Good grief, that bill should bar discrimination for ALL MEDICIAL CARE on the basis of Covid vax status!

I guess “Do no harm” is a thing of the past! Shame on Duke Medical for denying this young child her lifesaving transplant!

Well, now we know for sure which is higher on the intersectionality scale -- being unvaccinated overrides being Ukrainian.

Is there a financial incentive for these hospitals to only do transplants on covid jabbed patients? It simply makes no sense in light of what we know now in 2023.

Godspeed, Yulia.

Decertification of the Duke surgery department would be the cherry on top...

Duke University Hospital cares more about appeasing their masters Joe Biden, Xavier Becerra, Big Government Public Health, American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Big Pharma down the line than saving an innocent little girl's life. The entire American Medical system is ruled by Big Pharma and Big Government bureaucrats and completely corrupt. Remember the saying: "I desire Mercy and Not Sacrifice and The Knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings".

Lucky for Duke that she didn’t die waiting. Duke used to be the go-to medical center. So it’s political now. Best wishes to Yulia

Thank goodness and it’s about time! This kind of madness should never have started, and it needs to end ASAP. God bless the kind individual who offered her the gift of a kidney.

What's the new hospital? They know more about patient care than Duke, who has fallen far from grace in every respect over the past decade or two. I would never hire a Duke grad, by the way. They are all so woke, just like UVa and many other formerly "prestigious" universities.

If Duke alumni had any integrity they would have closed their checkbooks as soon as Yulia's story broke.

Honestly this just gives me the heaviest of hearts.

These people deserve no less than the depths of hell.

Whoever made the decision at Duke Medical to deny care to this patient should go to jail for medical malfeasance.

Denying medical care because someone did not take a shot

THAT DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST CATCHING OR SPREADING A DISEASE AND COULD CAUSE HARM UP TO AND INCLUDING DEATH IN A PATIENT AT NO RISK IN THE FIRST PLACE IS UNCONSCIONABLE!!!!

I call THIS a HATE CRIME.

So happy for her!! My 14 year old son has been on hemodialysis three days a week for 8 years! He is on the transplant list but so far he has not found his match. We believe in miracles and are waiting expectantly for his miracle kidney! He is the strongest kid I know!

Edited to add- our pediatric transplant surgeon and hospital (in a major midwestern city) decided to transplant whether vaxxed or not. I refused the shot for my son. They weren’t happy with us but they will do the transplant if a match happens.
