Re your headline, "Berenson v Biden now stands alone", I thought there were others too. RFK and also Mike Adams come to mind.

View it as an opportunity. Get the word out ASAP. I have fired off several emails and text to colleagues, friends and family.

Most didn't even know...but have a sense of how important this is.

It's so important that you have ZERO rights without 1A. They'll use the dilution of 1A to come after our other rights.

WE ARE SLAVES WITHOUT FREE SPEECH.

It's that simple

And slaves we are with J6 making J7 the foundation of rogue federalist tyranny on parade. Proof the elections of 2020 were rigged with the assistance of 12 demon rat AG's and Governors and at least 6 other states that raised the vote count unrelated to the win-loss status so as to build that "huge swing" toward Biden.

Amy Comey Barrett is proving herself to be a judicial lightweight. Her arguments in this case were very shallow and she showed little regard for the first amendment, instead she went with a convoluted technical argument about standing. Every American has standing in a case when the government is bullying 3rd parties to suppress speech it does not like.

How is that not even a consideration the fact that ALL AMERICANS are harmed by this coerced mafia like censoring. How can she remotely NOT consider this

I am always amazed that these so called “Constitutionalist” judges forget how they were crucified in their appointment hearings. They are either intimidated, terrified or compromised.

Political violence and threats work.

If they didnt our commie overlords wouldn't deploy it.

Expand full comment

So predictable. I haven't forced myself to read the decision yet -- I will get to that eventually -- but I have to say I'm pretty darn sick of SCOTUS' standing jurisprudence. I believe they increasingly employ it for their own convenience -- to serve their own political leanings and to avoid rulings they don't have the courage to issue. I wish I didn’t feel that way, but I do.

I completely agree. This was complete cowardice on the part of the three 'middle' justices who have shown that cowardice is their primary value.

Expand full comment

So now the government has confirmation that they can censor all they want as long as they don’t use a particular person’s name it’s fine. I agree- horrible cowardly decision. I think they’re afraid of what might happen if they go against the government on too many decisions. I think they’re going to give Trump full Presidential immunity and therefore felt they had to give the government a win on this one by saying the plaintiffs had no standing. Sad-

Yes. Does this ruling mean the government is free to ignore the First Amendment and the Constitution as long as they claim they are not harming anyone by doing so? Then why do we even have a Constitution? It turns the judicial system into a giant tort free-for-all.

Highly disappointing ruling. May your case restore my faith in our judicial system.

I love that book by Perkins. I read it in the aughts. It, along with Gary Webb’s Dark Alliance reporting, formed a foundation for govt skepticism that didn’t fully develop until Epstein’s murder followed by The Lab Leak censorship. Once you change your lens “the inexplicable” makes a lot more sense and there’s no going back to being naive. I don’t know what it will take for other people.

Sorry Epstein is not dead. He very well could buy his freedom and escape. Livin the Island life.

Simple. Laundry hamper takes him out and brings in the dead guy with the Epstein mask, everybody is wearing masks these days. Even Macron. They forgot to do the ears though so that is a dead give away completely different blue print. Also the mask line is so obvious and the nose is much bigger on the substitute and well… we will leave it at that.

2nd smartest guy in the world has a great substack expose story on it with the evidence laid out pictorially as well. My fave is the Feds ( not EMTs 🤣) have a breathing bag held above his face as they wheel the dead guy out. Don’t the Feds know dead guys don’t breath ? Guess they missed that day in the briefing. Also his arm is hanging off the push stretcher , always a no no if you want all the limbs still attached when pushing through door ways.

Devil is in the details.
