I am already getting emails asking if I’ve been disappeared.
No.
The response to Twitter’s motion to dismiss is due in under a month.
I’m busy reading.
California, such thoughtful decisions. Such lovely protections for free speech.
I highly recommend Laguna Publishing Co. v. Golden Rain Foundation if you get a chance. I know it sounds like a copyright fight over a scat novel, but it’s… well, it’s even better than Robins v. Pruneyard Shopping Center!
In the meantime, if you want more on Ivermectin, please please please check out my latest three posts, "Ivermectin and the 'very powerful lobby'. Yes I know that Berenson (who is great) doesn't like the Ivermectin data, but I think if he were to read my last three posts (starting on part 1) he'd soon come around.
"In this case we decide that it violated the plaintiff's free-speech, free-press rights secured under article I, section 2 of the California Constitution when unsolicited, live-carrier delivery of plaintiff's give-away newspaper was made the object of discriminatory exclusion from Rossmoor Leisure World by defendant Golden Rain Foundation of Laguna Hills." Well now.
Alex, Enough with the lawsuit. What about the data on deaths of kids in the UK? Are the graphs done by the Expose accurate? What about the DOD whistleblowers? What about the disclosures in Pfizer's financial reports of possible problems related to the release of clinical information? What about the Canadian Covid Care Alliance analysis of the Pfizer clinical data? "Even within the first few pages of the data it was clear that the vaccine approved for emergency authorization was not safe. It was evident that in just the first 90 days of the vaccine's roll out, there were tens of thousands of reported adverse reactions, including over 1200 deaths."
California Democratic Gov. Newsom has announced the state will end indoor mask restrictions next week, but only for the vaccinated. Unvaccinated people will still be required to wear masks indoors. Schools will also still require mask wearing after the Feb. 15 deadline. now how democratic is that?
In the meantime... I'm out and about, in a bar here in the free state of SC, and started talking with a couple visiting from Ottawa. I expressed my support of the truckers protest up there in Canada. And... they went off on how they hoped Canada would pass laws so that this could never happen again, no one should be allowed to question the government... on and on. I hardly knew how to respond. Tried to delicately but firmly disagree. They just walked away. God help Canada. And thank God I live in SC USA.
I hope you are successful Alex in your claim against Twitter. I've been involved in my own cases against unjust harm an appreciate how much emotional, mental and physical energy it takes. Best to you!!
These battles going on for our free speech and right to bodily autonomy have been brewing in the background for years. Covid has been the very much needed wake up call to a sleeping giant. Now things are being fought out in the courts. Our next step will be to bring on new leadership through elections, so to break the stranglehold of the global elites and their minions (bio-tech, legacy media and dirty politicians). Bring it on!
I'm just glad that you weren't blindfolded and put in a van, never to be heard from again. Laugh if you want, but it's not nearly as far fetched as it once was.
I really thought about whether to comment here or not, but, this incessant push about Bitter really annoys me to no end, so, guilty violating the adage “if you have nothing nice to say…”
Alex, LET IT GO! After reading Palin’s suit against The Slimes was dismissed yesterday by a likely partisan hack judge who demeans the bench, really, you think you will wind up differently??
Bitter, a bunch of sociopathic shitbags, who’s primary audience of bitter whiny uncaring hateful F’s truly outnumbers the folks like you.
So, yep,I am lame for opining negatively, but, a primary reason I dropped my membership end of 2021 was this incessant updating of your legal travails.
Maybe others who are graciously allowed to comment who aren’t subscribers now can offer their perspectives too?…
I feel like you live in NJ, Alex. Do you know that they're turning away unvaccinated from hospitals for things like knee replacements, colonoscopies, etc?
Has anyone come across a link between high lead count in blood and the vaccine? My 1 year old granddaughter has a high lead count. She has been breastfeeding. Much to my dismay, my daughter got the jab just after she delivered and then got a second booster.
Oh, I was hoping you were finally researching Ivermectin data. It's been quite some time since you said you would be defending the smearing of it on Fox news. Still waiting ...
