That is an interesting question. Their fear is real to them. They are honestly afraid, so compassion may be the best way to approach it. It is difficult to watch though, because although their fear is real, it is not based in reality, so their masks put their psychosis on display for all to see.

Some of them actually believe the MSM and are genuinely afraid. They have no ability to discern truth from falsehood, so in a sense you could consider them handicapped. They do not have the tools available to them to see the nonsense, so the nonsense is real to them. I have encountered several people who, once learning I am not injected, seemed to have actual panic attacks. They were actually afraid, as if they had just encountered some sort of wild animal bent on attacking them. It is quite bizzare.

I, unmasked in a grocery store some months ago when masks were still "mandated" here, actually had a masked guy run to the other side of the produce section every time I came in his general direction. It was comical.

It's tricky. The "liberals" got into trouble trying to mandate their philosophy of mandates for the common good because they saw lack of masks & vaccines as a threat to population health. If we reject masks in full because we see it as a threat to liberty, we are doing the same thing.
An easier example, most of us can reject neo-Nazi and Klu Klux Klan marches & rhetoric, but provided they are only exercising their legal freedom of speech and not inciting violence with action or words, it's a thorny problem to rein them in.
In other words, those who value tolerance & freedom need to be extremely careful when they consider intolerance as the "right" choice.

Another example: My local paper has deleted my very dry and factual comments on two shaming & shunning editorials that proclaim we must all continue to mask and vaccinate because failure to do so is selfish and ignorant. His words are close to inciting violence by demonizing a minority in our community, but his deleting my legal comments cross the line into intolerance.

@Ryan Gardner I totally agree that we must reject the masks in full. We shouldn't act like it's totally fine for some people to do this to themselves and especially to kids. I want to make a point about compassion, though, because I hate seeing it misunderstood. Compassion is not (necessarily) agreement, condoning, or letting be. Compassion is partly empathy and partly kindness and love. When people have empathy (physically sensing other's emotions) without kindness/love, they will blame and resent others for the empathic pain they feel. Caregiving fatigue for a sick loved one is a classic example of this. Empathy without loving-kindness distorts our perception of reality and as a result our ability to navigate the situation successfully. But if we tolerate the pain of empathy, which is to say if we remain kind towards ourselves and the other, we enable our empathy to instruct us about reality. THAT is compassion...and that also is the path to wisdom. Compassion is the understanding of the complexity of reality from multiple perspectives. When we are truly compassionate with regard to, for example, those whose own fear and mistrust of nature drives them to hurt children, other adults, nature, and democracy--and to usher in a technocratic authoritarian transhumanist dystopia...we don't say "Okay cool, go right on ahead", we peacefully defend reality and our principles, point out their delusion, and do our best to protect against the damage they create. Usually this doesn't mean bashing them in the face, but rarely it might. It is compassionate to understand the whole situation and to protect everyone, including those who offend. A good parent is my favorite illustration of the difference between compassion and corrosive indulgence. A good parent does not allow their kid to follow his impulses, eating nothing but candy and chips, and play video games all day and all night in the basement. A good parent understands and validates the kid's natural drive for pleasure, understands that a kid's frontal lobe isn't able to provide the inhibition necessary to push back against modern addictive technologies, understands the kids' needs for physical activity and friendship and nutrients and sunshine and sleep and whatever else, and they prioritize their kid's longterm wellbeing. So they stop buying processed food, throw out the X-Box, hand the kid a chicken leg, and put them out in the yard with a couple of friends. When that kid grows up, and is on the other side of that addiction and sloth, they are grateful for their parents' strength and love. Kids whose parents don't act compassionately like that...don't grow up, and pretty reliably never develop compassion for their parents or most anyone else (including most notably themselves). When we practice compassion, it spreads. It is never a bad idea. Even compassion for the narcissist and the sociopath works--maybe not to change them, but to protect against the distortion their presence can bring to the rest of us. Compassion does not mean complicity!

You either end up slightly oxygen deprived, which comprises your immune system. In your case this messes your Lupus. Or, you get the right amount of oxygen but you do so by breathing in MORE air. With more viruses and bacteria, and dust which Carries viruses and bacteria. Typically it is a combo of both. In some moments you’re oxygen deprived, others you’re breathing heavily to get enough air. This is why people who wear masks are more likely to be infected with a virus, not less. Every study done prior to COVID showed that. You are immune compromised but wearing a mask further compromises you. Which makes your Lupus worse. And makes you more likely to get Sick from bugs floating around. Oh...the mask stops about 2-3% of water droplet Carried virus. Which is hugely overridden but everything I’ve written above. If you’re concerned STOP wearing a mask. You’re making yourself sick.

