Um…Brandon had little to do with the creation other than being a prop. So name swap does not work. Twitter and Joe Biden are the “like” entities. So Let’s go Alex is closer, but Alex is not a prop. 🤔
And get a jury trial, don't settle for judge hearing the case. Surely someone on the potential jury has been "injured " by Twitter or heard about what Twitter does.
I live in Cuyahoga Ct. & do not recall ever seeing this article in the paper or online. A friend sent me a link to the article. Russo was one "the" families that has had judges in the Ohio for eons. And I read the obits regularly (yeah weird I know) & never saw it there especially since these were officials in the county. But, hey we could have a seance to try it out, right?
I suspect, for a change, Alex has access to any amount of funding to make case history. Twitter will wish to settle. If so, that settlement needs to be severe cash and affirmation of a suitable policy for free expression. History is in the making with this lawsuit - I hope, hope, hope......
The whole irony of why so many of us don't buy into the vaccine hype (scare tactics) is because we perceive information to be censored. I personally had my WhatsApp censored after the Jan 6 capitol riot (a friend from overseas was legitimately asking me what was going on at the capitol) and instead the message said "we couldn't send this due to an encryption issue". It was that censorship that made me question every single thing that my government and the mainstream press were telling me. In addition, the fact that you do a search on google and if you type in "vaccine adverse reactions" and get absolutely nothing, is what has driven us to where we are today. More lawsuits please. We need them! Alex, keep up your great work!
A neighbor on NextDoor was ASKING OUR OPINIONS, as their neighbors, whether or not they should get their young children Covid vaccinated. I responded with my opinion that, if I had young children, I would not have them vaccinated for Covid. Next Door promptly suspended my account, citing violation of community standards. This is all so orwellian and insanely out of control. No, I will not comply. I don't need Twitter and I don't need Next Door (or any of the rest of those fascist sycophantic robots). My life is great without them.
Ah my good friends on Nextdoor! Neighbor to neighbor except a laundry list of topics not allowed. Getting a timeout is routine, then you get banned forever or a year. Snow flakes melt in sunlight.
It is actually moderated by a bunch of small minded, middle aged, fuck up idiot Karen’s who are drunk with the power to decide what can and cannot be posted on a stupid neighborhood website owned by Meta ie Facebook. It is absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. People should completely ignore its existence.
You are right about some moderators. But Nextdoor is publicly owned and had a recent IPO. It can be useful in locating services for your home and recommendations from people, verified neighbors.
Moderators can't eject a poster, but the children in Silicon Valley can and do if you offend their sensibilities. Their rules can be and often are arbitrary. Being fact checked by fools is standard.
That is pitiful. I have been shut down more than once on NextDoor myself talking about crime in my city - It's not happening according to many social justice healers I have been told. Guess I'm just being negative!
I was on nextdoor then left last year due to hateful comments. It was just unnecessary. I can handle reasoned arguments but not worth my time dealing with emotionally charged humans. I got an apology from nextdoor. Hmmm. And yes, beyond Orwellian and whatever some Hollywood sci fi movie script writer could create.
A friend who does know about Next Door just told me about an experience he had:
His dog got outside through the "doggy-door" during a 2 a.m. thunderstorm. The dog wanted to BARK at the thunderstorm, to make it go away. My friend spent 20 minutes trying to get the dog to come inside. The dog didn't have a problem with being wet.
The next morning, he saw a 'thread' from outraged neighbors saying he'd abused his dog by leaving outside during a storm; that he should be reported to the city; etc. He's irresponsible, etc.
Amazing! My friend is so devoted to his dog that when I die I want to be reincarnated as his pet.
When I typed "vaccine adverse reactions" into duckduckgo search engine, I did get links for articles from websites of cdc, vaers, ronjohnson, and science alert. I never use google.
Google is terrible for everything, they totally ruined their algorithms to be PC Totalitarians. The best is yandex.ru but I don't know a browser that takes it as a default.
