“The fact Sweden isn’t seeing a lot of excess deaths right now is great for Sweden, ”. Perhaps the lack of lockdown initially allowed more infections (Covid and non-Covid) and therefore more inmate immunity to build. This would be prior to vaccine rollout. There might be a favorable interaction with prior infection. Data still has not settled it completely if I’ve read correctly.

Expand full comment

I was thinking along the same lines but this needs some proper looking into.

Sweden not only eschewed lockdowns, but masks and all the other mumbo-jumbo. Swedes lived a relatively normal 2020 and therefore - logically - there is a probability the Swedish population developed herd immunity. A lot has been written about the impact of these injections into individuals not previously exposed, but what about a population that *may* have developed some herd immunity?

Expand full comment

My handwaving argument would be exactly yours. It has been shown that infection first injection second may be better, especially when counting N and S antibodies (engllish blood bank data). Other way around, 40% are unable to create Nucleotide antibodies. But what about IG4 shift in this context, that is the question.

Seems like Australia is perfect for the opposite approach; full injection coverage first before any covid vawe, and full blown catastrophe with booster roll-up.

Speaking of blood bank data: does anyone have accurate information regarding the safety of blood transfusions from vaccinated donors?

pandelis

When a human being injects poison there is an immediate reaction, always negative and sometimes fatal. These biological products do not work like ordinary poisons. The reaction is in most cases delayed and perhaps even non-existent. There is an increase in deaths but people are not dropping like flies. Being unvaccinated seems to be the safest option.

This is a very important point. I suspect that is the explanation. There were analyses circulating early in 2021 showing that heterogeneity in susceptibility resulted in effective population ("herd") immunity at lower levels than claimed by such as Fauci (70% at that time, vs circa 20% observed). Stockholm county (?county ?district) was used as an example.

Expand full comment

True, and their infection numbers were initially high, with great and likely wrong criticism. Many studies demonstrate natural immunity as far superior to the vaccinated. Perhaps that same natural immunity is helpful in preventing vaccine adverse harms.

I am convinced Pfizer and Moderna already knew this. This is exactly why they pushed so hard and lined so many pockets to push these vaccines. They had spent so much $ developing the mRNA delivery method and knew it was going to come to naught. This was a money grab.

Expand full comment

I suspect that some of the excess deaths globally are directly related to adverse reactions to the jab and some is related to the delayed medical care and screening for cancers, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, etc. Difficult to say what the proportion of each is, but Sweden's excess deaths from delayed medical care and screening should be lower than the rest as they didn't shut down.

The paper addresses dangers in addition to reduced antibody effectiveness. IgG4 antibodies train the body to tolerate the target antigen, such as in response to allergens. If this is happening with the COVID shots, vaccinees could have COVID infections and not even realize it, since the symptoms from a viral infection are typically caused by the body's response and attempt to clear the virus.

Thus, there is a risk that the SARS-CoV-2 virus persists in the bodies of people who received the mRNA shots, leading to organ damage and other bad outcomes. This suggestion is consilient with increased viral load observed in vaccinees, documented increases in excess deaths correlated with mRNA shot uptake, and anecdotal reports (with some data to back them up) of increased frequency and severity of various non-COVID diseases.

All are evil or incredibly incompetent. Trust your own instincts and natural ability at survival. Sweden and the rest of them including Florida all were complicit in the beginning and throughout with weak resistance. The non western folk I know, India, Africa had it right. They will survive. @alexberenson here is a thought: remember, Sweden did not lock down. They are the ONLY MRNA nation that did not lock down, thus the majority of the population got COVID early on (look at the fact that they did not get high mortality when other nations did in additional waves and they lost most of their people very early on. Maybe getting the MRNA shot AFTER getting COVID is the protecting factor as their bodies have real protection from COVID. Maybe having natural antibodies also protected the body from the damages of the vaccine (can the body "fight" the spike protein injected via the vaccine once it knows how to do so to fight the actual virus? Interesting question). It is impossible to tell, but since they are the only MRNA nation to be an outlier and the one way they were markedly different (even from the closest countries in the area) is staying almost 100% open leads one to believe it had something to do with it.

First of all, thank you for letting me comment, and I’ll keep it brief:

It’s a new year but an old issue, we’re dealing with bookend generation populations that are clueless and disruptive; the boomers and the Gen Zs. So, people over 65 and people under 30 are a detriment to society until proven otherwise, even if they’re only 50.1% of their group.

Covid has exposed who is inherently selfish, shameless and soulless , and, all this pontification into 2023 isn’t going to change that.

Be safe and well to all, hope your holiday season was as fun and festive as possible. I know I always say be safe and well, but, with things the way they are, and are likely going to be, you better always keep your ears and eyes to the sides, to pay attention to what’s behind you.
