Lawyers know that the big money is in pain and suffering compensation, from which the pharmaceutical manufacturers are currently protected, so there's basically nothing in it for them. For now. But such state or regulatory-conferred immunity will not necessarily stand against fraud. All that is needed is enough evidence of collusion between big pharma and the regulatory agencies (hello, discovery!) to convince a judge, and the ball will get rolling.

Both good docs. I am caught between a rock and a hard place as I have serious eye issues.....wet macular degeneration...and IBS. Most of my other docs in the Houston medical center suggest you wear a mask but not mandatory. At least in their professional offices. I do not frequent hospitals...try to avoid them as much as possible.

While I was in the check-out line, a woman approached me to ask whether anyone had confronted me about my going maskless. When I said "Nah!", she ripped her mask off and replied, "I'm not vaccinated. My doctor said I shouldn't get the vaccine because I have an autoimmune disease." Make of this what you will.
I used to go to retail centers all the time during mask mania without one. I can't tell you how many times people asked me HOW I wasn't wearing a mask.
My reply: I didn't bring one.
Most still kept them on, even though they got it after I said that.
The mask were dangerous, if for no other reason, that by definition, half the population is dumb.
The real danger would've been when the people forgot WHY they were "supposed" to wear a mask.

I have MS too. My lib sis kept insisting I get the jab, even after I had Covid. My neurologist said it’s recommended I get it but acknowledged there was no studies on those with MS/“wink wink don’t get it.” Thankful I didn’t. Never had a flu shot either.
At least you didn't get MS from the jab. I was just watching Christina Applegate who is pretty much done with acting now because her MS is so devastating. Guess when she was diagnosed? 18 months ago. She is also a cancer survivor so I'd bet my bottom dollar that she got the jabs. I did a little searching on the internet to see if there was any evidence that the jabs can cause MS and sure enough, there were some cases where people got MS just days or weeks after the shots. Of course, nobody can PROVE that the jabs caused the MS but the jabs are the leading cause of coincidences.
It boils down to critical thinking skills. I had RA before I got Covid in late 2020. 2 months after recovery I experienced the worst RA flare I'd ever experienced in all of the 20 years I've been diagnosed with the disease. The pain was horrific, lasted almost a month vs 3 days of flare pain. I have not experienced pain like that since. I suspected at the time it was related to Covid and the thought of injecting more inflammation into my body did not make any sense whatsoever. This is one of the reasons I didn't get the jab.
I have had several autoimmune illnesses over the years. Luckily they were transient and treatment resolved them. I took the first two jabs and decided I was done - too much controversy and evidence of harm. I now consider myself lucky I didn’t end up with another issue. And to think the docs were pushing their autoimmune patients to run and get each new booster. Just hideous!
The backlash against HCQ was brutal! I took HCQ for 10 years, without any side effects. I saw fellow RA sufferers not take it because of the false statements.