I did not even know that Robert Malone had a website until I searched for his Pepcid study in yandex and Malone's site popped up first thing, even though I never saw it on google.
.ru is the Russian domain. As a veteran I just can’t find it in me to use anything from Russia, not even vodka. I used Kaspersky until I learned of its Russian ownership. No such thing as a private company in Russia or China. Your data is property of the State.
I understand where you are coming from. I grew up reading National Review. I have an autographed letter from William F. Buckley, Jr. About 4 feet from me as I type this is a copy of McCarthy and His Enemies.
But over the years I have come to learn that the real enemy is domestic. That most of what I was taught is lies.
Antony Sutton has done great work showing how Wall Street financed the Russian Revolution. There are two clips of him on youtube discussing this; here is a link to the second: https://youtu.be/JpsZz2IqMIA
Murray Rothbard -- whom William Buckley loathed for always reminding the Right of Buckley's candid big-government statements from the late 1940s -- is another truth teller. And Rothbard is so skilled that he can make banking interesting.
Rothbard reveals the true nature of the American Establishment: a bunch of interconnected families bent on enriching themselves at the expense of productive people.
I agree with not providing aid and comfort to the enemy.
But the enemy is not Russia. The enemy is CNN. The enemy is Google.
And the enemy is still Wall Street. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Wall Street's biggest player was Jacob Schiff, head of Kuhn, Loeb & Co., who likely ordered the execution of the Czar. Now it is Larry Fink, the woke CEO of gargantuan BlackRock. https://nypost.com/2021/10/30/larry-fink-shakes-big-bucks-from-lefty-joe-bidens-esg/
Larry Fink controls so much capital that he could shut down this virus narrative overnight if he chose to. And most people have never even heard of him.
That's because the information IS censored. The FDA, after promising full transparency, now says it will take until 2096 to fully release all the documents they (supposedly) relied upon.
As Aaron Siri "Injecting Freedom" put it:
Pfizer explains, on page 6, that “Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, [Pfizer] has prioritised the processing of serious cases…” and that Pfizer “has also taken a [sic] multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports” including “increasing the number of data entry and case processing colleagues” and “has onboarded approximately [REDACTED] additional fulltime employees (FTEs).” Query why it is proprietary to share how many people Pfizer had to hire to track all of the adverse events being reported shortly after launching its product.
As for the volume of reports, in the 2 ½ months following EUA, Pfizer received a total of 42,086 reports containing 158,893 “events.” Most of these reports were from the U.S. and disproportionately involved women (29,914 vs. 9,182 provided by men) and those between 31 and 50 years old (13,886 vs 21,325 for all other age groups combined, with another 6,876 whose ages were unknown). Also, 25,957 of the events were classified as “Nervous system disorders”
Wish I could say I'm surprised but I'm not. I have been following the "adverse events" info pretty closely. My alarm bells have been ringing on this for a long time.
I don’t buy the proprietary argument. Drug patents have short lifespans and there are not infinite possibilities with the human body and what we can do with it. Additionally, people are constantly changing from one drug company to another. While other companies can not know exactly what any other is up to nor precisely how far along they are, they are not completely in the dark either. The slow document release is to keep the public in the dark.
I did the same forWhatsApp, Instagram, and FB. Their terms of service "updates" were the final straw. I enjoy talking to actual people in person now without being slapped with warnings or other weird crap. I no longer gave them the power to control me.
Love Signal for messaging and Proton Mail for personal email. End to end encryption. I’ve sent emails using yahoo and iCloud and lo and behold I started getting advertising for the product I was discussing. If you want to keep The Man out of your personal conversations, Signal and Proton Mail are good options.
I don’t trust anything the Government says wether it’s bad, economic data or anything. Their lying was always bad but it’s gotten absolutely ridiculous since George W.
Absolutely correct! We need to set precedent in this area of censorship. I'm not an attorney, but I believe adverse precedents are one of the outcomes companies fear most because it can alter how they operate going forward.
that's cute but consider, he could win a summary judgment of $500million or $900 million and they'll turn to him the next minute and ask if he has change or will he take a check. This type of pain you want only comes with multi-billion dollar lawsuits that also inflict massive structural damage too.
