It took me 50 years to realize the most important reason not to vote for Democrats is their unending desire to grow government and replace liberty with legislation. My freedom was taken for granted but now I really get it. Hopefully this last two years has been a wake up call for many others as well.

You're right, Antoinette. And there are strong voices like Devin Nunes, Andrew Klavan, Ben Shapiro and Dan Bongino helping to shed light on what we're actually seeing here, which is the radical leftists transforming our representative republic into CCP west. They think it's a done deal, but eyes are opening. We all need to pray that God removes the scales from the eyes of voters who think Democrats are their friends.

His asking questions and holding hearings has been good. The ONLY reason I would vote again (in my life) would be to try to keep him from being replaced and ONLY because he gave a voice to some vaccine injured. I live in WI and they are pushing HARD (commercials, etc) to get him out. The thing is, ONE person isn't going to go into "the swamp" (Trump's dumbass was actually right about THAT) and reform it. If one were to believe the opposing democrat's commercial's claims (LOL; I haven't checked it out but I really don't doubt it either - politicians lie. "when they aren't kissing babies they are stealing their lollipops") he has doubled his net worth since becoming a senator and had promised to only serve 1 term or something like that.

It is likely more to do with "revelation of the method" and other related things (IYKYK). The one man/woman who is "given" the contrarian position in government can go tell some truths, etc, while enriching themselves of course, and nothing changes. the actual effect is basically the same thing as the note posted in some Vogon planning office. TPTshouldn'tB have "given you a choice" - it can't be their fault! Both Karma and conscience is "clear" with those sociopathic and narcissistic fellows!

The Vogon announcement to Earth, shortly before its destruction (from Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy")

"People of Earth, your attention, please. This is Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz of the Galactic Hyperspace Planning Council. As you will no doubt be aware, the plans for development of the outlying regions of the Galaxy require the building of a hyperspatial express route through your star system. And regrettably, your planet is one of those scheduled for demolition. The process will take slightly less than two of your Earth minutes. Thank you. ... There’s no point in acting surprised about it. All the planning charts and demolition orders have been on display at your local planning department in Alpha Centauri for 50 of your Earth years, so you’ve had plenty of time to lodge any formal complaint and it’s far too late to start making a fuss about it now. ... What do you mean you’ve never been to Alpha Centauri? Oh, for heaven’s sake, mankind, it’s only four light years away, you know. I’m sorry, but if you can’t be bothered to take an interest in local affairs, that’s your own lookout. Energize the demolition beams."

Michael Demars, I am not sure you are quite there yet as far as "really get[ting] it," so let me try to save you the next 50 years. ;-)

The two parties are simply two wings of the same bird of prey. Those people don't care about you. Some of the politicians talk a good talk re: freedom. Even on the left - just about different (and far fewer! but consider, say, the legalization of cannabis) things.

The "left v. right," "red v. blue," "vaxxed v. unvaxxed," et. al. are simply methods by which to divide and rule you. Empirically, the "unending desire to grow government and replace liberty with legislation" has LONG been the modus operandi of both "sides," with each building upon the excesses of the ones (especially the presidential branch! "Trunk" would be more apt a descriptor) who came before.

Take out "for Democrats" and you will be yet closer to waking up and seeing the deeper Truth. Your statement really IS one of the "the most important reason[s] not to vote." Stop consenting to the beast and eventually it will collapse upon itself.

Exactly right NK, and most of them did more than "nothing" - actively "helping" to work towards the "Great Reset." Hell, look at Trump, his "Operation Warp Speed" and the fact that he is STILL pushing the "vaccines" as "safe and effective." Only a few token voices were heard speaking against this whole scam. Sure some governors, etc, eventually seemed to pull their heads out of their asses and do some "decent" things, but few truly care for Liberty let alone even understand what the concept means.

I think "they" (TPTshouldn'tB) will spin some more "nonsense on stilts" and those few places with any vestige still of freedom will be blamed for deaths (recall that the shots that killed were distributed specifically to "red" areas) and/or some new scare (real or otherwise) will emerge due to their "lack of caution or even care for Grandma." Facts be damned. They have never needed them anyway.

I find it interesting that both (and only) Texas and Florida had GMO mosquitos released there last year. I believe that one way or another "they" will set those states up as examples of why NOT giving control over every aspect of your and your children's life to some idiot bureaucrats and locking down in total fascism is just "such" a terrible idea.

But, we will see...

(Sorry, calling bureaucrats "idiots" is redundant. I found it supremely ironic that those fools had the gall to determine which actual productive jobs were "essential.")

We have a one party state. The Democrats are shock and awe while the Republicans are the pressure release valve.

The system is hopelessly corrupt and cannot be reformed, anymore than the Soviet Union could be.

