The politicians trying to institute these kinds of mandates seem to be hunting for "cracks" in the legal dam. They know that all it takes is one judge to allow these mandates to continue for the dam to start breaking. Why else would a more than 100-year legal case (Jacobson) continue to be used by the "fact-checkers" as basis for these mandates?

Watching an interesting show on PBS about Spain in the 1300's and the eventual forced conversion of Jews and Muslims to Christians after living together in harmony for so many years. The outcome was distrust that the converted were sincere and the inquisition was born.

When a private company is breaking its own ethics and data privacy policies in the collection, use and sharing of vax status, what kind of attorney would handle that case and what is it about this situation that prevents me from suing the company for discrimination when they are using vaccine status (AKA Medical Data), NOT being contagious, to keep me from entering a company office?
