Lots of his readers, even well meaning ones (some of whom claimed expertise as doctors, etc.) still spout the false cliche's with claims that the mrna vaccines "slowed the spread" and "allowed lockdowns to end sooner" and "helped prevent you from contracting the virus and by doing so helped prevent transmission" and "resulted in 500,000 fewer covid deaths than would otherwise be the case" and even "N95 masks worked to some extent." I responded to some of those comments, all of them borne of logical fallacies, and directed them over here to your substack, because you have done the research, and you have all the receipts, most of which come from the CDC's own data. Matt himself responded to some of the more obnoxious comments, which I was glad to see.
The evidence I see all around regarding vax damage; kids dying young, kids having heart issues, young healthy adults dying, blood clots, turbo cancer and I could go on and on.. While to some extent this does happen, I have never in my 40+ adult years, seen so much of it.
Dr. William Bakis has an excellent substack regarding the cancers, deaths. He has been battling the Alberta government, the College of Physicians and Surgeons. More 5 to 15 year old having heart attacks and dying.

There is the natural question of "why would that still be the case after both intensive mrna intervention and after the waning of the virus's lethality?" Alex has been cautious about opining about this, and rightly so. What are your thoughts?
"Widespread" and "meaningful" are subjective terms. There is definitely documented evidence of vaccine side-effects and cellular damage (e.g. the early German cardiac pathology series, Korean MSK autoimmune study, etc). From direct observation, I can attest to both mRNA "vaccine"-related autoimmune pathology and the reluctance to report or even significantly discuss it. There is definitely amplification bias (for early COVID-attributed negative events) and dimunition bias (for anything related to the mRNA vaccine). I would also add that there is a sadly decreased rate of medical investigation and autopsies, so the evidence is literally buried in many cases. This was already an issue but was magnified during COVID due to the political ramifications of knowing too much.
I saw Matt's post (I subscribe to his newsletter) and was floored. I thought the same thing ... maybe we can finally get some breakout reporting on the dangers of these vaccines. My gut feeling, though, is that most reporters and even conservative journals like National Review won't touch it because they would have to acknowledge that they were wrong/misled/lied to and that they actually damaged their immune system and that of their families. I do not fault anyone for getting the vaccine in 2021 -- the propaganda and lies and censorship were overwhelming. But anyone who has gotten the boosters? They are willfully ignorant. To this day I know people getting boosters and they are still getting very sick with COVID. For everyone else, COVID is a cold or non-existent.
