You can get back on Twitter with a new account but once they know it’s you, out you go. Don’t give them that pleasure. Join another platform. More are popping up. We have to take Twitter’s power from them by making them irrelevant. Like people are saying, Twitter makes you feel dirty because that’s who they are.
Twitter will remain more relevant than it really is as long as the corporate media generate stories from it. It’s an incestuous circle of propaganda to prop up the echo chamber.
Well, I never saw any porn on GAB, but then I don't go looking for it. Your comment confirms that GAB is free speech, however. Porn, whether you like it or not, has been found to be generally legal speech by SCOTUS.
Rachel Mills says: "GETTR bans people for being too not conservative." To best of my knowledge, that is a false assertion. I don't know if Rachel is unwittingly spreading false info, or is intentionally defaming GETTR, or what -- but I'm calling it Fake News.
First thing I do online before checking my emails and latest news, is to look for you on Twitter. Thank goodness for Substack. Keep up the excellent work, Alex. You're appreciated more than you know!
Yep! I did that nearly a year ago. I wish all first amendment advocates would follow suit and plunge their active daily users into the dumper. Then they will get hit financially as people start dumping their shares of twitter stock!
Gab also has Gab TV. I like it. I started off with Parler but when it was pulled off the internet I tried a couple others that sucked and ended up on Gab. It’s the best in my opinion. It’s free speech and if you don’t like what someone is writing you just block them the way an adult would. If someone is promoting violence you report them, etc. But if they are offensive, racist, etc you can ignore or block or whatever you want to do.
Section 230 grants big tech immunity; I would say this is a pretty good indication they are in cahoots...we need a FOIA request for all emails, communications etc, between the big tech companies and the powers that be in the federal government
47 U.S. Code § 230 - Protection for private blocking and screening of offensive material was passed by Congress and it gives social media entities (private companies) immunity from being sued over banning, which very conveniently for Congress means it stops any 'cahoots' inquiry in its tracks. Freedom of speech needs other platforms and/or whistleblowers.
Supreme Court jurisprudence is clear - the government can't prohibit speech directly or acting through a third party, i.e., social media companies.
We ALL know it's happening... Congress's 'work around' was Section 230.
Trump tried to disable 230, but the "Deep State" refused to allow it. Such is life in America's "Artificial Democracy".
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai claims the govt is laundering censorship through third party nonprofits and he has proof of this in his case. I suspect there is more evidence out there in other cases. Twitter was a dying platform before Trump. I suspect it is now propped up by the government for social programming purposes.
Yabbut... who can afford the extensive lawsuit. Just leave. People here who are on Twatter can be good friends and announce your new platform. I doubt one tweet from them will get them shut down.
Yes, this would take a class action law suit with discovery to get at, and I am sure these platforms are colluding with government agencies- you need discovery to get the e-mails, texts, and phone records.
It started well before COVID. Look at how Adam Schiff wrote threatening letters to amazon and google and got them to remove Vaxxed the movie from their platforms. That is blatant violation of the 1st amendment. A government official with power to regulate and legislate them punitively telling a private business what to do? And then they do it? I don't know why more people didn't hop up and down about that. And now here we are. They got away with that and are emboldened.
You are currently trending on Twitter. Lots of love out there for you. I don't now laws or tos service but I deleted my Twitter a couple years ago and until recently was still able to read peoples threads then they made that difficult so I rejoined recently with the same email address, different user name. I know Thomas Wictor was banned and later rejoined as Carlos Osweda and was on for a while before that account was banned. I am not sure if he is back on Twitter or not but you can get a way with it until you get back on Twitter's radar.
I deleted mine after Jan 6th, and created a new profile with the name Domestic Terrorist... since that was what the government was referring to Trump supporters at the time. I don't use it though, I won't give them the revenue
FYI: Wictor is on Quodverum. Just put "Quodverum + Wictor" in your DuckDuckGo and you're off to the races. You do not have to join to read. (P.S. Am not a Wictor fan, but I follow him periodically as a curiosity.) Incidentally, I read Twitters all the time, without difficulties, and have never had an account; maybe it's easy because I use a desktop computer rather than other devices (IDK...).
Yes I know but I don't go there much. I am on the computer as well. I am not sure what happened with Twitter but it just stopped letting me freely roam around and read, about a week ago, so I just opened an account.
Thank you for speaking truth Alex. That’s what I believe most of us want and desperately need. I we can handle almost anything, even hard truths. I am tired of the bs and the manipulation, coercion and agenda driven ”science” being shoved down my throat. Keep on keeping on! You’re appreciated!
Twitter banned me in Dec 19, so I can’t follow you on Twitter anyway. I follow you on Substack because I’ve seen you on Tucker and bought your books. But you absolutely should do a podcast. You could do it just a few days a week and keep it short if you’re not sure about investing the time or commitment. But I am sure it would be popular. And what about Rumble?