The “vax” made AFIB return. In 2019 I had open heart surgery to correct a bicuspid aortic valve and thoracic aneurysm. By April of that year, I was off of ALL heart meds. After shot/vax in February 2021, my AFIB returned and I started Flecainide again
This should come as no surprise. We asked the body to turn healthy cells into mass producers of an antigen. The body will now begin seeing these healthy cells as something they must attack. And it’s not only lymphoid cells, we forced every tissue to become a producer of spike; some people may get nothing, others may have their heart cells “attacked” (myocarditis), their pancreatic beta cells “attacked” (diabetes), their ovaries “attacked” (menstrual irregularities), their arteries or veins “attacked” (clots, hypertension)...you get the picture. And not for a few weeks, this “thing” happens for at least 6 months as studies have shown (people producing spike at 6 months post jab). Criminal. Absolutely disgraceful.
The total shock experienced when I hear this thought “They killed off a million of the old and otherwise sick with a virus and are replacing them with an open border. Forced vaccines on the rest of us to whittle off the otherwise healthy men”.
I am curious if there has been any know uptick in cognitive decline in the elderly after receiving the vaccine or boosters. I have not seen anything written about it, only depression. I suspect it may be hard to differentiate between cognitive decline due to isolation and/or due to the vaccine itself.
In my personal experience, two friends in their early 80s, both intelligent, active, inquisitive and completely healthy before they each got two jabs and a boost, have both suffered significant decline in both physical and mental health after the shots.
One keeps apologizing that he can no longer remember anything or focus for any length of time. He keeps asking if the shots could have caused this? He refuses to visit the flccc website to read the I-RECOVER protocol.
The other friend is quietly fading away; no more vivacious phone conversations or daily visits to the community swimming pool. She just stays home.
My dad is 84. I live far away, but have called my parents every Sunday for 20 years for an hour or longer chat. He's had some "senior moments" over the past 10 years or so, forgetting old neighbor's names, etc. He's not isolated.
Within the last year, he went from that to not being able to drive even in his own neighborhood because he gets lost, telling a story not realizing I'd know who his sister's son is (my cousin), not remembering things we talked about 30 minutes ago, etc. It's to the point where he says he doesn't like to talk on the phone calls, just listen because he struggles to have a basic conversation.
I have a hard time not blaming my well meaning, NPR listening, covid crazy sister who jabbed him and my mom 4 times (at least) to this point.

So the same vaxx injured BIL (that I mention elsewhere in this thread) had to go to the ER because he had an Omicron infection. His oxygen level was still ok, so he was released by the ER doc who said: Well even though you were injured, your vaccinations (from 2020) gave you some protection (this time).
As soon as we got into the car, my BIL and I looked at each other and exclaimed, “Can you believe what that women just said??”

I have multiple sclerosis and my neurologist has always advised against flu shots because I already have a compromised immune system. I dug in my heels against the Covid shots because of this. My BF thanks me now for my stubbornness because I talked him out of it too.
I don’t understand people I see on social media now with autoimmune conditions who demand everyone around them be vaccinated for Covid and wear a mask, and of course they’re on their 4th booster shot. How did these people function before Covid?
I have MS too. My lib sis kept insisting I get the jab, even after I had Covid. My neurologist said it’s recommended I get it but acknowledged there was no studies on those with MS/“wink wink don’t get it.” Thankful I didn’t. Never had a flu shot either.
At least you didn't get MS from the jab. I was just watching Christina Applegate who is pretty much done with acting now because her MS is so devastating. Guess when she was diagnosed? 18 months ago. She is also a cancer survivor so I'd bet my bottom dollar that she got the jabs. I did a little searching on the internet to see if there was any evidence that the jabs can cause MS and sure enough, there were some cases where people got MS just days or weeks after the shots. Of course, nobody can PROVE that the jabs caused the MS but the jabs are the leading cause of coincidences.
Neurological issues are absolutely an adverse effect from the jab. First thing I thought of when Ms Applegate diagnosed. Sad.
It boils down to critical thinking skills. I had RA before I got Covid in late 2020. 2 months after recovery I experienced the worst RA flare I'd ever experienced in all of the 20 years I've been diagnosed with the disease. The pain was horrific, lasted almost a month vs 3 days of flare pain. I have not experienced pain like that since. I suspected at the time it was related to Covid and the thought of injecting more inflammation into my body did not make any sense whatsoever. This is one of the reasons I didn't get the jab.
I have had several autoimmune illnesses over the years. Luckily they were transient and treatment resolved them. I took the first two jabs and decided I was done - too much controversy and evidence of harm. I now consider myself lucky I didn’t end up with another issue. And to think the docs were pushing their autoimmune patients to run and get each new booster. Just hideous!
The backlash against HCQ was brutal! I took HCQ for 10 years, without any side effects. I saw fellow RA sufferers not take it because of the false statements.
Yup. And then punish the little ones for a virus that was nothing but a snotty nose to them.
It is a stain on our country.
Every article that articulates the damage that can and has been recognized, makes this healthy 81 year old great grandma, so very thankful grandpa and I did not acquiesce and get the jab. Lord knows we were coaxed, swayed, badgered, shamed, you name it, every step of the way.