Fragile? me? BWAHAHAHAHA, no. but your reply to my original evaluation of how ineffective a single lawsuit will be still obviously stands on how little intellectual retort you have to it. And frankly I have no idea what your opinion would be of his lawsuit since you apparently only troll and make no intellectual comments since maybe you are stupid. I don't know. Have a merry christmas.
Thanks for the insult. Figured that would be coming. I’m sorry you missed the sarcasm in my original comment. I assumed anyone that was capable of logging in would understand. I’ll do better next time knowing you are in the crowd.
Alex: Your lawsuit represents every single person who has been silenced, censored, villified and demonized for daring to speak the truth. There are millions who stand behind you.
Have your lawyer look into this case. Massachusetts Secretary of State said under oath that they had a "hotline" to twitter so they could get twitter to remove or ban people. The government compelling a private org to silence someone is a 1st amendment violation.
Case 1:20-CV-12080-MLW. I think the case got thrown out because Dr Shiva was representing himself pro se and wasn't following procedure properly.
In short the attorney assigned to Dr Shiva tried to convince Dr S to not make it about the 1A, just be happy he “won” by accepting Twitter’s offer to be reinstated.
No way would Dr S accept that. He saw it as a landmark 1A case. He showed how the govt outsources censorship thru a “trusted partnership” with big tech.
The case got too hot for the judge who ordered it “sealed” but all the docs and exhibits are available on the above site.
I would be very interested to see how any attorneys on this stack compare the cases.
Thanks for the update and info. I listened in on a court hearing around may or june and the judge did seem a bit against Dr Shiva but I also thought he tended to ramble in his answers. I'm hoping this information can be used in Alex's case.
(Edited) Yes, you can represent yourself in ANY civil action against ANYONE in ANY court, whether an individual, a company, or a government agency. The only limitation on this is you cannot represent a corporation or LLC, regardless of if you own it. You can't even represent your own child, unless it's in a case involving denial of Social Security benefits. A licensed attorney is required in any of these instances. But this is an AWESOME TIP if true!
Better idea to educate yourself so you DO understand the system better than the thieves and liars do. Otherwise you're at the mercy of your attorney, who may or may not know what they are doing.
I think the problem here is that Twitter agreeing with the government is not the same thing as being compelled or forced. At least, that's what they'll argue. You'd have to show some threat of retaliation or that Twitter was under duress and let's face it, given their employee base they were probably looking for any excuse ... :(
Go Alex! I have stopped using Twitter altogether and your legal action may make the platform relevant to the millions of independents like me who have lost interest due to the selective bias they have repeatedly demonstrated.
I notice you have selected " trial by jury " Twitter will hate that as they know the public will be on your side , Once you put your head above the parapet it will encourage others to resist big tech
Good observation, Mark. I very much want this to send a message to Google/YouTube, Facebook, Microsoft and all other platforms as well. I want this to serve as precedent in all future cases as well.
Unless we make a stand our freedom is lost forever , I live in New Zealand and we are facing censorship on everything Covid related . Our prime minister Jacinda Ardern said and I quote " I am your one source of truth "
How do you get to the cash, though? The Twitter Terms of Service include a liability limit of $100, and is limited to direct damages only. Do you know - does anyone know - for which, if any, of those causes of action the liability limit would not be enforceable?
Let's remember what Alex said that got him suspended,
"It doesn’t stop infection. Or transmission. Don’t think of it as a vaccine,”
“Think of it — at best — as a therapeutic with a limited window of efficacy and terrible side effect profile that must be dosed IN ADVANCE OF ILLNESS.”
Seems about right. The desperate appeals of governments to get people boosted demonstrate the point that the original two shots don't do any good against transmission of Omicron.
This right here - is exactly why @jack stepped down. Twitter had the potential to be used for good, but Libs destroy everything they touch… they’re parasites.