I was in a market today too...everyone including clerks were all unmasked. As I was about to leave, a woman came in wearing a mask. She looked at me directly and I smiled, but I just saw abject fear in her eyes. She really looked wildly fearful. Poor thing.

The evidence seems to indicate this is political. I live near a medium sized city, and the mask wearing increases as you get closer to the center of the city and decreases as you move away from the center of the city. Within the city many businesses still require masks for entry. This corresponds well to the political demographics, as leftists tend to congregate in cities.
Leftists enjoy seeing our outrage. Hence, they wear body mutilation ornaments with PRIDE, conduct themselves horribly, offend us with body odors, and generally make poor choices...just to see our reactions. Problem is, we began to tolerate the first offenses, and like any dopamine addict, they upped the ante. Tolerance, is the last vestige of a dying society, so, I suggest we lose it.

Sorry but after all the times I was yelled out OUTSIDE for not wearing one, and my teenage son was stalked by a 50 something year old man, shouting at him that he better skip college since he's too stupid for it because he won't wear a mask on a hiking trail, no compassion from me. My fear of the vaccine -- especially for my children -- is equally real. Yet there was zero compassion even from members of my own family when my wife's job was threatened and I was forbidden from travel. Maybe the "Milgram Majority" can be forgiven, but it won't be easy.
That is a great point. Yes, I personally know one person who died from the bug (although I think the Remdesivir they gave him in the hospital killed him), but I know two people personally who died within days of being "vaccinated", and another who has horrible hand tremors. I had the bug last August, and it wasn't that bad, and I'm in one of the very "high risk" groups.

The difference with their fear and mine, in my opinion, is that there is no substantive data showing masks work but there is a lot of data showing the vaccines have high risks. Another huge difference is that I never shamed or berated those for wanting to wear a mask where "they" tend to go full throttle on those not wearing masks or who have not been vaccinated. Some people may be legitimately fearful by being misled by an unsavory media but I feel several are doing it as "you're an idiot because you don't have a mask on" or "you're an idiot because you haven't gotten vaccinated... you must not know how stupid you are" and how I'm somehow killing somebody because I haven't done these things. Those who don't wear masks or haven't vaccinated don't have that harsh judgement against those who choose to mask or vaccinate.

Our ancestors, especially those from Europe, built the greatest civilizations known to man. Some, persisting longer than 10 centuries. As they too went through this apparently inevitable atrophy, they left us wisdom and warnings. What we over 50's know, ineffably, is that when the rot leads to the crash, WE can rebuild. They, can not. And while many of us wanted to be gracious, tolerant and understanding, it will take some harsh measures to inoculate the next great civilization.

There's a variety out there--some just feel wearing an N95 or P100 reduces their chances, maybe they're around the elderly--I don't hate people just for wearing them, I do hate them for wanting to mandate masks or vaccines.

The real effects of the psychology of the Propaganda War are devastating. Keep up the good fight and increase your good fat consumption (avocado, coconut, nut oils) and decrease your animal protein consumption (e.g. dairy) and carbs. Intermittent fasting of 14-16 hours per day. INcrease water or tea consumption and take at least 3000 iu of vitamin D in oil and 25 mg of zinc (ascorbate, citrate, glycinate or gluconate) per day. Also, sweating at least 3 times per week.

Well not all of them do, but even the ones who don't, aren't interested in any sort of persuasion to avoid the jabs. I don’t care what you say. I’m not getting vaxed. And if you are going to we need to sit down and argue about this. I have researched some of the best treatments to remove the SPike Proteins (Mercola Autophagy Diet), but some of the damage to the capillaries in the brain, lungs and heart from the Spikes is permanent. He has been successful in his goal to partly enslave Canada, at least to the extent that many Canadians (most?) have "accepted" the repeated mantra that these horrible gene therapy injections masquerading as vaccines are "safe and effective". The true effects are now clear, ie. they suppress the immune system for life and the effect on antibodies for the VERY specific variant that they were designed to "fight" is VERY short lived (less than 6 months). Furthermore, the damage to the circulatory system and in particular the heart, lungs and brain is permanent and cumulative with dosage and with further Boosters. m-RNA shots are poison. How, the majority of Canadians were "encouraged", coerced, forced, bribed, lied to, to make them take these poisons is perhaps the greatest scandal in all of history (and I do not exaggerate). I think if we did a full audit we would find they shuffled votes around making sure every right race Trudeau won. No one has ever won with his small Percentage. He’s done it three times. I heard from a very very credible source some very dark things about him recently. I had heard he engages in sex and drugs in a gay party house in North Vancouver. A gay acquaintance said he has seen Justin snort Coke off the bum of a 15 year old. I just don’t know if he’s telling me the truth. However when I heard the person say he’s really bad, I brought that up - the coke and sex with young teen boys - and she said ‘It’s way worse than that.’