Expand full comment

In brief, bullshit. Yes there are many RINOs, and yes there are other bought and paid for Republicans and otherwise weak Republicans, but the tired old "wings of the same bird" is bullshit. You find the RINOs and get them the hell out, period. Your answer is found in true Conservatives, and there's nowhere else for them to get elected but the Republican party.

Trump's issue is gullibility and a need to be shown to be wonderful. While his ego caused far fewer problems than expected overall, it does still cause him blindness on issues. I blame most of this on dumbasses around him.

Perhaps. But Noem, Desantis, and to a certain extent Abbott have kept South Dakota, Florida, and Texas free. Many other states have been very hands-off when it comes to covid. Bottom line is that you won't find a republican run state that has massive covid mandates and restrictions. NY, California, Illinois on the other hand... And by thee way, look at the liberal states lose population. The biggest losers of population, NY, CA, and IL. Surprise, surprise. Among the biggest gainers, TX, FL, and TN.

Expand full comment

Exactly. I can be disappointed the Republicans haven't fought harder, and vote accordingly in the primaries, but I refuse to engage in blaming them for the problems the Democrats are causing. You don't blame a murderer's neighbor for not doing enough to "save" the murderer, you blame the person killing others. Why apply a different standard to politicians? Why not keep the rage on the people creating the problems?

When only the left is implementing the destructive policies as has happened with every mask mandate and vaccine mandate for the last 12 months it is an issue of party. The only place my husband, my kids, or I have worn a face diaper in the last year has been while inside at airports (well, the US airports, Caribbean airports have effectively mask free lounges anyone can buy access to) and during takeoff. The ones we wore came from a wonderful company called FakeMask Worldwide (the double incognito). The preppies own the useful gas masks that might work but all the ones I know seem unwilling to break out the real masks to avoid an endemic respiratory virus with a 99.99% survival rate for any of us who got our hands on lots of vitamins, ivermectin, z-packs, and prednisone months ago (and a 99.9% survival rate for anyone not living in a nursing home or even if they aren’t into collecting random stuff just in case).

"Democrats were cheered for strict lockdowns and pandemic precautions."

NYT is confusing their own reporting with what actually happened.

THEY and some of their brain-dead followers were cheering it on. I personally didn't know anyone who was.

And many were cautioning, these decisions are not strictly about keeping people from dying. There are always tradeoffs, even when lives are on one side of the scales.

It will take years to undo the damage -particularly to children - that is, to this day, still being inflicted.

Expand full comment

I know a lot of Democrats still cheering this crap to this day. I do not know anyone who is not a Democrat that has cheered it at all since June 2020.

Expand full comment

I never cheered any of it at any time! I was against all the social demolition measures (masks, social distancing, isolation, lockdowns, etc.) from the get-go. I believed there was a novel respiratory virus and that there was such a thing as covid. I thought I had covid in early February 2020, before most Americans were even aware it existed. (In addition to a host of flu-like symptoms I also experienced loss of smell and taste, the one tell-tale symptom.)

I was a life-long, registered Democrat until a few days ago. I changed my voter registration to Republican.

Expand full comment

Oh, I know lots of people that WERE Democrats who didn't cheer this stuff. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear on that. My mom left the Democrat party after 52 years in January 2021 and she NEVER supported the covid crazy, particularly how it was destroying children and subjugating the service class.

The people who still proudly claim to be Democrats today that I know continue to cheer the awfulness. I'm only 39, but I was a democrat until 2016 (and still voted for some then). I left a few years earlier because I have a young daughter and we are both athletes. I also had gender dysphoria when I was a little girl, convinced I should have been born a boy until I was 8 or 9 years old. Sports, especially swimming, in no small way saved me as a kid, and from lots of mental things many of my friends went through as teenagers. It gave me a strong body that I love and that gave birth to two children. I have never seen anything more misogynistic than gender ideology. The idea that being a woman or girl is so meaningless that men and boys have a civil right to wear a girl's identity like it's a costume they can put on anytime they feel like entering female private spaces or athletic competitions for any reason, no matter the cost to actual girls, is cruel and regressive. So, I suppose I opened my eyes a bit before Covid (although not early enough as I stupidly voted for NC gov pooper Cooper in 2016 and he really hates girls).

I'm sorry if I implied everyone who I knew at the time was a Democrat and cheered this. I know many normal moderate people who WERE Democrats who opposed this. I know some who even voted for Biden believing him to be genuinely moderate and harmless (he's always kinda just been a mean person with terrible policy ideas to me, but I get how the media swayed them even though I haven't watched an actual news broadcast in at least 4 years). The people I know who are still "proud" Democrats now, mostly angry unattractive women between 40 and 65, continue to cheer this cruel and immoral authoritarianism. The deny the clear harm to children. The dehumanization of the service class makes them feel special.

