That was court case in Canada that started a little less than ten years ago and was just concluded. Cases on the same issue in the States, it is a US law that were were fighting, have been thrown out due to lack of standing.

East to West and vice versa. It is disgusting. I will even see the jets in the process of filling the skies with them as they fly overhead. One day, I was outside and about to step into my house and suddenly my lungs were filled with something in the air and I could smell it. It took my breath away! I could not breathe! Alex and others have been warning about cardiac arrest and strokes in the cockpit. I just did a Google search “American Airlines pilot dies”. Nothing on this story in the first 10 pages of searching. I stopped looking but Big Tech suppression of an important story.
So sad. My husband and I were on a AA flight back in Dec. 21 in Phoenix and before take off there were a line of 30+ AA employees standing in a row on the tarmac with yellow roses. Before takeoff the pilot explained they were escorting a pilot on our flight who recently died back home to TX along with his family. His wife spoke out on SM later that he did die from the vaccine.
It’s just bizarre from a business point of view ALONE that airlines would put pilots at risk. There is absolutely no upside. And senior executives must know what’s going on. Flying is so essential you’d think there’d be the leverage to stop the madness. I would love an explanation of how this coercion was pulled off.
It was the insane government mandates. Any Gov't contractor (airlines fall under this category) was mandated for their employees to get the shots. It is absolutely reckless that the airlines' leadership followed the mandates since FAA's regulations state that pilots may only take approved medications and not ones under EUA. They should have fought back as they have violated their own regulations and now are subject to massive lawsuits. I faced the mandates at my job in tech. I worked from home and had a medical exemption, but was told if I didn't take the shot my job would be in jeopardy. We live in some sick, twisted times unfortunately.

Doesn't this make the vaccination status of all pilots and co-pilots of all airlines relevant? Don't passengers have a right to know that the pilot who is flying the airplane they are on could keel over and die because he or she was coerced into taking the vaccine? We passengers might wisely begin an initiative to demand that airlines make public the Covid-19 injection status of the pilots and co-pilots they hire to fly us to our respective destinations.
This demand is not unreasonable.
Consider: Disclosure of injection status is mandatory to participate in many activities including (to name a few):
* school from kindergarten to and through graduate school;
* obtaining and/or retaining most jobs; and, until recently,
* entering restaurants and entertainment venues.
None of the above listed activities (and more not listed) are a risk to others' lives, which cannot be said for or about pilots.

I have a private pilot license and am considering taking additional lessons in commercial aircraft, even if only on a simulator just in case.
If you're 97 years old, diabetic, COPD, struggling with renal failure and you get admitted to the hospital and test positive for covid and then die, you died of covid.
If you're 40 and just got vaccinated and then drop dead, it wasn't the vaccine.
A positive covid test followed by death means covid killed you. An mRNA vaccine followed by death means... uh, nothing to see here... move along.

Alex and others have been warning about cardiac arrest and strokes in the cockpit. I just did a Google search “American Airlines pilot dies”. Nothing on this story in the first 10 pages of searching. I stopped looking but Big Tech suppression of an important story.
I used duck duck go and put in the search "captain patrick ford envoy flight" and got results.
As per the usual.
So sad. My husband and I were on a AA flight back in Dec. 21 in Phoenix and before take off there were a line of 30+ AA employees standing in a row on the tarmac with yellow roses. Before takeoff the pilot explained they were escorting a pilot on our flight who recently died back home to TX along with his family. His wife spoke out on SM later that he did die from the vaccine.

It’s just bizarre from a business point of view ALONE that airlines would put pilots at risk. There is absolutely no upside. And senior executives must know what’s going on. Flying is so essential you’d think there’d be the leverage to stop the madness. I would love an explanation of how this coercion was pulled off.
It was the insane government mandates. Any Gov't contractor (airlines fall under this category) was mandated for their employees to get the shots. It is absolutely reckless that the airlines' leadership followed the mandates since FAA's regulations state that pilots may only take approved medications and not ones under EUA. They should have fought back as they have violated their own regulations and now are subject to massive lawsuits. I faced the mandates at my job in tech. I worked from home and had a medical exemption, but was told if I didn't take the shot my job would be in jeopardy. We live in some sick, twisted times unfortunately.

Doesn't this make the vaccination status of all pilots and co-pilots of all airlines relevant? Don't passengers have a right to know that the pilot who is flying the airplane they are on could keel over and die because he or she was coerced into taking the vaccine? And shouldn't the FAA be adopting a rule prohibiting any flight unless either the pilot or the co-pilot is NOT vaccinated? How is a medically-compromised pilot any different than a mechanically compromised aircraft?

We passengers might wisely begin an initiative to demand that airlines make public the Covid-19 injection status of the pilots and co-pilots they hire to fly us to our respective destinations.
This demand is not unreasonable.
Consider: Disclosure of injection status is mandatory to participate in many activities including (to name a few):
* school from kindergarten to and through graduate school;
* obtaining and/or retaining most jobs; and, until recently,
* entering restaurants and entertainment venues.
None of the above listed activities (and more not listed) are a risk to others' lives, which cannot be said for or about pilots.

Amazing that the media hasn't touched this story - a pilot dying on a flight used to be a very newsworthy (and rare) occurrence.