That's the problem. It's not merely a harmless choice or an exercise in freedom. IF masks don't work, or worse, cause harm - then people are being deluded to their detriment. You make some good points. I outwardly try to give maskers the benefit of the doubt, and as long as they aren't trying to force me into anything, I can allow them their psychosis without comment. However, inwardly I look at this stage of the game as a large-scale intelligence test, and they are failing massively. This is a great illustration of how IQ tests don't accurately measure intelligence, because the maskers cross all IQ ranges.

Something I failed to mention in my comment to the "should mask wearers be condemned question - the comment was long enough as is: The fact that the pro-mask forces are, and remain, even now, determined to mask even pre-schoolers, in one of the many "tells" in this question. So, YES, child abusers should be condemned. There is literally zero covid threat to such young children, and negligible threat to anyone healthy under 70 or so. Their "reasoning" is that there is no vaccine approved for children 5 and under. Not sure about approval, but the babies are not vaxed, and there is no mandate for them, except in CA and maybe NYC, where the mandate notion has floundered because even in la-la land people know the vax has failed and children don't need it regardless. The pressure for masking is insane. Wherever and whenever insanity and stupidity are found in power, such must be, yes, condemned.

Thank you. It comes just in time for the summer travel season. I throughly enjoy going places, but not necessarily flying. However when you live in Hawaii everywhere you go requires a plane ride. Finally I can enjoy watching people smile again. Common sense seems like a super power now a days.
LOL, well, maybe "brave" the first time. But then I realized, they don't care. Not even at Boston's Logan, in deep-blue Massachusetts. I've gone to check-in counters, I've gone to the TSA checkpoint, I've gone through the x-ray conveyor area, and at each of those, sometimes someone would say something, sometimes not. I've gone maskless to the guy who checks your ID and boarding pass, looks at your face, and not been told to mask-up. Of ALL the places, that's where I would expect them to be most stringent. But no.
Mind you, when someone would tell me to mask up, I would. And then when I was no longer in their "jurisdiction", I'd take it off and wait to see if anyone else would say something. Once I was through security, and before I would start to board my flight, literally NO ONE ever said anything. Not even sitting at the gate area (one exception; some Southwest Karen at MHT).
In Boston, early January 2022, the airport was mostly empty. 10pm on a Saturday night. At one point, over the span of no more than 5 minutes, I walked past, as in, we were walking in opposite directions and passed within no more than 5 feet of each other, clearly in plain view of each other, I walked past at least a dozen (in total) TSA agents, Boston city cops, and MA state troopers. I was unmasked. Not with my mask down but hooked on my ears; UNmasked. No mask in sight. I made deliberate eye contact with whichever ones wanted to look at me, and literally NONE of them batted an eye. In BOSTON!
I wished more of us would have done that.
In Norfolk in February I arrived and was walking in the terminal toward baggage, and I spotted my son waiting for me. I was unmasked, he was unmasked. I laughed and began to say, "We are the ONLY two people in the airport...I take that back!" because at that point I noticed a woman walking the other way and near us, and SHE was unmasked, and she heard me, and she said, "THREE of us!" and smiled. Was great timing, a nice exchange. Three of us unmasked at ORF.
I can honestly say I can't remember ever seeing ANYone else unmasked in an airport over the past year.
I did exactly the same thing. I fly roughly 30 round trips per year. I will admit the first few times I did it I was a little nervous. But after the first few times I'd look forward to being the only person in the airport not wearing a mask. If I was confronted it was usually by some crazy Karen. I have literally wore a mask less than 2 hours in the last 2 years. I even took pictures of the flight attendants when they weren't following their own rules - so I could point to it. None of them did when they'd go sit on their lazy asses by the shitters. It was easy blackmail.