The political establishment is so great, so loved by the people, they’ve been re-elected for 50 years, much of them?! They are worse than the Nosferatu! They won’t go away! We have to take back elections. Help whoever is trying to get rid of the machines, or whoever is working on election integrity locally, getting involved in overseeing your elections, getting involved at the local Republican party level- who decides who is nominated, given support; witness the election day process, like the folks that got chased out of GA, PA, WI, AZ in 2020. The only reason I'm sure I had COVID is that the initial symptoms were right and a relative I lived with got the same initial symptoms starting the same day, didn't do early treatment, and experienced the whole course of COVID symptoms (uncomfortable but not dangerous, in her case).

Even if you can't get HCQ or Ivermectin, there are plenty of early treatment options. Just nebulizing highly diluted hydrogen peroxide with a mask (not just a tube) will do the job. But it’s pretty much done to that and I’m so disillusioned in the system now that I think this messaging was implemented on purpose to keep the people obese - they consume foods and medications. 💰

In about one-third of patients, Remdesivir causes kidney failure, setting the stage for multiple organ failure and eventual death, which may be hastened by inappropriately high pressure settings on ventilator. If you want details, google Bryan Ardis who explains all this very well.

My best advice is GET LEGAL HELP NOW to prevent or get your loved one off Remdesivir and (hopefully) onto the FLCCC's intensive care protocol (I-MATH PLUS). Time is short! Fight, fight, fight!

My mother died on Jan 9th from COVID Pneumonia. They treated her with Remdesivir. She refused the ventilator. Attorney Thomas Renz says that many hospitals have the attending nurse take all supplements and medications away from patients. They essentially steal life-saving medications so that they can administer their death protocols.

I'm telling you, you don't want to go to the hospital for Covid unless you know in advance what the hospitals protocols are.

The only thing a hospital can offer is run-death-is-near and ventilators, neither of which do anything positive for the patient.

The sad truth is, that it would be better to risk dying of Covid in your home than in a hospital where they will absolutely do everything they can to kill you.

Dr. Brian Tyson and Dr. George Fareed have treated over 7000 COVID patients in southern California, many of them "high risk", and they had to figure out how to treat even terribly ill people at home because people refused to go to the hospital, saying "Look, doc, I'm not going to the hospital. Are. Already. Seriously. Ill. With. REALLY. DANGEROUS. CONDITIONS! (i.e. not covid)

My vote no longer counted in the sea of communists that flooded the area. The last straw was in 2019 when my pre-k 4 year old daughter came home crying because she was afraid she would have to grow up and become a boy. That was it for me. The CA lawmaker is Richard Pan. He is a bigtime puppet of the vaccine industry.

One of Pan's pro-vaccine bills was SB277, which abolished personal belief exemptions for vaccines required for school and daycare. I'm proud to say that my husband, who was very active in the CA Democratic Party, walked up to Pan at a state Democratic convention and told him, "I've walked precincts for you in the past, but SB277 is a PIECE OF SHIT." Pan looked like a deer in the headlights, turned around, and walked away with his tail between his legs.

Unfortunately Pan really is unintelligent, and obedience to his "elders" (CDC, AMA, and AAP) is the ruling principle of his life. So with the kind assistance and support of his lobbyist friends and public health buddies, he has continued to be a faithful puppet for his vaccine industry puppet-masters. I think he should be prosecuted at Nuremburg II.

It is because this is NOT about public health. It has always been about control and power. The data was obvious from the beginning that (for example) a mask with a 60 micrometer pore size (holes to allow breathing), could never block a set of virus particles of 0.1 micrometer in diameter. Yes, the typical mask has holes that are SIX HUNDRED times bigger than the particles that they are "supposed to" block. Ridiculous. You would be better to stop mosquitoes with a barbed wire fence with barbed wire strands spaced 6 inches apart. No, it is clear that the mask mandates, the lockdowns and most importantly the jabs (and the virus itself as an excuse to impose these seemingly crazy anti-human policies) were ALWAYS meant as a an excuse to hurt and kill people and most importantly to control them. This has not changed from the beginning and will not change because those who started this biological and propaganda war are still very much in power. The public figures, Fauci, Gates, Biden, etc. are simply the public face of the true power brokers behind the scenes who control them.

At the same time as the "pandemic" was raging (not a pandemic) the Federal Reserve (not Federal and not a Reserve) printed more than 35 trillion in US dollars in order to buy controlling interest in the major corporations of the world. While everyone was distracted by the "public health theater" and disaster), the theft of the world economy was perpetrated with hardly anyone even noticing. The people who are hurting and killing people in the health care industry are simply following the orders of their masters. They are slaves to the powers in the world. Make sure that you do not fall for their lies to enslave you and your family. It is truly a perilous time, but it is War and we have to act accordingly.

The next act in this macabre theater will be a computer/banking virus to wipe out your savings and force you to accept a "digital world currency" (supposedly "more secure") to buy and sell anything. You will be monitored and sooner rather than later, you will be controlled in everything you can buy. If you are a dutiful slave, you will be able to buy a lot of what you want. If you have unapproved thoughts, or actions, your ability to buy even basic necessities will be curtailed. That is complete subjugation. It is coming. Prepare. Buy physical Gold and Silver (especially gold).

and PRAY A LOT!!