If you are in DC tonight, go out and support your favorite bartenders. Tuesday night the best bartenders are either serving or drinking. This is a "dry run," no pun intended. They just had back to back Valentine's Day (2 tops) and dead viewing parties from POC for the Super Bowl. These service industry want money and want to drink tonight. Support them tonight in Washington DC and make History legally, before it's overturned again this week.
Covid has not killed 900,000 people. That is being fast and loose with words which our inept leaders and mainstream media types do. 900K people died with a positive pcr test result. That doesn't mean they died FROM covid, it means they died WITH covid. How many in the 900k died specifically FROM covid? We'll never know. The data was collected in such an irresponsible and intellectually dishonest way, that we'll never know. Don't believe the hype.
Now if you or one of your crack researchers would go after the emerging Dominion Voting System demoniac breaking story conservatives might just have a prayer winning in 2022 and 2024.
If Dominion now owned by the CCP is not crushed our country forever have no return
I have not received your emails since 1/29/22 (and they are not in my spam folder). I re-subscribed and still have not received any emails from you. Makes me wonder whether Microsoft is blocking your emails.
Many of you don't want to hear this but the vast majority of you out there don't need the vaxx, ivermectin, or HCQ. Most of you have a healthy God-given immune system and will get over covid-19 just as you would the flu or a cold. Fact is, covid-19 is just another flu and to the vast majority of society, it requires just a few days of rest. In the past, y'all didn't need all these meds when you got the flu, why are you so convinced you need them now? Answer: you don't.
Just read Laguna. What a different time - when our courts were forging ahead protecting freedom of speech not diminishing it. My con law expertise consists of one class years ago but even with that basic framework I was baffled that attorneys said the law is settled that social media platforms have a right to limit freedom of speech. Like medical science, law is never settled otherwise one would never need to go to court- and attorneys would be out of work. 10 minutes of research pulled up Pruneyard which holds that California affords greater 1st protection to residents. Private property owners, which I believe social media platforms are virtual property owners, who are open to the public, must respect first amendment principles. As the Laguna Court noted: In other words, because the public had been invited on to private property, they would be deemed as remaining clothed with their free speech rights secured under the state Constitution for so long as the exercise of those rights did not impinge on the property rights of the merchants doing business in the shopping center, all with the result that any attempted curtailment of those rights imported the implicit sanction of state action. Alex's case is so important and I look forward to him prevailing
After, in fact, reading "Laguna Publishing Co. v. Golden Rain Foundation". I am stunned at how trivia can consume us. A bunch of self dealing can create huge conflict that leads to nearly imponderable tedium detail. I can see the Twitter import. I can just picture the amount of the legal fees involved just from the length of the discussion. A bit of Pruneyard affirms that CA may find that private companies cannot infringe some rights. Aren't courts fine places for reason to prevail (or not).
Sorry to be on-topic as the free range discussions continue.

Nothing would make the Twitter people more miserable if you got back on. I would love to see it.

Is this the first illness that comes with its own cure.
NEVER underestimate a progressive judge's ability to be "creative." Just sayin'.
Perfect outcome would be that Twitter pays out big, then collapses, and Jack Dorsey is sued over and over for thirty years.

I'm just glad that you weren't blindfolded and put in a van, never to be heard from again. Laugh if you want, but it's not nearly as far fetched as it once was.
Don't forget to post a few obscure and difficult to interpret cases to throw off the oppo.
Understandable! But you’ve become sanity for so many of us, we get nervous when you’re gone for too long 😂
You should hear Epstein's interview on Rogan and you will understand how Big Tech owns California :-(
Everyone in our family who has succumbed to Omicron (not just a cold, in our case) took Ivermectin with marvelous results. As in feeling markedly
better once dosed, overnight! My rosacea cleared up as well.
The suppression of this drug is one of the great medical scandals of our time!

There's only gonna be 3 accounts left on Twitter by the time you get to court.
Alex, that last paragraph should read "..over a *watersports* novel.."

Umm, have you folks ever tried marginalizing and ostracizing these scum into a level of irrelevancy that makes their gonads endlessly ache?!…
