If vaccines are so safe and effective, why do the manufacturers need special exemption from product liability?

RFK, Jr. made that point in his Rogan interview. They admitted they were inherently unsafe when they lobbied for the law to be changed in 1986. Pharma said these vaccines are unsafe and we are going to quit making them if you don't give us forever immunity from liability. And the government gave it to them. That was a license to print billions of dollars. All you had to do was make a new "vaccine" for an illness that posed no real risk ... and then get the "vaccine" on the childhood immunization schedule (which was a sure thing). And the rest was history.

Because under an earlier administration they threatened to stop making , creating, or distributing the vaccines. At that time making the measles vaccine or similar vaccines exposed them to enormous liability with little reward. There is a Federal agency that handles injury claims but the lawyers are basically cut out of the deal.

And they effectively pay nothing, ever. It is just BS.

Weird how they've been ducking that completely logical question since the jabs rolled out........