You've got the plan down, with one piece missing: The word on the street is that the slave masters have a new plandemic ready to launch, which is Marburg Virus. At least one source says the actual virus won't be released (too dangerous to the slave masters themselves), but an already-prepared PCR test will generate countless false positives, and an already-prepared toxic vaccine will be rolled out (the vaccine's poison will be Ricin). People who refuse the vaccine will be hauled off to quarantine camps, force-injected with the vaccine, killed, and their deaths blamed on the virus ("Oh dear, we got them vaccinated too late to save them!")...

You are right. It is so heart breaking to see what has happened to the medical system. Corrupted. We are in the early stages of universal health care gaining control, and this is what results.

Expand full comment

Yes, the seeds were planted even before C19. The encouragement of 'do not hospitalize' instructions that are pushed under the noses of old folks in longtermcare is one example. And the 'do not resucitate' instructions that sometimes are put on the chests of people on gurneys as they lay awaiting treatment or even xrays or mris. There is an awful lot of priming going on. And the awful adherence to no early treatments is one of the more advanced grooming that there has every been in our healthcare systems. If you can follow orders on these things, then, following orders to mask patients -- first thing to do rather than first do no harm -- pales in comparison. The coercion to vax without informed consent is so blatantly AGAINST MEDICAL ETHICS that the common mockery is a sad sign of the success of the grooming. Those we are taught to trust the most - those with whom we form a relationship with the DUTY OF CARE at its core - are sharpening the knives, as it were, and stoking the furnances. We must disrupt. Even if it means being mocked - what a small price - and especially if it means triggering the KARENS THAT LURK IN OUR HOSPITAL CORRIDORS. Disruption by argumentation and by stubborn example gives us the best opportunity to lessen the severity of the mass formation's ill effects on our society. That is how warriors make a difference when the odds seem the worst - DISRUPTION.

DISRUPTION --- YES!

Paraphrasing from a great article I read in the early 2000's:

The elite do not change their course of action because of any moral or ethical consideration. They make changes only when they see that the fabric of society -- on which their comfortable, wealthy lives depend -- is being ripped apart.

And this reminds me of something my husband used to say: "Demonstrations accomplish more when there are a few people willing to overturn police cars and set them on fire."

And a principle of effective disruption: Make BUSINESS AS USUAL impossible!

Expand full comment

Expand full comment

Disruption can take many forms, some more creative and some more deliberative than others. The point is to improvise upon the theme of upsetting the apple cart. When people are being arses about the unvaxed, interupt with a pointed remark and then silence and patience, for example. When a line up features six feet apart, bring out a measuring tape that is metric and getting a bit picky about the dots on the ground. If people are doing the forearm bump instead of handshakes, cough or sneeze into your elbow and then offer a close bump to everyone; how can they refuse? Stand up from a conversation, to disrupt it, if the finger wagging goes to 'conspiracies' and other mockeries; just stand and question with your eyes and body language. Then remove yourself with dignity. Call the local public health units and demand answers to obvious questions. Show up for a shot and ask for the evidence of effectiveness and safety; do not relent but quietly assert informed consent and warn of the violations of their not honouring that. Go to the police to report of child abuse where masking is imposed on the kids - school, church, wherever. If you have a few bucks to spend, spend it openly on businesses on YOUR side of this cause. There are other more direct and disruptive activities that may be riskier or which may be more lavish. But each day make it your goal to disrupt someone, somewhere, without too much worry about convincing them. Just disrupt the horrors of the new normal banality.

A bit more about hospitalists -- These are doctors who manage the treatment of patients in hospitals. It used to be that if your doctor put you in the hospital, your doctor directed your care while in the hospital. Now in many cases, a hospitalist takes over from your doctor and directs your care. And the hospital administrators dictate treatment protocols that the hospitalists are supposed to follow. Like if Patient A has such-and-such a diagnosis, here's the protocol that must be followed. And now with COVID, the protocol that must be followed is the NIH protocol which I call "Fauci's Death Escalator."

The U.S. health care system has deliberately been train-wrecked, and tremendously reducing the number of nurses (especially nurses with conscience and backbone) has been a high priority. If I’m correct it’s illegal to do such, and those are diseases that could be transmitted to health care pros with just a pin prick, and are much worse. This is inhumane and insane.

The never got the State Legislatures together and over rode the governor's orders and stopped the Emergency powers edicts or rallied the people with truth. The key is to vote out incumbents in the primaries. That's where we have the power to get some fresh faces into state legislatures and into Congress.

Speaking to Republican voters here; consider that in 2022, the GOP is going to have a huge tailwind. So voting for a rookie Republican (even if the incumbent Republican claims "oh, that guy can't win in the General") is what you should do. Because this time around, even a rookie will be able to beat the Democrat.

