Me and my family had a very merry Omicron COVID Christmas. Out nine at the family gathering five came down with COVID with another possible and all were vaccinated . Myself am 76 and wife 74 brought home the virus last month we were fine . The vaccines don't work I had the booster and still got it . We are all doing fine no different then the flu the fear needs to stop .
I keep hearing all the gloom and doom about how "this will never be over" and the "forever pandemic" and all that, and I say bullfeathers. Just as I and many intetelligent people (including Ron DeSantis) have been saying since 3-4 months into this fiasco, it's simply NOT SUSTAINABLE. There are many reasons, the biggest of which is $money$. The economy is already in the toilet, and looks like that's where it will stay for a while. And the next biggest reason is that people are getting fed up and people cannot live in a constant state of emergency. We are already seeing the side effects of that, and those will only get worse.
