Harry Black, MD. I just retired after 36 years as a General/Trauma Surgeon in Daytona Beach, FL to pursue what is now my passion: true health and wellness as well as Integrative Oncology...all to equip and empower people to take control of their own health. I have my own company now: Sunrise Institute (https://sunriseinstitute.com) It took all the Covid lies to wake me up and then prostate cancer to change my thinking about treatments. I just wish I had awakened years ago from what I see now as the fog of the Big Medicine/Big Pharma/Big Hospital nightmare this country has been in for a long time.

Good for you in WAKING up! I love seeing MD's have that sort of epiphany moment with the indoctrination they have faced for a lonnnng TIME!

Sorry, this is fraught with more risks than benefits. Asking doctors to openly identify themselves with a narrative or ideology that has extremist reactivity, doctors who ARE STILL practicing, good luck!

It is so true that “the road to hell is paved with good intentions” should be above every healthcare provider’s doorway..,

What are they supposed to do? Bury their heads in the sand and hide out in fear of retaliation?

It may be risky but now is the time to be bold and take a stand. We’re in this very predicament now because not enough are/were willing to do that from the beginning.

You have to understand that for certain individuals it is almost compulsory to speak up, to risk physical and professional harm for what they believe, to stick their neck out for others. For whom being a bystander is not an option. When I encounter these individuals I stand with them I encourage them I spurn them on because they are too few and far between.

I leave you with a few words for the occasion:

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

- Margaret Mead

and “Fortune favors the bold.” You’ve heard that one before haven’t you?

We’re speaking here because a very important industry has been completely captured by greed and a certain outgrown behemoth of industry at the expense of our collective well-being. This isn’t the first time. History has a funny way of repeating itself when we allow it.

This conversation prompted a reminder of a story that crossed my eyes several years ago. I read the article and upon its completion it brought literal tears to my eyes. I bookmarked it saved it and printed it out it touched me so. Here is the shortened version:

And let us not forget Henrietta Phelps Jeffries, Doctress, (born January 5, 1857 in Halifax County, Virginia; died – August 22, 1926 in Caswell County, North Carolina). She was an African American midwife and a founding member of the Macedonia A.M.E. Church located in Milton, North Carolina. Despite laws restricting the practice of midwifery, she provided safe births for her community. When she was brought to trial for “practicing medicine without a license,” a charge punishable by death at the time, she was found guilty by 12 white men. Only the judge and her community saved her. When asked who was delivered by this woman, the entire court stood up (and most believed the judge had been delivered by her as well). She was “free” and she continued her work until her death.

Thank you! I totally agree. If not now, when? And I use that Margaret Mead quote all the time.

DividedUpWorld's avatar

Yeah, well, here’s mine:

“No good deed goes unpunished“.

Tell us about your moment or moments of being a whistleblower for a healthcare issue, and then a sizeable portion of your peers/colleagues proudly stood next to you and echoed the risk to take a stand against an essence of evil? Or more likely, turned around and stabbed you in the back and left you for dead?!

We don’t live in times anymore where taking a stand for something genuinely caring committed and concerned is supported by a significant majority of the population. And willing to join you and take a risk and face the losers and selfish jerks who only care about themselves at the end of the day.

Why don’t you wake up and look around you, 40% of the population with this country is spiritually and culturally dead, when have or are you doing to tell these people to go to hell?

I’ve been saying this here and at other places for years, and no one, no one of any significance has stood up and spoken out loudly that they agree with my point of view. Because the other 40% of this country is a bunch of cowards, whores and avoidants!

You figure it out, what are your deeds that have made you feel like you’ve been empowered and supported?!…

Harry H. Black, MD FACS's avatar

Standing up for what is right — like Alex did during Covid. Like Paul Marik, Pierre Kory, Robert Malone and so many other doctors did — has a cost. But the cost of not doing anything is higher.

DO's avatar

Oh, the rote “No good deed…” Spare me. While that is true sometimes it isn’t true all of the time. It is not an absolute truth. It’s obvious you believe this so your worldview is going to be funneled through this sentiment. If you want to throw your hands up while simultaneously burying your head in the sand, be my guest. And I haven’t to have mounted a famed revolt to see things the way that I have. But I literally gave an example of a person in history who stood up in a courtroom facing death and others decided to stand up for what was right securing her freedom.

A nation in moral decay, a population dominated by a bunch of spineless plebs. So what? That’s of no consequence to me. MLK said, “stand up for what you feel is right, even if you are standing alone.” I don’t care if I’m the last hold out. The townspeople could’ve rounded me up pitchforks and all ready to toss me into the volcano I’m going to maintain my position. In this situation I think of us all as candlesticks and you lose nothing by lighting the unlit wick next to you even if your flame gets blown out. You can feel how you feel. Frankly, you sound a bit angry and resentful. I don’t know if you’re here to genuinely offer anything or if you’re one of those “people” sent into forums like these to sew discord fear or discouragement.

The truth will set you free. It will set us all free. That’s an absolute truth I can get behind and one I will hold onto no matter what comes.

