a religious exemption to remain unvaccinated and keep her job. Three of her co-workers all just tested positive for Covid, 2 of them were vaccinated, the third was not. They had to list all their co-workers with whom they had contact, my daughter being one of them. Because she is unvaccinated, she cannot return to work for a week, but the vaccinated nurses can, even though 2 of sick nurses were vaccinated! No mention of naturally acquired immunity. AND one of the sick vaccinated nurses made the mistake of notifying her kid's school - now her children cannot return to school for 21 days! The obserdity of all of this mind-blowing.

Cuomo, a critic and Democrat who at that time was on the short list as a possible Presidential opponent, got ventilators and hospital ships from the T administration which vowed to help in any way needed. Gov. Newsom in CA was treated similarly. Contrast to Biden’s handling of monoclonal antibodies as it affects De Santis and other southern states. Punitive and vindictive. Somebody ought to tell President Biden it doesn’t help his reputation as an avuncular Mr. Nice Guy to treat fellow Americans that way.
The real dirty trick here is that originally, the shots were never sold as a preventative — which is why I've always objected to describing them as "vaccines" and still refuse to fall into that semantic trap.
I recall reading articles about the development/testing way back in the summer of 2020 that explicitly stated that the shots only reduced the potential for severe symptoms / hospitalization / death. IIRC, the thrust of the story was "Trump is overpromising on the vaccines, they won't actually stop infection." The media told the truth about the shots back when it served to undermine Trump.
That messaging all changed when the Biden administration realized that the truth wasn't selling and they wouldn't hit Biden's promised "70% injected by July 4" milestone. That's when they reversed course on the mask recommendations and social distancing for people who got the shots, and they began pushing the line that the shots are miracles that prevent infection entirely and will let us get back to normal.
They had to sell the sizzle and not the steak, because saying "you can still get sick if you get the shot, but it will reduce your (already low) chance of dying" isn't a winning message for an experimental drug with an unknown long-term safety record, especially for anyone already at low risk from the virus.
That narrative was always doomed, as anyone who has been paying close attention since the beginning knew. Breakthrough infections were always a feature, never a bug. And here we are.

Further, vaccinated people are as likely to get infected and spread the disease as unvaccinated. It amazes me the extreme length the news media will go to change their narrative and lie on the effectiveness of this vaccine. They will not say that those who have had COVID-19 have a greater immunity to Covid that those with the shot. Where are the numbers of people who have died from the vaccine? The really insane thing is that so many people still believe what she said even though there are tons of news stories showing that highly vaccinated countries are getting hit with outbreaks. Further, vaccinated people are as likely to get infected and spread the disease as unvaccinated. Fauci and others claim the vaccinated have milder cases than the unvaccinated, but COVID cases are overwhelmingly mild, in general. So who knows if the vaccine is even helping with that.

I believe with this going on that it’s important to be there for our parents and friends that are seniors. Many of them are usually bamboozled by the medical profession, when you need to think about what they are saying critically just like anything else. There are many tools of influence that are used as weapons.
The elephant in the room is the Natural Immunity. I’ve not seen ANY data on the impact of taking the vax when you already have Natural Immunity. There is only medical OPINION by those who have the political motives.

It's funny because I can't tell you how many posts I now read stating "Nobody ever said you wouldn't be able to get the virus if you get the vaccine. It's just to minimize symptoms and stop hospitalizations." Oh, yes, they did...
That’s because it was planned. The CDC stopped counting breakthrough cases on May 1. They’re not stupid, they thought they could hide the truth by having people like Rachel lye. Unfortunately, I think there are a lot more breakthroughs than was expected hence the it will keep you from getting severely ill. That hopefully will get noticed soon too. People can catch it, spread it, get long Covid, go to hospital, and die of Covid. But it also has a little extra benefit- all those side effects and I’d you don’t get them just wait. I’d bet the long term effects like cancer and autoimmune (maybe immune issues like ADE, etc) will be hitting the stage soon. The vax is suppressing the bodies immune function that protects one from cancer. That we’ve already been alerted to.

It's truly hard to believe *how* wrong so many of these pundits have been. Demonstrably and unequivocally wrong. Do people who watch them or are influenced by them not remember this stuff? There's such a crazy cognitive dissonance going on that I can only attribute it to the extreme effectiveness of non-stop propaganda. When politicians and pundits whom I believed in sold the Iraq war and the aftermath - I remembered it. I remembered the things they said and did, even though it was painful to realize I voted for them/listened to them. With Covid I don't see people saying "wait a sec, I remember when Fauci et al said something the complete opposite less than a year ago . . . "
Their excuse has been (as this is popping up more) "The Science™ is always changing and we're now seeing that these don't prevent transmission. But they prevent you from being really sick and dying.", which has been shown to also be a lie, but that data hasn't really made the greater public eye yet.
The obvious question to retort with would be "If the long term efficacy was unknown, why weren't they held longer in testing to understand this?", but you can't question The Science™, so...
