Make no mistake if they maintain power this results in building our own gulags.

It smells like a 30's re-run...because...well...that's exactly what's happening.

Anyone think that's histrionic?

As an optimist, I keep thinking about the 25% of the population who refused the shot and understood the psyop. That’s a large number. It will be very difficult to snow us again. I pray it doesn’t get ugly.

Well that SNOW is falling with what they are doing with the Bird Flu CON and in Iowa they just CULLED 4 MILLION chickens. The FOOD supply is next and it's being "allowed" as usual by our servants in the swamp who do NOTHING to stop it. Dr. Peter McCullough put out a good video-piece on this REALITY happening right NOW recently. The UGLY continues because it's ALLOWED. No one responsible for the entire pre-planning nor execution of the 2020 plandemic has remotely been held accountable. These very same people are involved and feel no concern because they KNOW they can get away with IT, and the servants in the swamp enable it all or are bought off by special interests

As an animal lover, I already know conditions for those chickens are grim. I am lucky enough to have a source of free range, organic, non GMO chicken. In addition, it's delicious. But it makes me sad to know they are wantonly killing chickens, cattle, and BEES for ginned up reasons. I'm old and I never dreamed the world would turn into what it has. Things seem to get continuously worse.

It's what happens when GOD (bestowed unalienable rights) is removed from the equation and man is given the power to control humanity as the CCP, Russia, Cuba and now in the USA with a certain faction of our government and those puppeteers who steer them from across the world. This is no doubt a FREEDOM vs Tyranny scenario now, but also a deep spiritual battle, and we must fight the good fight until the very END!

i'm betting it was more than 25%. i know people who got fake cards so they could keep on working. they understood the psyop but were either too dependent on the system to openly go against it or too afraid. it would be great if they all came forward now and dropped the pretense

Right, it's probably higher and then you might add those that got 1 or 2 jabs before realizing they regretted getting duped. I think Fauci and company understood this too which is why they were aggressively and desperately trying to scare and bully 90+% of the population into getting jabbed. If they made it to 90% or more it would have been really difficult to stop the next phase. Still, even if the real number is 60% or 65%, that includes much of the power that runs this country.... judges, CEOs, politicians, media, etc..

not histrionic at all. we lived through losing jobs, friends and family over this. i had moments of worry about being hauled off into a camp, stripped of my property, my bank account and my communication with the outside world. i feared that my neighbors, if they found out, would turn me in or hurl bricks through my windows. at one point, we closed out our retirement policies and bought a farm.

i certainly have no trust for anyone anymore. unless someone directly volunteers that they moved here from a northern state because they couldn't deal with school closures and vaccine mandates, i approach all new people i meet with trepidation.

things that were odd- my best friend in NYC died "of covid," some new neighbors moved in and no one went to welcome them, my nextdoor neighbor said to me (in a phone conversation, thank god!) that any people who refused the vaccine for themselves should have their children taken away from them.

i don't think i'll ever get over it, the things i saw in that time.

The witch trial of DJT is the nail in the coffin on the creditability of the justice system in this country just like COVID destroyed the creditability of the CDC, FDA and the medical industry.

As a side note you all need to read a book called "the People vs Donald Trump" Its a first hand account by a Mark Pomerantz who was one of 12 attorneys hired by the NY District Attorney to find some thing they could charge DJT with. It took them 3 years to come up with this fake crime, It took them to elect a new DA because the person holding the office before Bragg would not bring the case and pervert the justice system. It took them to have #3 DOJ official to give up his lucrative Fed job for an assistant DA job in New York He was there to coordinate with the WH and the DOJ to make sure it got tried before Election day.

If somehow Trump survives this drowning in the legal well called our justice system the judge will just declare him guilty as charged. Already talk of the Judge removing jurors who refuse to agree to the conviction.

“Democrats are evil doers who care solely about power.”

Your father was spot on, as was George Orwell in “1984,” in which Inner Party member (and interrogator and torturer of Winston Smith) O’Brien declared to Smith: “The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power.” That is a succinct and accurate  description of the current-day Democratic [sic] Party.

I was personally very concerned when Donald Trump kept looking for ways to stay in office after he left. Now though, and this is recency bias, I'm really concerned with lawfare and the current president looking to put his rival in jail. And I honestly don't think either man would live through a second term, making Trump refusing to leave again a non factor for me, buf the idea that the legal system can be tortures like this against a candidate is something I can see again. So I am reserving the right to vote for whoever, or even no one, as I see fit, but this trial has made me consider voting for Trump, and I hadn't before.

Alex -

Do you see now why Trump voters feel cheated?

Add it all up over the last 8 years.....what else would you call it?

Expand full comment

A hung jury? How likely is that with conviction with judge Merchans' 4-4-4 rule. Judge Merchan in collaboration with Soros DA, Al Bragg will ensure Trump is convicted one way or the other. If the jury votes unanimously to acquit, Judge Merchan will throw out the verdict on a technicality and order a new trial. This was never about a crime, or justice. If it was the case would have never been brought. It will be overturned on appeal, but the damage of this lawfare will have already been perpetrated.

Expand full comment

Merchan’s instruction is ridiculous. Unless all of the jurors agree that Trump committed a particular crime, there would be no agreement that he committed a crime. For example, if 9 jurors agree he violated federal election laws, but 3 do not, the jury has not found a violation of the election laws. If the 3 jurors who declined to find that Trump violated election laws find that he violated tax laws, but only 3 of the other nine agree he violated tax laws, the jury has not found that he violated tax laws. No agreement on the crime committed means no finding that Trump committed any crime at all.

Alex, in the juror questionnaire one of the jurors listed Truth Social and X as his or her only two news sources out of maybe 20

choices. Search X for “juror truth social” and you’ll see the story. Hung jury is my prediction.

Expand full comment

How do you have a hung jury when you do don’t need a unanimous vote?

Expand full comment

As I understand it, the jury must unanimously agree that Trump falsified business records, or directed someone else to do so. But the nature of the supposed crime FURTHERED by any such falsification is what jurors need not agree on. So, in theory, there could be a hung jury, but there won't be. No juror will have the courage to say that the prosecution hasn't even proved falsification beyond a reasonable doubt. And the judge's ruling on what the jury needs to find regarding the nature of the crime furthered is chilling to me as an attorney. A defendant has a constitutional right as a matter of due process to know the exact nature of the charges against him or her. Different crimes have different elements, ALL of which the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecution can't slide by by essentially saying "it might be this or it might be that, take your pick, enough bad stuff happened here that you shouldn't worry about the specifics." This judge's ruling sanctions sloppy thinking on the part of the jury and increases the likelihood of conviction -- by design, of course. It's looking to me like the prosecution's vagueness throughout the trial on the crime furthered by falsification was a strategy they knew in advance would be supported by the judge. And don't forget that without a felony furthered by the alleged falsification, the prosecution fails, because the statute of limitations has run on mere misdemeanor falsification.