Now is the time to get rid of the RINOs.

They conned all the trade unions into voting for democrats. Using the blue collar guys to keep labor bosses and democrat crooks in power. Meanwhile jobs just kept getting shipped out of the country, no matter who was president. Trump was the best president for blue collar workers( I am in a trade union) in my lifetime, and the unions went against him for the corrupt loser democrats. Sanders is a commie, a terrible candidate that could care 1 iota for anything but having power. He would have been no better for anyone unless your a bottom feeding leech, which is all the democrats have left as there base.

Yeah, the way Sanders was treated in 2016 by the Dem Party really opened my eyes to what a bunch of shits the Dems are. I got very involved in politics then, campaigning for Sanders and at the end of it all I was so exhausted and disillusioned, the corruption, the hypocrisy, the lies and the downright nastiness of the Clinton brigade. They lost a lot of votes when they cheated to the Clinton nomination; so many Bernie supporters voted for Trump rather than her, not surprising. Their treatment of Tulsi Gabbard was also vile.

I too, was a life-long Democrat until I first voted for President Trump in 2016. I was thoroughly disappointed with Obama's first 4 years and mightily struggled with voting for him a second time, though I ended up reluctantly doing so. I believed that McCain would be a corrupt and fatally untrustworthy president.

I experienced significant cognitive dissonance throughout the following two years.

The Democrats operate as a criminal enterprise, in my opinion, and I've repeatedly felt gobsmacked that I was such a strong believer, for decades, in their propaganda "narratives". I hadn't realized that I was being programmed throughout my middle school years. I had been taught that the supporters of the Ku Klux Klan had been republican politicians. I did not find out the true history until 2014!

Democrats like to pretend they have a long history of fighting racism, but the truth is that it was Democrats who supported slavery, upheld Jim Crow laws, and were so deeply involved in the Ku Klux Klan that the 1924 Democratic National Convention at Madison Square Garden in New York City is called the “Klanbake” convention.

The violent history of the Democratic party is laid out in stunning detail straight from the congressional record. From before the Civil War right up until the 60's Democrats made it their business to keep blacks under foot, and under strong DEMOCRAT control. And that hasn't changed much since then. Since murder and intimidation fell out of favor in the 60s they turned to classic Democrat techniques or bribery and corruption.

Expand full comment

+ 1 billion for that comment!!!

Indeed, democrats simply adopted a different racist plan when they saw that they could not stop the civil rights act in the 1960s. Even left wing fact checkers admit that it was very likely that Lyndon Johnson did say "I'll have these n****** voting democrat for 200 years as he worked to get his "Great Society" bullshit passed. The resulting damage to low income families in general and black families in particular is incalculable.

"Why I’m for COVID vaccines, but against vaccine mandates", by Peter Attia, MD

https://peterattiamd.com/why-im-for-covid-vaccines-but-against-vaccine-mandates/

Cherry picked "data", not a word about the clearly vastly under-reported vaccine deaths or the clearly vastly and fraudulently overestimated covid deaths. Zip about microclots, pericarditis, myocarditis, stroke, reproductive issues, ADE/immune system damage...

Truth as a vehicle for lies and deception. Whose M.O. is that?

Expand full comment

Dr. Attia is a serious guy... I've been disappointed by his seeming failure to engage deeply on this. He was on Rogan as well and expressed the same view.

Expand full comment

Read “The Real Anthony Fauci” by Kennedy. Its about much more than just AF- the granularity is amazing and helps to fill in how the mindset of these hacks came to pass.

Expand full comment

Absolute must read.

Expand full comment

Well, he's certainly making seriously deceptive arguments. The saboteur in our own tent is vastly more destructive than the open enemy outside.

Expand full comment

He wants to keep practicing- he has to be able to say all the right words. I wonder though with his specialty being Cardiology that he isn't seeing all the thousands of young/middle/elderly coming in with major problems mRNA. I stopped listening to him after I heard this, same with Rhonda- and losing them kind of hurt. But I realized they give some really shit advice sometimes too...

Expand full comment

He's an unethical coward and an accomplice to mass murder.

Expand full comment

He's ok for nutrition but is hopeless when it comes to vaccines. Almost completely mainstream views.

Yep. I wouldn't trust his advice on anything whatsoever. He's a knowing accomplice to mass murder, despite the weaselly kabuki of claiming to oppose mandates.

Expand full comment

Newt Gingrich goes under this category also. Dr. Peter is first and foremost a leftist.

Expand full comment

So does Donald "Safe & Effective" Trump, who still brags about Operation Warp Speed and claims that "people are not dying when they take the vaccines."

I don’t believe that. He listened to the “experts”, all the while being beat up for everything that ever happened. Biden on the other hand can keep sucking contaminated spit through his mask and sniffing his own stink. It will hasten his dementia.