Politicians don’t care about anything but keeping their jobs, so the way to stop this from happening is pushing back HARD on any attempt to re-implement covid restrictions. The data is overwhelmingly clear — the lockdowns and other restrictions were immensely destructive but didn’t move the needle on virus activity. The states that have been ignoring covid for over a year are doing no worse than their covid-obsessed neighbors. If we can go to football games while ignoring covid protocols, surely we hold a ‘regular’ election.
We’ve all been lied to, forced, ridiculed & deceived in compellingly tyrannical narratives. It was pretty amazing that I fought my way on to a flight from Sarasota to Baltimore tonight. The flight attendant tried to make an example of me by calling out my silly comment that mandatory masks were just made “illegal”. By the time we landed he got on the speaker to say just that. A few people told me to call him out and give him an “I told you so”. I wanted to, I didn’t.
I had a bourbon with my husband as I awaited my flight to Buffalo. Small celebration for a long fight.
The saddest part was watching a mother and father after the masks were lifted, berate their children to the point of making them cry. Made me cry.
Peer pressure will be interesting to observe in those who choose to wear masks. How long will it take before they don't want to be seen as the odd ones out?
They always had a choice. It was our choice that drove them to an Orwellian hatred. I do not forgive them and more importantly, we cannot let them forget they were ok with us losing our jobs, being shunned from society and our kids tortured with school closures and masks that had zero scientific basis. Think about this, these idiots still want to mask grade school children who have virtually no chance of getting sick or dying from covid.

That is an interesting question. Their fear is real to them. They are honestly afraid, so compassion may be the best way to approach it. It is difficult to watch though, because although their fear is real, it is not based in reality, so their masks put their psychosis on display for all to see.

Some of them actually believe the MSM and are genuinely afraid. They have no ability to discern truth from falsehood, so in a sense you could consider them handicapped. They do not have the tools available to them to see the nonsense, so the nonsense is real to them. I have encountered several people who, once learning I am not injected, seemed to have actual panic attacks. They were actually afraid, as if they had just encountered some sort of wild animal bent on attacking them. It is quite bizzare.

It's tricky. The "liberals" got into trouble trying to mandate their philosophy of mandates for the common good because they saw lack of masks & vaccines as a threat to population health. If we reject masks in full because we see it as a threat to liberty, we are doing the same thing.
An easier example, most of us can reject neo-Nazi and Klu Klux Klan marches & rhetoric, but provided they are only exercising their legal freedom of speech and not inciting violence with action or words, it's a thorny problem to rein them in.
In other words, those who value tolerance & freedom need to be extremely careful when they consider intolerance as the "right" choice.