It is the only really free speech place around. I looked at several.
Nope....and its full of porn... I settled on Telegram. They really do good at policing porn....
Well, I never saw any porn on GAB, but then I don't go looking for it. Your comment confirms that GAB is free speech, however. Porn, whether you like it or not, has been found to be generally legal speech by SCOTUS.
YES GAB PLEASE
Follow ladyjade at Gab! :)
Open an account as a member of the Tallaban.
Right, open your account, name your pronouns, put in a gay pride flag and BLM and black and brown fists and you should be fine.
😂 Tree, you just made me laugh out loud 🙌🏻
Internet winner for the day.
🤣🤣👍👍
Please hop on Gab or Telegram Alex.
And add more subscription tiers on here if you need better funding. Would be more than happy to kick in more $/month.
And Gettr
AGREE!
GETTR bans people for being too not conservative. That's not the point of open conversation.
Rachel Mills says: "GETTR bans people for being too not conservative." To best of my knowledge, that is a false assertion. I don't know if Rachel is unwittingly spreading false info, or is intentionally defaming GETTR, or what -- but I'm calling it Fake News.
Is that what happened to you?
I like GETTR very much. Very simple.
First thing I do online before checking my emails and latest news, is to look for you on Twitter. Thank goodness for Substack. Keep up the excellent work, Alex. You're appreciated more than you know!
Same here.
Twitter is shithole. The world would be a better place without it. Save your time and write or podcast elsewhere.
Agreed. Every time I go on there I feel dirty. People are vile.
So true
I came here to thank you and support you and your relentless pursuit of the truth. God Bless 🙏
Why bother? The only way to remove Twitter’s power is for everyone to stop using it.
Yep! I did that nearly a year ago. I wish all first amendment advocates would follow suit and plunge their active daily users into the dumper. Then they will get hit financially as people start dumping their shares of twitter stock!
I vote for you to join both Telegram and Gab! Thanks for pressing on with honest reporting.
Alex - just signed up as a paying subscriber. Counting on you to keep doing what you do. Fuck Twitter.

Yes. I love Gab!!! It's the social media site I feel the safest at.
I’m on Gab to have been since almost beginning. I’ve invested in them too
Same here. I'd rather pay for a service that doesn't sell my data then use one for free that cuts me off whenever they feel like it.
Twitter and these social media platforms are private entities, so they can restrict people as they see fit…
The issue is: are they acting on behalf of the government in doing so.
The government cannot ban speech and federal law gives people rights to enforce their freedom of speech.
What needs to be looked at is the connection. I’m sure there is one…
I hope someone finally comes forward and says this is how these bans are decided and that they’re based on government decisions…
That would give people a right to Sue the companies and the government…
Section 230 grants big tech immunity; I would say this is a pretty good indication they are in cahoots...we need a FOIA request for all emails, communications etc, between the big tech companies and the powers that be in the federal government
I fully agree...

You can use my Twitter account.
We love you Alex!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Get on GAB. I love it there. Easy to use platform. Way more freedom of speech. Great groups too.