Expand full comment

Doesn’t matter if you believe it or not. Your opinion has no bearing on how politics operates. Most giant co.s give money to both sides to hedge there bets. I would almost guarantee trump got money from Pfizer, and every other pharma company.

Expand full comment

'I would' (your words, sorry Jim) resembles the 'I believe' from the comment you reacted to. but it's true, politics is dirty business. GB

Expand full comment

No doubt. Trump said it himself, he gave money to both sides as a businessman. It’s how the the whole shitshow operates.

Expand full comment

In certain respects, I'd have more respect for Trump if he did actually push the Covid narrative leading to the clot shots due to being bribed.

But I kinda' doubt he got that kind of money from Pfizer. It's much more likely that he pushed the Covid narrative and the disastrous Op Warp Speed because of his own hubris combined with his clear inability to identify bad actors like Fauci.

By now, even the most avid Trump lover knows that Trump has no capacity to pick good people. It was the hallmark of his administration and is what killed his opportunity for a second term.

Expand full comment

All of what you said is true save for the last part. What killed Trump’s second term was vote fraud.

Expand full comment

I suppose you could say this but Trump himself laid the groundwork for mail in voting. And then when he realized what he’d done, he could have stopped mail in voting but he was clueless on how to do that.

So I maintain that Trump was his own worst enemy all the way through allowing the Dems to steal the election.

I can believe that number. Thanks for correcting it.

Pfizer essentially owns most politicians in Washington DC. Daniel Horowitz has been demanding that Republican politicians disavow Big Pharma as the evil influence that is. They should not only NOT take their money but they should actively shame that industry as a corrupting influence on our society.

Unfortunately, Pfizer, et. al. have an endless supply of money and lobbyists and it is a rare politician who is not tempted by that.

He is a very smart and detailed doc. He is so health-conscious and still got a vax. I believe he will eventually come around. Unfortunately lots and lots of MDs still trust pharma. It's so deeply ingrained.

Expand full comment

Very smart, and very deceptive. Unethical. Accomplice to mass murder.

Expand full comment

No, actually this is weird, I do not think trust in pharma is deeply ingrained; these days many MDs do NOT trust pharma EXCEPT for Covid. There are many medical schools where the pharma reps cannot come in and talk to MDs or students because - if we accepted a pen as a gift, like a cheap pen with a pharma company logo on it, we might in that case be unethically persuaded to prescribe a product that we otherwise would never prescribe - you know, a pen, or God forbid a free lunch, and we'd probably all be prescribing useless meds with tons of serious side effects - so heads of medical schools, and department chairs have made policies that pharma reps can't come in and speak to doctors or students, much less bring lunch or note pads or product literature. Even med students are internalizing this and saying it's unethical to accept anything from pharma companies. I think it is actually for the most part misguided and sad, as there are ethical companies that are good sources of information about products that do benefit our patients - but long before Covid, a lot of MDs and students had written off pharma as being corrupt and to be avoided. While, yes, there is good reason to be cautious but there are good pharma products that help people, and there are companies that act ethically. But - I have seen this negativity toward pharma until suddently - with Covid, everyone from news media to the President of the AMA to state medical boards are all on board and whatever the pharma companies say is the way it is. Totally uncritical acceptance without questioning. It's really quite an amazing shift. In the recent past, unthinking knee jerk negativity concerning pharma and now, entirely the opposite - believing every word spoken by every pharma executive, no questions. They have suddenly become gods. Strange to see. Well gods to MDs of the vax religion, and of course not gods to Marik, Kory, McCullough, Zalenko, etc. and those who follow their early treatment protocols.

Expand full comment

Well there is some hope in your message. Funny thing is the older docs I know have trusted pharma for ages, yet do NOT trust these jabs. Yet the younger docs I know do not trust pharma, yet DO trust the jabs. Weird is right.

Expand full comment

First of all, the official definition of Vaccine needs to be changed back to what it was 2 years ago. And as Alex has pointed out, the data that supports mrna shot efficacy is corrupted because so many healthy individuals that never would have gotten sick anyway got the shots. Therefore, the claim that it wards off severe disease is not at all proven.

Expand full comment

Second of all, why are we still pushing the “waning immunity” lie? How does a protein-specific antibody for an antigen that is extinct confer immunity? This lie is based on bad statistics. If 1000 people get jabbed and nobody gets sick on day one, you can say they have 100% immunity. As time passes, more and more people will get sick; thus the illusion of “waning immunity.” By day 180, everyone has gotten sick and we call this waning immunity? I call it abject vaccine failure.

If I take a magic pill that makes me immune to getting hit by a car, then cross a busy street once a day, then finally on day one-hundred I get creamed, can I say that my magic pill works great for the first 99 days?

