Here is the issue, when I see the 1905 Jacobson case used by judges and others in power to uphold unlawful forced vaccinations into your body or lose your job or other privileges, I see a big opportunity to make something go viral. That case is about Jacobson not wanting to pay a 5 dollar fine for NOT taking the smallpox vaccine because he already recovered from smallpox and didn't want the vaccine. No one ever forced anything into his body, the judge just made him pay the 5 dollar fine. Small Pox had a very high death rate by the way something like 33%. Anyway, Do you see where I am going with this? Why don't we start a viral campaign to use this ruling AGAINST them? "Pay the 5 and stay alive" or "Pay the fine and stay on the grind". We need a good lawyer and maybe airline pilot that is good in front of the camera's to write a check for 5 dollars with a letter saying he is paying the fine to get out of the vaccine mandate as Jacobson did and would like to know when he can report to work. I think the more people get educated on the Jacobson case the faster this BS will fall apart. As they used Reasonable review in that case, and 1905 had different reasoning than 2021, no antibody test existed, the smallpox vaccine stopped spread and people from getting it (not like this mRNA therapy), Jacobson was not losing his job over it, Jacobson was never forced anything into his body to keep his lively hood. Although i dont believe it was limited to BA, other pilots were affected as well.