DividedUpWorld's avatar

I just love the arrogance and presumptuousness of people who dismiss a comment. Yeah, your thinking is the only thinking that works?…here’s a tip, if there wasn’t choice, you would invariably be run over because extremists would have no concern over your welfare.

And guess what, if you live life as a doctor, you’ve experienced no good deed goes unpunished. If you haven’t, you’ve never taken honest chances as a health care provider. Yeah, readers here who have invariably have felt that pain. So calling it rote, just shut up!

Or better yet, share your whistleblower experience and tell us how you saved your part of the world, and everyone held you up and carried you around like you were a champion…not!

That’s one reason why I find people who are critical of whistleblowers are just timid ‘stay only in the lane’ cowards, because they would never take the risk of doing what is instinctively right for the community if it potentially could put you at risk, again most people here who dismiss the call to get on the hill are cowards and whores, and subconsciously, you all know it.

What are your driving beliefs and principles? Freedom, independence, choice, and autonomy. Isn’t that what doctors at least used to strive for?!

NOT NOW….

Doctors are generally risk-averse, so your comment is noted as being realistic. What Alex is hoping for is a few courageous physicians who are not afraid of the truth, even at the risk of their careers. Someone has to stand up. Once the first few do so, others may join and what was once a third-rail taboo will find its way into the mainstream.

Better now than still believing their lies. So many friends, neighbors and my loved ones died from the impact of the vaccines, and the CDC Hospital Protocols. Recently, my 54 yr old daughter. I'm 2020, my sister-in-law and in 2022, my younger sister.

I am not a physician, but rather a veterinarian. I would be more than happy to be on a list.

Kelly J. Plat's avatar

Yes! Veterinary Medicine needs a wake-up call as well. Our animals don't need the plethora of vaxxines either! And no more 2-year shelf-stable dried goat turds, but real food, real meat, and bones!

It's really no wonder our pets (cats/dogs) only live about 7-9 years on average - the lack of nutrition, real food, and living outside! Locked in apartments isn't the best as well, but I certainly understand folks loving their companions.

What used to be the FLCCC is now Independent Medical Alliance. I have not used their provider search, but they at UT aligned. They were the only ones (that I know of) that had protocols for treatment and prevention during Covid. https://imahealth.org/about/

I just zipped here after reading Alex’s email and scrolled down to see if anyone mentioned it (IMA) as that was to be my recommendation. You, pleasantly, beat me to it.

I became a devotee when they still went by the FLCCC as well. Their reporting and commitment has been worth its weight in gold. Makes me grateful for the medium of newsletters.

I endorse and I concur.

FYI everyone: they have a directory for physicians/practitioners of this type right on their page. https://imahealth.org/providers/

Those that have listed their information here can also add themselves to their directory on this page as well.

I followed them all through Covid and they were a great resource! Still do.

What about GoldCare? I found a recent Town Hall Meeting of theirs excellently done … with Dr. Margaret Aranda, Dr. Jonathan Murphy, and John Richardson, Jr. In fact, if I come across the link, I think I will listen to it again.

I think Dr. Margaret Aranda is in Missouri and Dr. Jonathan Murphy is in Arizona.

Kelly J. Plat's avatar

And they used Hydroxychloroquine, and Ivermectin, and still do!

Kelly J. Plat's avatar

GoldCare with Simone Gold, MD, JD?

Sue's avatar

Yes! I especially like some recent doctors that Dr. Simone Gold is connecting with … the recent Town Hall Meeting that I mentioned earlier ‘blew me away’ … I will try to find that link for you! Both doctors that I mentioned are here on Substack!

Dr. Margaret Aranda, Joplin, Missouri

Dr. Jonathan Murphy, Tempe, Arizona (I think) … possibly a different town in Arizona. He has a clinic there. But I live in PA … not good.

No question, if my breast cancer flares up a third time, I will seek their help. I had no idea that there were other choices … surgery, chemo, and radiation are NOT the only way to proceed! I am flabbergasted that so much information has been hidden from us! I want to tell the world, but most people just look at me like I am CRAZY. 😢

One example … there are lies on the internet that if you eat apricot seeds, you could die of cyanide poisoning and I believed the lies! I was petrified to eat my first apricot seed! However, it didn’t bother me at all! It certainly was bitter, though … just proceed VERY slowly. Like 1 seed a day for a week and then 2 seeds per day your second week, etc. If you have never had cancer, slowly get up to 5 seeds per day. But, if you have had cancer, slowly get up to 10 seeds per day. And, if you are fighting cancer right now, you would be wise to contact Dr. Jonathan Murphy or Dr. Margaret Aranda. If they can’t help you, I feel certain that they would suggest a doctor for you.

I love UT and Substack! ♥️

I found the link to the GoldCare Town Hall Meeting that I really liked! Yeah!!! I had trouble staying connected and I couldn’t always understand Dr. Murphy … technical difficulties. Urrrrr! But, it was definitely worth the frustrations.

I am looking for a primary care physician in the Arlington, VA area. The one I had wanted to load me up with drugs [I don't take any] and shoot me up with the MRNA gene therapy 'vaccine' which I would never take. And he was wearing a mask in the office. Ugh.
