I hope you feel better. I've been taking a ton of vitamin C. My normal daily dose is 1000 mg, but I'm up to 3,000 per day since getting the bug. I feel like it's helping, but hard to know. Can't hurt, though it may give you diarrhea if you aren't used to such high doses. I've also been taking 4,000 IU of vitamin D for years now.

I had Delta just about a year ago, and it was definitely worse.

Thank you. We also have been taking a minimum of 1000mg of Vitamin C daily from the very start of the pandemic, as well as 5000mg D3, zinc, B-complex, magnesium, and numerous other vitamins and supplements. I credited those with our mild experience with Wuhan, so this bout with Omicron 5 has thrown me for a loop and somewhat shaken my confidence in their protective properties going forward. I'm going to have to re-evaluate my attitude on going out in the community for a while.

I take Vitamin C powder mixed in warm water every day. Having some lingering symptoms after this round of the "vid". I take about 2,000 mg every day and almost always feel better after drinking it. Unvaxxed and staying that way. Daughter is vaxxed and has the same exact symptoms as I do. So much for her "protection".