Well, probably the way you think they are going. Silence is golden. However, I take every opportunity to say, we are not vaccinated. PS. It’s not a real vaccine and should not be labeled as such. 😊

The “vax” made AFIB return. In 2019 I had open heart surgery to correct a bicuspid aortic valve and thoracic aneurysm. By April of that year, I was off of ALL heart meds. After shot/vax in February 2021, my AFIB returned and I started Flecainide again

This should come as no surprise. We asked the body to turn healthy cells into mass producers of an antigen. The body will now begin seeing these healthy cells as something they must attack. And it’s not only lymphoid cells, we forced every tissue to become a producer of spike; some people may get nothing, others may have their heart cells “attacked” (myocarditis), their pancreatic beta cells “attacked” (diabetes), their ovaries “attacked” (menstrual irregularities), their arteries or veins “attacked” (clots, hypertension)...you get the picture. And not for a few weeks, this “thing” happens for at least 6 months as studies have shown (people producing spike at 6 months post jab). Criminal. Absolutely disgraceful.
The total shock experienced when I hear this thought “They killed off a million of the old and otherwise sick with a virus and are replacing them with an open border. Forced vaccines on the rest of us to whittle off the otherwise healthy men”.
I am curious if there has been any know uptick in cognitive decline in the elderly after receiving the vaccine or boosters. I have not seen anything written about it, only depression. I suspect it may be hard to differentiate between cognitive decline due to isolation and/or due to the vaccine itself.
In my personal experience, two friends in their early 80s, both intelligent, active, inquisitive and completely healthy before they each got two jabs and a boost, have both suffered significant decline in both physical and mental health after the shots.
One keeps apologizing that he can no longer remember anything or focus for any length of time. He keeps asking if the shots could have caused this? He refuses to visit the flccc website to read the I-RECOVER protocol.
The other friend is quietly fading away; no more vivacious phone conversations or daily visits to the community swimming pool. She just stays home.

My dad is 84. I live far away, but have called my parents every Sunday for 20 years for an hour or longer chat. He's had some "senior moments" over the past 10 years or so, forgetting old neighbor's names, etc. He's not isolated.
Within the last year, he went from that to not being able to drive even in his own neighborhood because he gets lost, telling a story not realizing I'd know who his sister's son is (my cousin), not remembering things we talked about 30 minutes ago, etc. It's to the point where he says he doesn't like to talk on the phone calls, just listen because he struggles to have a basic conversation.
I have a hard time not blaming my well meaning, NPR listening, covid crazy sister who jabbed him and my mom 4 times (at least) to this point.
Thanks for all the likes and comments. Sounds like there is a growing amount of anecdotal evidence with the vaccines and cognitive decline in the elderly (65+?). It would be great if Alex or someone could look into this.

So the same vaxx injured BIL (that I mention elsewhere in this thread) had to go to the ER because he had an Omicron infection. His oxygen level was still ok, so he was released by the ER doc who said: Well even though you were injured, your vaccinations (from 2020) gave you some protection (this time).
As soon as we got into the car, my BIL and I looked at each other and exclaimed, “Can you believe what that women just said??”
Apparently not much longer for this bird.
All of this is WHY new drugs are tested BEFORE they're unleashed on the public.
We are the trial subjects. We are the lab rats.
Here's a frightening thought: what will the studies look like in 10 years? Or (more frightening) in the future children born to "vaxed" parents.

Interesting you used “10 years.” A doctor friend of mine said the next ten years are going to be brutal for the vaxed. Fortunately, he or his wife, both in their 70s chose not to get it.
They'll live into their 90s, and they can watch all calamity.