@Ryan Gardner I totally agree that we must reject the masks in full. We shouldn't act like it's totally fine for some people to do this to themselves and especially to kids. I want to make a point about compassion, though, because I hate seeing it misunderstood. Compassion is not (necessarily) agreement, condoning, or letting be. Compassion is partly empathy and partly kindness and love. When people have empathy (physically sensing other's emotions) without kindness/love, they will blame and resent others for the empathic pain they feel. Caregiving fatigue for a sick loved one is a classic example of this. Empathy without loving-kindness distorts our perception of reality and as a result our ability to navigate the situation successfully. But if we tolerate the pain of empathy, which is to say if we remain kind towards ourselves and the other, we enable our empathy to instruct us about reality. THAT is compassion...and that also is the path to wisdom. Compassion is the understanding of the complexity of reality from multiple perspectives. When we are truly compassionate with regard to, for example, those whose own fear and mistrust of nature drives them to hurt children, other adults, nature, and democracy--and to usher in a technocratic authoritarian transhumanist dystopia...we don't say "Okay cool, go right on ahead", we peacefully defend reality and our principles, point out their delusion, and do our best to protect against the damage they create. Usually this doesn't mean bashing them in the face, but rarely it might. It is compassionate to understand the whole situation and to protect everyone, including those who offend. A good parent is my favorite illustration of the difference between compassion and corrosive indulgence. A good parent does not allow their kid to follow his impulses, eating nothing but candy and chips, and play video games all day and all night in the basement. A good parent understands and validates the kid's natural drive for pleasure, understands that a kid's frontal lobe isn't able to provide the inhibition necessary to push back against modern addictive technologies, understands the kids' needs for physical activity and friendship and nutrients and sunshine and sleep and whatever else, and they prioritize their kid's longterm wellbeing. So they stop buying processed food, throw out the X-Box, hand the kid a chicken leg, and put them out in the yard with a couple of friends. When that kid grows up, and is on the other side of that addiction and sloth, they are grateful for their parents' strength and love. Kids whose parents don't act compassionately like that...don't grow up, and pretty reliably never develop compassion for their parents or most anyone else (including most notably themselves). When we practice compassion, it spreads. It is never a bad idea. Even compassion for the narcissist and the sociopath works--maybe not to change them, but to protect against the distortion their presence can bring to the rest of us. Compassion does not mean complicity!
People who continue to wear a mask are not monolithic. I never thought that children should wear a mask. Yet at this point in time I do wear a mask since I inject methotrexate, a chemotherapy immune suppressant for Lupus, an autoimmune disease.
Each person requires approximately 550 liters a day of used up oxygen. To get that we breathe in 2200 liters expelling 1650. To get 2200 liters of oxygen you breath in 11,000 liters of air. We live in a sea of viruses, dust, and bacteria. No matter how you cut it you’re going to breath in that much air. Whether it’s through a mask or around a mask. Or you die. However...the mask CUTS DOWN on oxygen. So guess what? You actually breathe in more air to get the same amount of oxygen. It cuts it down by 20-25%. One of two things Happen. You either end up slightly oxygen deprived, which comprises your immune system. In your case this messes your Lupus. Or, you get the right amount of oxygen but you do so by breathing in MORE air. With more viruses and bacteria, and dust which Carries viruses and bacteria. Typically it is a combo of both. In some moments you’re oxygen deprived, others you’re breathing heavily to get enough air. This is why people who wear masks are more likely to be infected with a virus, not less. Every study done prior to COVID showed that. You are immune compromised but wearing a mask further compromises you. Which makes your Lupus worse. And makes you more likely to get Sick from bugs floating around. Oh...the mask stops about 2-3% of water droplet Carried virus. Which is hugely overridden but everything I’ve written above. If you’re concerned STOP wearing a mask. You’re making yourself sick.

Right? It's all so bittersweet. While the lifting of mask, vax, passport mandates is worth celebrating, I'm still super pissed that it took so long and caused so much damage & trauma; much of it permanent.
Today at the supermarket it was closer to normal: No one-way aisles; no "social distancing;" no limits on the number of shoppers allowed in the store. (I will NEVER forget standing outside in January because the store limited the number of shoppers!)
However, there were still some masked shoppers.
I was in a market today too...everyone including clerks were all unmasked. As I was about to leave, a woman came in wearing a mask. She looked at me directly and I smiled, but I just saw abject fear in her eyes. She really looked wildly fearful. Poor thing.

The evidence seems to indicate this is political. I live near a medium sized city, and the mask wearing increases as you get closer to the center of the city and decreases as you move away from the center of the city. Within the city many businesses still require masks for entry. This corresponds well to the political demographics, as leftists tend to congregate in cities.
Leftists enjoy seeing our outrage. Hence, they wear body mutilation ornaments with PRIDE, conduct themselves horribly, offend us with body odors, and generally make poor choices...just to see our reactions. Problem is, we began to tolerate the first offenses, and like any dopamine addict, they upped the ante. Tolerance, is the last vestige of a dying society, so, I suggest we lose it.
Modern progressives abdicate their responsibilities to authority. It's what defines them. As long as the authority is suitably progressive too. My fear of the vaccine -- especially for my children -- is equally real. Yet there was zero compassion even from members of my own family when my wife's job was threatened and I was forbidden from travel. Maybe the "Milgram Majority" can be forgiven, but it won't be easy.
That is a great point. Yes, I personally know one person who died from the bug (although I think the Remdesivir they gave him in the hospital killed him), but I know two people personally who died within days of being "vaccinated", and another who has horrible hand tremors. I had the bug last August, and it wasn't that bad, and I'm in one of the very "high risk" groups.

