I love the fact that this guy is backpedaling his ‘likes’ once he started getting called out. People need to quit being afraid of these mobs and stand on principle.

At some point you have to plant a flag on a hill and be willing to die on it. Dude, you’re 70! Go down swinging!

Expand full comment

Yeah don’t back peddle. If they fire him he should have a good lawsuit.

Expand full comment

Never cave to the mob, it only makes them more powerful.

Seriously. I don’t care if he loses his job. They all should. The “vaccines” are pure poison and hacking up or permanently shrinking to dysfunction a child’s genitals is definitionally mutilating them. We live in one sick society obsessed with child sacrifice and self harm.

Alex - what the hell is apeel and how do I keep it off my grapes and other fruit I can’t buy locally?

“what the hell is apeel and how do I keep it off my grapes and other fruit I can’t buy locally?”

Local company here I do some work for them. I think it’s a coating that retards ripening and rot. Makes things like avocados last longer on shelves.

Are they putting it on everything now? I always thought they were a pretty small operation.

Expand full comment

It’s going on a ton of stuff. That I did look into (I eat a lot of grapes). Welch’s answered me that they don’t put it on their fresh grapes, but I can’t find those. Something people don’t eat the peel it’s fine, but not they are putting it on apples, grapes, and all kinds of fruit people do eat the pear. Washing off doesn’t work. Buying organic doesn’t avoid it.

Expand full comment

Interesting, I don’t know much about it. Like anything else artificial, probably not a good idea to eat it. Good to know.

There are many downsides to living in SoCal here, but access to fresh organic fruit and veg is not one of them.

Expand full comment

Yes. Until the farms get shut down there that is a huge upside to SoCal. We have a lot of local organic farms, so meats and staples are easy to find organic, regenerative, grass-fed. That said, we can only buy strawberries now through June, grapes after that, apples in the fall. Maybe we need to start eating seasonally even if we don’t love the idea. 🤷‍♀️

Expand full comment

True. But it doesn’t work like that as far as I can tell. They don’t shut down the farms. They take away the water rights, make it crazy expensive to live here and own property, then change the zoning so that it is far more advantageous to mow down your fruit and veg farms and develop the land for low cost government subsidized housing.

They are making golf courses and small farms here “an offer they can’t refuse”…as well as changing the law to force property owners to do their bidding.

Even in my own backyard I have considered getting rid of orange, lemon, and avocado trees and putting in a tiny house that I can rent for almost $5k/month!

Eating seasonally is a good way to go anyway, nature’s rules, not mine. 😃

Medicine has never been an exact science or a "one size fits all" solution. Pharma and the govt now own the universities and anyone that goes against their narrative is out! Science used to be about challenging ideas. Now it is about whose butt you can kiss to get a big research grant. Pretty soon we won't be able to define science...just like we can't define what a woman is!!!

We can fight it.

OMG. I knew it would happen - people "liking" tweets. It's terrifying. What if you worked for a president who liked an Alex Berenson tweet? You couldn't. You'd be too traumatized to go into work. You'd have to stay hidden in the fetal position under the kitchen table all day. And then you would need years of therapy before you might be able to work an hour or two ... if the president was long gone and dead.

Medicine has never been an exact science because it doesn’t work so practitioners are constantly chasing symptoms and never actually get to root cause healing. Unless you need surgery, stitches, or treatment for infection, the medical establishment is failing miserably. All this disease didn’t exist prior to the agricultural revolution. If people would just start eating real food, getting exercise, building community, sleeping well, and getting outside, none of these problems would exist.

This sucks, and I can relate.

I was shunned by a national group I’ve been affiliated with most of my professional life for liking Bad Cattitude and Free Press (Bari Weiss) on Substack about eight months ago. Pretty tame stuff back then, but it was enough to show my general attitudes about both wokeness and Covid. This was before I really branched out on this platform.

I sincerely hope everything works out for this individual!

That’s awful. But what baffles me is where in the hell do people find the time to check out who you are “liking” on Twitter, or Substack.

The “fix” for this madness is a parallel universe of sorts where independent universities and other private practitioners offer another track where merit is king. It’s already happening with the Brownstone Institute, Hillsdale College, non woke investment funds etc. Support it, build it and they will come.

Good fix! We have to start over from almost scratch. All the institutions that are supposed to exist to "search for the truth" now exist to CONCEAL important truths - this group includes 99.9 percent of the colleges. And 100-percent of corporate "news" organizations.

In fact I’m proud of her. It shows I brought her up in the right spirit, anyway."

I can’t believe he apologized. An apology is a death sentence. Apologies in this clown world of ours are an admission of guilt which allow your critics to feel vindicated and assured in their stance against you. It never works in your favor. Just like the coerced admissions of guilt in any totalitarian regime, your own words set you in front of, and are used as justification for the firing squad.

And those who believe they have the "good" and "right" beliefs (about any subject today) and that differing so therefore wrong, evil beliefs of others cannot be allowed are narrow minded bigots. Anyone who cannot accept that others are different, come from different backgrounds and have had different experiences so therefore have different opinions, is a bigot.