Not so hard to do, as we have all discovered. And we're not "experts" like she supposedly is. Like noted in the article, none of these people will see any possible connection to the vaccines. Not only does DeSantis know what is going on and is actually leading, he also knows how to pick quality people to support him.

He's actually the opposite of Trump, a guy who clearly never had a grasp on executive leadership (ironically) and managed to always pick the absolute worst people to surround himself with.

What really fries me right now is that Trump is out there bad-mouthing DeSantis as "dull" and not a leader. Same MO he used to torpedo Ted Cruz. Anyone who falls for that schtick again this time around is brain-dead.

Unfortunately, the Republican electorate chose the wrong guy in the 2016 primaries. The establishment GOP was desperate to prevent Cruz from getting the nomination so they backed Trump as the guy most likely to lose to Clinton (someone the establishment GOP actually didn't mind having in the White House, that's how bad those people are.)

They knew that Cruz would beat Hillary easily - something they didn't want, but what they didn't expect was for Trump to win in the General.

Of course, as it turned out, Trump advanced the establishment agenda lock, stock, and barrel so it worked out for them. Indeed, he did a better job as the third term of Obama than Hillary ever could have hoped for.

All water under the bridge except for the fact that there are some mind-numbed idiots who think that Trump should run again. What a disaster that would be for this country. Harris and her team are deathly afraid of DeSantis or Cruz but are licking their lips at the prospect of Trump running.

America's job market hasn't fully recovered yet. But some states are already back to normal. In November, Texas and Arizona joined Utah and Idaho in recouping all their pandemic job losses, according to a report by ratings agency Fitch.

How else would they have gotten rid of Trump?

Expand full comment

Technically, Trump got rid of himself. He's the one who followed the advice of known hacks, Fauci and Birx. He refused to listen to people like Scott Atlas. He's the one who gave us lockdowns and endless hyperbole about vaccines. He is the one who gave the healthcare cartel immunity from liability. He's the one who approved of the bounty on killing patients with Run-death-is-near and ventilators.

I have zero sympathy for such a weak-minded "leader" as Trump. Even to this day he is pimping the vaccines when pretty much everyone knows they have less than zero efficacy. Amazing.

Sorry, this is just gaslighting. I'm not supposed to remember that just a couple of weeks ago Trump was praising Operation Warp Speed and how it was only because of his efforts that the vaccines were able to save millions? C'mon. Trump is not going to admit that he was a complete disaster on the vaccine front.

And should I have to remind you that the lockdowns were a mandate? He was for them. His guy Fauci was for them.

Expand full comment

Well, I really don't think he wanted the lockdowns. He kept saying. "the economy. . ." I think he knew it would be a disaster but having no knowledge of public health and terrible, in retrospect, advisers in Birx, Fauci, and Redfield, I think he went along to get along. 15 days to flatten the curve, remember? And the media was in full-throated cry about xenophobia, etc., and he tried to get Cuomo to shut down New York airports because cases were arriving daily from Europe and Cuomo refused. Meanwhile, deBlasio and Pelosi were telling everyone to go out and party or go to Chinatown. New York clubs were still partying in March. Media made Trump out to be awful for his early response but those folks fanned the Covid flames just to spite Trump -- or maybe instinctively they wanted to make it worse so Trump would lose. Now, I do fault him for his beautiful vaccines. If I knew it took 10 years to develop a safe vaccine, he probably did, too. He tried recommending HCW, which works when taken early, and everyone mocked him and discounted the notion. So, I actually think the only politician who may have done better is Rand Paul and only because he is a doctor and probably wouldn't be pushed around.

Expand full comment

Trump's MO was always "go along to get along". He was a mean Tweeter but that was about it. You always knew that Trump would come out strong but then fold like a cheap suit.

As for what politician could have done better? How about DeSantis, Cruz, Noem, Kemp, or dozens of others we know of who were right early on.

Trump entirely lost me when he criticized Governor Kemp of opening up Georgia. Kemp was right and Trump was dead wrong and that moment should be the reminder to all that Trump was 100% behind lockdowns for longer than just 2 weeks.