This is great as long as Alex doesn't just rejoin Twitter should the opportunity present itself. The best thing that has happened has been the purge of all non-narrative accounts from the main social media platforms (Twitter, Youtube, FB, etc) because it has forced everyone to use other options. Substack is awesome, Rumble is a great anti-Youtube, and I know there are a few Twitter alternatives. Use all of them, the more things are spread around the tougher it is to censor them.
What do you suggest for a Twitter alternative? I’d be happy to jump ship but I also feel like it would be such sweet revenge if Alex was to be reinstated and blow them out of the park with followers.
Let’s hope the judge you get isn’t one of theirs… because there’s only so much you can do legally when they have ignored and corrupted the law and commandeered the judiciary. If that happens, you need a plan B. I won’t go into detail on what that is, but I will say that multitudes need to get involved, get organized and get real.
Thanks for standing up for your rights as a journalist, and also for our rights, to speak the truth. So many prominent people have been censored or banned from twitter and other platforms and we all know why. You must win this for all of us! Go get 'em!
They are claiming it's about percentages of vaccinated people per 100,000 compared to unvaccinated per 100,000 or some crazy thing in the UK and elsewhere. But WHY when UK and Denmark and cruise ships an all have such high vaccination rates, are there surges like this, with obviously more vaccinated people dying. By far. In small places. Something just doesn't make sense. Not that there isn't some risk to being unvaccinated. Just that therapeutics, many of them, work, and it appears vaccines are just complicating everything, perhaps encouraging mutations and spread. I'm responding to his other post on numbers. This just gets crazier by the day. There should not be SURGES in vaccinated places if they work at all. Lots of natural immunity which I know personally works and if vaccines worked at all, the cases would go down. Frustrating times.
Alex, you are doing the right thing by taking them to court, and I hope you win big. And thanks for exposing the medical-industrial complex for what it is: a cabal of greedy liars.
Let's Go Berenson!!! I mean that without the Brandon connotation... :)
Are you sure? This could be the new way to say "F*#k Twitter"....Alex could make money with T-shirts that could support real journalism
LET’S GO TWITTER would be a little more conforming and target the right entity.
Or Fuck Joe Twitter ;)
Jive time jitterbug Twitter TWITS!
Um…Brandon had little to do with the creation other than being a prop. So name swap does not work. Twitter and Joe Biden are the “like” entities. So Let’s go Alex is closer, but Alex is not a prop. 🤔
Let's get them TWITS!
I think you are onto something here...
YES!
T-shirts are a great idea. One can never have too many t-shirts I say.
I’d buy one!
GRIND THEM ALEX! DO NOT LET THEM SETTLE OUT OF COURT!
And get a jury trial, don't settle for judge hearing the case. Surely someone on the potential jury has been "injured " by Twitter or heard about what Twitter does.
Of course the best would be if he could resurrect these three judges to hear it:
https://www.oom2.com/t77351-three-ohio-judges-die-unexpectedly-in-nine-day-span-after-vaxx-mandate-in-cuyahoga-county
Although who knows, the way things are going, they would probably say they would have died worse without the vaccine.
On the same page https://www.oom2.com/t78020-6-serious-covid-jab-side-effects-you-re-not-hearing-about#162207. It's all making disturbing ominous sense.
What! I’m in Medina county and never heard this! Unbelievable
Hey neighbor! Yes, my husband reads the Plain Dealer daily (he suffers through it while I refuse torture) & never saw it either.
He did request a jury trial
Yeah i read that but typed it in anyway ..
👍
If you settle, the amount will be confidential and we won’t know the extent of the victory.
If you win in court, it’ll be a public record.
I'm tempted to agree, but Twitter's lawyers can grind this on forever. Maybe a ton of "fuck-you" money is the best he can expect to get.
I suspect, for a change, Alex has access to any amount of funding to make case history. Twitter will wish to settle. If so, that settlement needs to be severe cash and affirmation of a suitable policy for free expression. History is in the making with this lawsuit - I hope, hope, hope......
Fugget Jack Dorsey?
