Not good enough. Lawsuits must be filed. Health authorities must be held liable. Pay must be restored. The vaxx data proves without a doubt there was no benefit to vaccination mandates especially for people who already had the virus and recovered. The health departments must be held financially responsible otherwise history will repeat itself....and they cannot use the lies of it's the best we had at the time, when the science was horrible at best as the Pfizer trial data showed.

They're dropping the mandates for opening day because 'they're just following the science'?

These people are so fucked up it blows what's left of my mind.

In 2020, my job was in midtown Manhattan. I started working remotely in January 2020, as Q1 is a busy period for my team, with the understanding I would return to the office in April. However, the pandemic provided a convenient reason to never, ever set foot in that hellhole again--and I won't. I'm done with that crime-ridden, drug-infested cesspool. NYC can have it.

In July 2020, I told my boss that, "for family reasons," I wished to move to Florida. Told them it was a permanent medical issue with a family member. Went ahead and bought a house in November 2020, even though my approval hadn't yet been granted. My relocation was finally approved in June 2021.

I had three months of relative peace--until my employer announced its own vax mandate, the day before Biden's unconstitutional vax mandate edict on large private employers. My job was under direct threat, but I worked very hard on my vax religious exemption request, even paying a lawyer $500 to review it. Thanks to the great state of Texas, my employer decided to grant ALL exemption requests, as they felt they couldn't accept requests for our Texas people while rejecting equally valid requests from everyone else.

The exemptions were only granted for six months, so in May, they were scheduled to start pestering us again. However, now that I live in the free state of Florida, I will no longer have a problem, since the state has made it so easy to obtain an exemption--and any employer attempting to deny one would have a losing lawsuit on its hands. This in particular is truly a thing of beauty:

If the Florida Attorney General finds that an employee has been improperly terminated, the Attorney General must impose an administrative fine not to exceed:

For an employer with fewer than 100 employees, $10,000 per violation

For an employer with 100 or more employees, $50,000 per violation

EFF NEW YORK and THANK GOD FOR TEXAS and FLORIDA!!!

Yeah, Adams would he a fool if he makes special exception for athletes. Anyway, last week I went down to Union Square and happened upon a city worker protest. I was surprised to see so many young folks, like early to mid-20s.

To all mayors, governors, congress, prime ministers, fake president…you will not be mandating anything to me. Apparently there’s some confusion on your part about the relationship we have. You work for me. I’m not your servant nor your slave. I will not be talked down to. I will not be mandated to. I will not be forced to do anything against my will. You are my employee. It’s not your place. Get it straight.

Eric Adams is not a leader. He ran on giving people the hope that the vax and mask mandates would end, or at least he gave the impression. Since elected, he has proven himself to not be a leader. He's an appeaser of the covidmaniacs, and he is a fool. Special dispensations for performers and athletes is still an obvious form of medical tyranny.

Kyrie should continue the protest and refuse to play until ALL mandates in NY are lifted.

Or it could be something special for "performers and athletes" and not applicable to regular folk. Let's wait and see.

Did you see the tweet from John Stockton (ex Utah Jazz star) that states that he has developed a list of hundreds of athletes around the world that have dropped dead on the field that are vaccinated? There was supposed to be a video on YouTube but they pulled it down...of course!

As Steve Kirsch stated (see below) anyone that dies within 60 days of the jab needs to be autopsiesd and the medical examiners need to be required to determine vaccine involvement.

Also, everyone that has been negatively impacted by the jabs or was fired for not taking the jab needs to sue!

Kyrie Irving is a hero. His refusal to be vaccinated despite enormous pressure was an inspiration and encouragement to many of us that are just trying to live our lives and have a choice as to whether we want to take an experimental vaccine.

I feel like this could be a violation of the 14th amendment’s Equal Protection Clause. Of course, there will be no consequences tho. This is a carefully crafted policy to ensure that there will be minimal blowback from the thousands of city workers who were fired.

They need to end ALL mandates and not just ones for athletes and performers. The administration is clearly afraid of the onslaught of wrongful termination lawsuits they will see as soon as they end the mandate across the board.

This actually makes me sick. While I agree Kyrie should be allowed to play, what about the police officers, teachers and garbage men who were let go over this mandate? Carve out an exemption for a millionaire bball player while letting the little guy perish. Disgusting!

Bout damn time!! Adams is late to the game. He’s dead last, hanging onto lockdowns & covid restrictions. DaSantis takes the Win for this one. & lol @ Kyrie- it was AMAZING seeing Him in the stands for a home game the other night. 😂😂

Interesting how the socialist city of New York lifted the ban for athletes and performers, but neglected to do so for any other employed individual in the city. clearly they couldn’t stand the humiliation of a professional athlete that has the spotlight of news organizations. What about all of the other New York employees who chose not to be vaccinated?

Guess a lot of Yankees and Mets mysteriously available for away games only was going to be pretty embarrassing for Adams and his ilk.

Wondering if blue collar NYC employees like Cops, Firefighters, and Teachers, who resisted taking the vaccine and were put on unpaid leaves of absence will now be allowed to return to work and a paycheck. Mayor Adams, if not why not?

So when can I go to the Met Opera without being vaccinated and boosted? Or ride on the LIRR without a face masks while message boards in Penn Station tell me vaccines are safe, effective and free? This applies only to the rich like Irving making $33 million a year. Good for him; he’s one of the few sensible celebrities.

Read the tea leaves when I heard Aaron Judge wasn’t vaxxed. Happy for them but feel horrible for regular people who live in that hellhole and had to endure this tyranny. Still can’t believe I spent 6 years of my life there.

I know what happened. Mayor Eric Adams just happens to be the World's Greatest Scientist. He's basically Batman but for S C I E N C E. Adams went into his labs and just scienced the shit out of this, and what he found out is that "The Science Has Changed". Yes, where once "the science" said a visiting player cannot spread c19 and kill grandmas while a home player can, now neither home nor away players can kill grandma. If you see him zooming by in the Adams-mobile be sure to give him the one finger salute.
