A short while later we did get our refunds, but not before our names, addresses were published for all to see, at least here in Ontario Canada. I am less than Optimistic about the potential success of Elon at ending the Twitter attack on Free Speech... so I think you are absolutely correct to press on with your attempt to shine light on the dark and evil corners of the Twitter-verse.

Just asking for clarification. Also, if I’m not mistaken there are large legal organizations that fight to defend free speech, such as the alliance defending freedom. Have you sought out their assistance?
"I’m not mistaken" - I suspect you like me once believed in those things "fight to defend free speech", but the biggest, the ACLU, has decided that anything remotely promoting freedom is harmful to the aims of reformers. Thus, even non-violent protesters on J6 shall be incarcerated harshly to send a message about thought crime.
It's hard to know, but if later something comes to light that they failed to divulge, then they're guilty of contempt, which, depending on the severity, could mean jail time.

Alex, knowing from experience (much smaller scale, but up against Federal Government) it can be very stressful on you and your family. I went into my situation fully intent on uncovering the lies. After 3 years of stress, I couldn’t take it anymore and settled. There’s nothing more important than family. We’re all pulling for you; but I, nor would most, slight you for taking a settlement in order to relieve stress and the stress put on your family.
They will not disclose anything. They will continue to lie. They will continue to get away with it. Our justice/legal system is a disgrace, just like our election system. Get off GoFundMe and I will donate. At some point in time, those white liberals will give your money to their BLM pawns.
One thing notable about "Discovery orders" are the propensity of lawyers to subvert and hide unfavorable data that the court cannot fathom. Fair is not considered in A COURT OF LAW.

No, the court doesn't order any settlement. State courts have rules on holding mediation.