Expand full comment

Trump said that HCQ worked, and he was mocked; then fraudulent research was done to prove him wrong, that had to be retracted, with numbers made up out of thin air by an actual science fiction writer.Trump said there was research into use of internal use of chlorine (there were registered clinnical trials) and people ridiculed him like crazy, but it was true that was under development. He pointed out that a company had found a way to use ultraviolet lights internally to kill the virus - that device was actually being produced and was in research. Maybe neither one panned out, but he just wanted to give people hope, I think, by showing there are new things being studied, maybe one of these will work. All Fauci and Birx came up with was doom and gloom, and every time he opened his mouth the media and the ruling agencies made sure that everyone thought he was nuts for suggesting we might come up with a cure. The controlling agencies and controlling pharma companies had only one goal in mind - tens of billions of dollars in new products under emergency use, particularly vaccines. They didn't want any cure. The actual treatments right under their noses, they ridiculed and rejected. Fauci never had this level of control before because he had never before managed to create such an awesome medical disaster, and to so fully get the media and big pharma and rich globalists all so totally on the same page with him. There is a video that is still criculating at some meeting where Fauci and others are discussing the need to create a crisis so that people will be accepting of them trying to take vaccines to the next level. "What we've done has been working well enough, people will resist something new, it will take a really big crisis." If you read RFK's book The Real Anthony Fauci, you will see, Fauci has been honing his skills for this for a long time. And we've never before experienced biological warfare on this scale - and that was covered up by Fauci and Daszak. They were insisting the lab leak idea was lame, could not have been - but there is a ton of evidence that more people are finally starting to see. It was concealed, with Fauci and Daszak among the chief architects of this mess, Fauci funding all the gain of function research, and then both of them colluding with others to cover up what this really was, and where it came from. Trump is not educated in virology and he could not have had any idea the degree to which Fauci and company were lying to him. Basically, if Fauci's lips are moving, he is lying. And the entire CDC? The entire FDA? WHO? NIH? Everyone singing the same song, and most people in government, outside of those three-letter agencies, do not have PhD's in molecular biology or virology etc. The CEO of Reuters during that time had ties to Pfizer, so naturally the news would accept Pfizer reports uncritically, plus if you notice, there was a video circulating that showed how every news program on TV, soft news, hard news, you name it, on every channel, "Brought to you by Pfizer." Any time Trump would say something sensible or hopeful, everyone on Facebook, it seems, and everyone in the media, on TV and in print, would mock him like crazy. He's one man, and he did not have the scientific education to go against what every prominent scientist was saying, with press repeating and intentionally shaping public opinion. For a long time, there was no voice being heard, no one seen in the media with the education to refute or challenge Fauci. Good that Rand Paul is doing it, though I am not sure how much Rand Paul knows - he has recognized some of it, and excellent that he wants to investigate etc. but I don't think to this day Rand Paul fully grasps all there is that is currently known. Everyone should read the RFK book - and then read some more, there are some good books out there today. But Fauci has been practicing for this opportunity for decades and then created the opportunity. And got so many on board with him. Scientists don't cross him because he controls their grant money.

Expand full comment

Fauci has advised 7 presidents, presidents in both parties for I think going on half a century, decades anyway, so I can't fault Trump for taking Fauci's advice. If it were easy to see what charlatan he is, anyone before this might have stopped him. He's been in his role for so long and controls such a huge budget that his own scientists don't speak against him, and it's easy for anyone in government that he actually knows what he is doing, and that he is actually serving the American people - when in reality serving the American people is nothing to do with what he does. Lining his own pocket, yes. Doing China's business, yes. So I really don't blame Fauci when apparently six previous administrations had complete trust in Fauci. And I did at first. Read Robert Kennedy Jr's book, The Real Doctor Fauci. Very interesting and worthwhile read.

Fauci has "advised" presidents but he was never given the level of authority that Trump gave him.

Your opinion, even if 100% accurate, does not change the fact that Trump's mind must be changed on the jabs, such that his message changes. His cult of personality has been damaged but remains strong. At least at his last rally here in AZ he did not tout the jabs again.

BTW, "weak minded" is not the problem. Piss poor decision making is, which includes failing to fire Fauci long before Corona madness. Any dumbshit praising Hillary Clinton at any point should have been gone on day one of Trump's term. Dozens more should have been gone on day one.

Expand full comment

I think Trump is both a poor decision maker as well as weak minded (i.e. easily swayed by other, stronger-minded people like his daughter.)

The writing was on the wall from practically day one when Trump did an about face on Hillary from promising to put her in jail, to claiming she'd gone through enough.

But as I said, that's ancient history. What is current is that he's angling for another run at the White House and amazingly, there are actually still people out there who think he'd be a good choice.

We need to get behind a solid conservative GenXer like DeSantis or Cruz in 2024 or this country is done. These guys may not check 100% of the boxes for everyone but if they check off 80%, then back one of them.

But more important than the presidency is the governorships. Which is why I'd actually prefer Cruz as president and allow DeSantis to remain as a leading Governor of an important state.

These Karens have zero idea that all masks leak, especially adult masks on the faces of a child. At best, a mask seals on INHALE (the chainlink-fence-stopping-mosquitos analogy notwithstanding).

What masks can NEVER do is provide source control. On exhale all masks leak around the edges (unless the mask is physically gaff-taped to the person's face to prevent said leakage.) So demanding other kids wear a mask is just stupid since the exhaled air from the kids lungs just escapes around the edges of their mask.

The CDC admits as much on their mask guidelines webpage. They say if a mask leaks it's ineffective. What they won't admit is that there are no consumer masks that rise to the non-leaking standard.

Those parents demanding other children wear masks are simply dumb as a box of rocks.