He is no longer the boss; the new guy is much, much less tolerant.
LOL!!!
Alex, I support you 100%.
But seems like you could have forum-shopped a little better, than filing in CA.
No.
File where Defendant can't allege lack of personal jurisdiction over a CA-based defendant.
Ditto
The whole irony of why so many of us don't buy into the vaccine hype (scare tactics) is because we perceive information to be censored. I personally had my WhatsApp censored after the Jan 6 capitol riot (a friend from overseas was legitimately asking me what was going on at the capitol) and instead the message said "we couldn't send this due to an encryption issue". That is me. They are lying sacks of shit that want to play mad scientist with my grandkids.
…more like playing Doctor….Mengele…
Totally!
It's all about the delivery. Well done and scaryfunny.
Ah my good friends on Nextdoor! Neighbor to neighbor except a laundry list of topics not allowed. Getting a timeout is routine, then you get banned forever or a year. Snow flakes melt in sunlight.
I've never heard about this site, and now I realize how fortunate I've been.
It sounds like a bunch of junior high school brats who terrorize anyone who doesn't agree with them.
"A time out?" Gimme a break.
Yuck.

I’ll stick with Angi formerly Angie’s List. Fu** Mark Zuckerberg!
Yep, junior high princesses.
That is pitiful. I have been shut down more than once on NextDoor myself talking about crime in my city - It's not happening according to many social justice healers I have been told. Guess I'm just being negative!
This is beyond Orwellian.

I dumped Facebook five years ago. I have a Twitter account that I've used about six times. No Instagram. No TikTok. No Snap Chat.
I guess I live a blessed life.
Seriously: all these "social media" sites are proving to be toxic, intellectual wastelands.
I do enjoy Alex Berenson's Substack, though. Especially the readers' comments.
;-)
Mercola’s website is pretty good too. Comment section is intelligent and rational.
If you don’t already subscribe to Steve Kirsch’s substack, I HIGHLY recommend.
I like MySpace for the slower pace and it’s less of a time suck. 🙃
I also got suspended from Next Door when I spoke out against BLM. Nextdoor is run out of CA, they are not your friendly neighborhood app
A friend who does know about Next Door just told me about an experience he had:

1) What does that have to do with your being a veteran? Please explain.
2) Yandex works. That's why I use it
3) Do you think google is a private company? If so, I recommend hunkering down with some Whitney Webb this holiday season.
1) I don’t want to provide aid and comfort to the enemy. Increasing their exports does just that.
2)Ok
3) I don’t want the CCP to benefit from my data.

I switched to DuckDuckGo about 2 years ago. Less filtering of the results and no tracking of your searches!
Try "Vinny Prasad Substack" for Google and Duck. Google does not like Substack.
Thx! I’m always up for a good sub stack!
Steve Kirsch is a must subscribe.
Done
thanks, will check it out.
Same here when I just used Google
Third recommendation for Brave I've heard tonight. Going to check it out, thanks!

My family dumped WhatsApp for Signal and Telegram. When WhatsApp sent out its anti-naughty speech notice last winter I could see where it was going.

Yet they warn about hate speech etc being policed. Encryption my butt.
Encrypted maybe, censored, for sure.
Have you considered what you are going to rename Twitter once you own their ass?
Nitwitter
"Little bird"
"Mocking Bird".
Closed for repairs.
Truther?
Rumble or Parler
If the same dominant militant left is the majority on the platform; Critters comes to mind.
Twaddle

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is the man. HIs suit is still ongoing. HE would be a good person to talk with too.
That's not true. You can represent yourself anywhere.
Bad idea to represent yourself amid liars and thieves who understand the system.
Many of them may be politically aligned, but they're essentially ordered by the government to censor and deplatform people.
I heard about this. Thanks for posting!
Go Alex! I have stopped using Twitter altogether and your legal action may make the platform relevant to the millions of independents like me who have lost interest due to the selective bias they have repeatedly demonstrated.
Thank you and Good Luck. Can't wait for lawsuits against Fauci, Moderna and Pfizer
Lamp posts.
