Hoping you survive the motion to dismiss and get to the discovery phase, but they will stall on turning over anything as long as they can or some relevant documentation not at all. This is where we need honest whistleblowers to come forward if they witnessed this mass censorship campaign from within the belly of the beast.
Hopefully this case isn’t somehow moved to the DC circuit. Last I checked, Mann vs. Steyn is still moving glacially along after 10 years, and the trial hasn’t even started yet.
The Biden team has unlimited "we the people" funded legal $$$. Just surreal how the government screws over the people from every imaginable angle and does not skip a beat in losing any salary "we fund" etc.
Is the Health Emergency over? I recall I think Bailiwick Substack (Katherine Watt) unpacking that they had not in practical terms ended it, just swapped one label for another where the gov still has special powers and we are in a perpetual state of "potential" threats to public health.
Hope it's faster than the Kennedy assassination documents.