The difference with their fear and mine, in my opinion, is that there is no substantive data showing masks work but there is a lot of data showing the vaccines have high risks. Another huge difference is that I never shamed or berated those for wanting to wear a mask where "they" tend to go full throttle on those not wearing masks or who have not been vaccinated. Keep up the good fight and increase your good fat consumption (avocado, coconut, nut oils) and decrease your animal protein consumption (e.g. dairy) and carbs. Intermittent fasting of 14-16 hours per day. INcrease water or tea consumption and take at least 3000 iu of vitamin D in oil and 25 mg of zinc (ascorbate, citrate, glycinate or gluconate) per day. Also, sweating at least 3 times per week.

One thing I did though was tell them I would never be upset with them if they screwed up but it was well thought out. If they had a good reason and something messed up, no problem. He has been successful in his goal to partly enslave Canada, at least to the extent that many Canadians (most?) have "accepted" the repeated mantra that these horrible gene therapy injections masquerading as vaccines are "safe and effective". The true effects are now clear, ie. they suppress the immune system for life and the effect on antibodies for the VERY specific variant that they were designed to "fight" is VERY short lived (less than 6 months). I think if we did a full audit we would find they shuffled votes around making sure every right race Trudeau won. No one has ever won with his small Percentage. He’s done it three times. I heard from a very very credible source some very dark things about him recently. I had heard he engages in sex and drugs in a gay party house in North Vancouver. A gay acquaintance said he has seen Justin snort Coke off the bum of a 15 year old. I just don’t know if he’s telling me the truth. However when I heard the person say he’s really bad, I brought that up - the coke and sex with young teen boys - and she said ‘It’s way worse than that.’

Thank you. It comes just in time for the summer travel season. I throughly enjoy going places, but not necessarily flying. However when you live in Hawaii everywhere you go requires a plane ride. Finally I can enjoy watching people smile again. Common sense seems like a super power now a days.

LOL, well, maybe "brave" the first time. But then I realized, they don't care. Not even at Boston's Logan, in deep-blue Massachusetts. I've gone to check-in counters, I've gone to the TSA checkpoint, I've gone through the x-ray conveyor area, and at each of those, sometimes someone would say something, sometimes not. I've gone maskless to the guy who checks your ID and boarding pass, looks at your face, and not been told to mask-up. Of ALL the places, that's where I would expect them to be most stringent. But no.
Mind you, when someone would tell me to mask up, I would. And then when I was no longer in their "jurisdiction", I'd take it off and wait to see if anyone else would say something. Once I was through security, and before I would start to board my flight, literally NO ONE ever said anything. Not even sitting at the gate area (one exception; some Southwest Karen at MHT).
In Boston, early January 2022, the airport was mostly empty. 10pm on a Saturday night. At one point, over the span of no more than 5 minutes, I walked past, as in, we were walking in opposite directions and passed within no more than 5 feet of each other, clearly in plain view of each other, I walked past at least a dozen (in total) TSA agents, Boston city cops, and MA state troopers. I was unmasked. Not with my mask down but hooked on my ears; UNmasked. No mask in sight. I made deliberate eye contact with whichever ones wanted to look at me, and literally NONE of them batted an eye. In BOSTON!
I wished more of us would have done that.
In Norfolk in February I arrived and was walking in the terminal toward baggage, and I spotted my son waiting for me. I was unmasked, he was unmasked. I laughed and began to say, "We are the ONLY two people in the airport...I take that back!" because at that point I noticed a woman walking the other way and near us, and SHE was unmasked, and she heard me, and she said, "THREE of us!" and smiled. Was great timing, a nice exchange. Three of us unmasked at ORF.
I can honestly say I can't remember ever seeing ANYone else unmasked in an airport over the past year.
I did exactly the same thing. I fly roughly 30 round trips per year. I will admit the first few times I did it I was a little nervous. But after the first few times I'd look forward to being the only person in the airport not wearing a mask. If I was confronted it was usually by some crazy Karen. I have literally wore a mask less than 2 hours in the last 2 years. I even took pictures of the flight attendants when they weren't following their own rules - so I could point to it. None of them did when they'd go sit on their lazy asses by the shitters. It was easy blackmail.

It was pretty amazing that I fought my way on to a flight from Sarasota to Baltimore tonight. The flight attendant tried to make an example of me by calling out my silly comment that mandatory masks were just made “illegal”. By the time we landed he got on the speaker to say just that. A few people told me to call him out and give him an “I told you so”. I wanted to, I didn’t.
I had a bourbon with my husband as I awaited my flight to Buffalo. Small celebration for a long fight.
The saddest part was watching a mother and father after the masks were lifted, berate their children to the point of making them cry. Made me cry.
