Being a libertarian I would typically argue a private business can do as it pleases according to its agreements with users. But Twitter has clearly been coerced by the government. Which means this is in effect government censorship.

Keep fighting the good fight Alex.

Absolutely agree. The coercion was and still is the main tool throughout the Biden regime thus far. Coercion and the weaponization of various factions to intimidate and control. The link-coercion between the various media (and there are many) has been so obvious.

Sadly, most do not need to be coerced. They all belong to the same "club." Well, maybe old Biden checked-out years back. Who knows exactly who is running the Country!

Alex, this is history unfolding and you, right person, right time, are standing for all of us to preserve a basic right. Thank you. Stand strong.

Don’t you settle Alex. I think you’ve got them by the cajones.

Ditto. Unless you can get some concrete admission of wrongdoing from them, and a consent decree signed by the judge that requires them to make their censorship algorithm public and forces them to scrap it and any like it.

PLEASE do not settle. Take 'em down the road.

Basically Twitter used its power to defame and ruin your earning potential. The big guy stomped on the little guy and knew exactly the damage they inflicted. Get them.

Well, that's interesting with Elon lurking. Lil Bird doesn't seem so confident this won't explode in its beak.

You're fighting the good fight. But the far left now controls almost all of our major institutions.

And the judicial as well

Remember those who don't have the ability to fight the little bird.

The little bird brought this on.

Do mediation results become public? All this needs to be front pages headlines rdgless which route you take Alex. Add me to the list of don't settle.

They want to kiss and make up? They can’t be that pretty Alex.

Proposed order? Hell no. Force them to stick to the schedule and produce discovery. Settling before full discovery is completed is foolish, unless THEY propose a reasonable settlement offer to you. Unfortunately, the judge will want to extend discovery to support the lawyers. Your lawyers probably want o too. It means more $$$$ for them.

Do not sign an NDA on any settlement. The public should know the admission of wrong doing

Is Biden technically an employee of Twitter? Seems like the Feds call the censorship shots.

Mediator? Kinda early eh?