Outrageous
Absolutely. This is global and we need to stand together. We need you folks and the Australians, and the ... well, all around the world.
Was she hitting the crack pipe again when she said that?
Wow! So she thinks she's "the new christ?" I always thought HE was, and is, the "one source of truth."
People like her are unceremoniously discarded once the true tyrants take over.
In California? Are you sure they'll be on his side?
AB: Time Man of the Year 2022...?
...better yet, our man of the year 2021...
BOOM! Pull that shareholder cash OUT of Twitter and into your pocket please. Rooting on you!
How do you get to the cash, though? The Twitter Terms of Service include a liability limit of $100, and is limited to direct damages only. Do you know - does anyone know - for which, if any, of those causes of action the liability limit would not be enforceable?
That's the way uh-huh uh -huh, I like it.
Extra credit for the ear worm I now have!
LoL. Just had to do it...
The man's got a case!
Seems about right. The desperate appeals of governments to get people boosted demonstrate the point that the original two shots don't do any good against transmission of Omicron.
Praying for your success Alex!! Merry Christmas
And Happy Hanukkah :)
Give 'em hell Berenson! You have an entire country behind you!
https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/61630076/alex-berenson-v-twitter-inc/
Thanks. One day Alex will learn to use links instead of screenshots of his phone :)
Thank you!!! Just downloaded it. Will read it now.
Thank you very much for posting this. I searched the court and came up empty handed.
The little bird will not be alive in 2 years.
Once every America loving person leaves that unti American platform.
Just logarithmically become angry cruel birds…
This right here - is exactly why @jack stepped down. Twitter had the potential to be used for good, but Libs destroy everything they touch… they’re parasites.
Please do not settle for "undisclosed amount" Please keep this public, so the world could see the cost of their wrongs !!
I'm a new subscriber now... Take Spectrum Dorsey to the wall.
And the thing that makes this a legitimate case is that Alex can prove damages. Let’s hope California courts are fair.
Yaaaassss, Queen!
When big tech can cancel the President of the United States off the face of the map something is very wrong with the world.
And the less money the originals make.
Go Alex Go! We are behind you 100%! THANK YOU for fighting the fight!
Bring. The. Pain. Good luck, Alex!
Go get em Alex! My wife and I are rooting for you!
FREE SPEECH!!! Go Alex GO!!!
You were and you continue to speak the truth based in reality. Unlike anyone else including Anthony Fauci.
Especially Anthony Fauci , the man has blood on his hands
Knock the snot out of 'em, Mr. Berenson. I'll be praying for your victory.
When I grow up I want to be just like Alex! I'm in my 70s and still working on it.
Jack Dorsey knew this was coming. That's why he quit when he did 😜
Go Alex! If this was Australia, the court would probably not even accept the case, so give them hell, while you can.
How true isn’t it ironic ? look up kangaroo court Australia on facebook i’m in Aus aswell
Nice. Alex, have you considered looking into violations of Cali & Federal campaign finance law? (Undisclosed in-kind campaign/political contributions)
Let's Go Brandon!
You go, boy!
Wishing you success and a return of free speech and the end of censorship on Twitter.
Go get 'em!
Way to go!
I hope you bankrupt them
I wish you the best of luck. You are doing great work. I am almost finished with Pandemia and it is great. Thank you.
Pray that you get a judge that actually read the Constitution in law school. It's obvious many did not. Jury trial is very wise.
Epic! Kinda bummed though, that you couldn’t name the dude with the nose ring and critter-infested beard in the suit. Perhaps he saw it coming…
Go get ‘em!!
Go get 'em Alex.
Alex, you are doing the right thing by taking them to court, and I hope you win big. And thanks for exposing the medical-industrial complex for what it is: a cabal of greedy liars.
👏👏👏👏
We’re right behind you Alex! Can we donate?
Fuck yes
I was kicked off twitter permantly. i wish a judge would force little jack to reinstate if we want to. i defended life that was my crime!
