Let's Go Berenson!!! I mean that without the Brandon connotation... :)

Expand full comment

Are you sure? This could be the new way to say "F*#k Twitter"....Alex could make money with T-shirts that could support real journalism

Expand full comment

LET’S GO TWITTER would be a little more conforming and target the right entity.

Expand full comment

Or Fuck Joe Twitter ;)

Expand full comment

Jive time jitterbug Twitter TWITS!

Expand full comment

Um…Brandon had little to do with the creation other than being a prop. So name swap does not work. Twitter and Joe Biden are the “like” entities. So Let’s go Alex is closer, but Alex is not a prop. 🤔

Expand full comment

Let's get them TWITS!

Expand full comment

I think you are onto something here...

Expand full comment

T-shirts are a great idea. One can never have too many t-shirts I say.

Expand full comment

I’d buy one!

Expand full comment

GRIND THEM ALEX! DO NOT LET THEM SETTLE OUT OF COURT!

Expand full comment

And get a jury trial, don't settle for judge hearing the case. Surely someone on the potential jury has been "injured " by Twitter or heard about what Twitter does.

Expand full comment

Of course the best would be if he could resurrect these three judges to hear it:

https://www.oom2.com/t77351-three-ohio-judges-die-unexpectedly-in-nine-day-span-after-vaxx-mandate-in-cuyahoga-county

Although who knows, the way things are going, they would probably say they would have died worse without the vaccine.

On the same page https://www.oom2.com/t78020-6-serious-covid-jab-side-effects-you-re-not-hearing-about#162207. It's all making disturbing ominous sense.

What! I’m in Medina county and never heard this! Unbelievable

Expand full comment

Hey neighbor! Yes, my husband reads the Plain Dealer daily (he suffers through it while I refuse torture) & never saw it either.

Expand full comment

I live in Cuyahoga Ct. & do not recall ever seeing this article in the paper or online. A friend sent me a link to the article. Russo was one "the" families that has had judges in the Ohio for eons. And I read the obits regularly (yeah weird I know) & never saw it there especially since these were officials in the county. But, hey we could have a seance to try it out, right?

Expand full comment

He did request a jury trial

Expand full comment

Yeah i read that but typed it in anyway ..

Expand full comment

👍

If you settle, the amount will be confidential and we won’t know the extent of the victory.

If you win in court, it’ll be a public record.

Expand full comment

I'm tempted to agree, but Twitter's lawyers can grind this on forever. Maybe a ton of "fuck-you" money is the best he can expect to get.

Expand full comment

I suspect, for a change, Alex has access to any amount of funding to make case history. Twitter will wish to settle. If so, that settlement needs to be severe cash and affirmation of a suitable policy for free expression. History is in the making with this lawsuit - I hope, hope, hope......

The whole irony of why so many of us don't buy into the vaccine hype (scare tactics) is because we perceive information to be censored. I personally had my WhatsApp censored after the Jan 6 capitol riot (a friend from overseas was legitimately asking me what was going on at the capitol) and instead the message said "we couldn't send this due to an encryption issue". It was that censorship that made me question every single thing that my government and the mainstream press were telling me. In addition, the fact that you do a search on google and if you type in "vaccine adverse reactions" and get absolutely nothing, is what has driven us to where we are today. More lawsuits please. We need them! Alex, keep up your great work!

A neighbor on NextDoor was ASKING OUR OPINIONS, as their neighbors, whether or not they should get their young children Covid vaccinated. I responded with my opinion that, if I had young children, I would not have them vaccinated for Covid. Next Door promptly suspended my account, citing violation of community standards. This is all so orwellian and insanely out of control. No, I will not comply. I don't need Twitter and I don't need Next Door (or any of the rest of those fascist sycophantic robots). My life is great without them.

Expand full comment

Ah my good friends on Nextdoor! Neighbor to neighbor except a laundry list of topics not allowed. Getting a timeout is routine, then you get banned forever or a year. Snow flakes melt in sunlight.

I've never heard about this site, and now I realize how fortunate I've been.

It sounds like a bunch of junior high school brats who terrorize anyone who doesn't agree with them.

"A time out?" Gimme a break.

Yuck.

Expand full comment

It is actually moderated by a bunch of small minded, middle aged, fuck up idiot Karen’s who are drunk with the power to decide what can and cannot be posted on a stupid neighborhood website owned by Meta ie Facebook. It is absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. People should completely ignore its existence.

Expand full comment

You are right about some moderators. But Nextdoor is publicly owned and had a recent IPO. It can be useful in locating services for your home and recommendations from people, verified neighbors.

Moderators can't eject a poster, but the children in Silicon Valley can and do if you offend their sensibilities. Their rules can be and often are arbitrary. Being fact checked by fools is standard.

I’ll stick with Angi formerly Angie’s List. Fu** Mark Zuckerberg!

Expand full comment

That is pitiful. I have been shut down more than once on NextDoor myself talking about crime in my city - It's not happening according to many social justice healers I have been told. Guess I'm just being negative!

Expand full comment

This is beyond Orwellian.

Expand full comment

I was on nextdoor then left last year due to hateful comments. It was just unnecessary. I can handle reasoned arguments but not worth my time dealing with emotionally charged humans. I got an apology from nextdoor. Hmmm. And yes, beyond Orwellian and whatever some Hollywood sci fi movie script writer could create.

I also got suspended from Next Door when I spoke out against BLM. Nextdoor is run out of CA, they are not your friendly neighborhood app

A friend who does know about Next Door just told me about an experience he had:

His dog got outside through the "doggy-door" during a 2 a.m. thunderstorm. The dog wanted to BARK at the thunderstorm, to make it go away. My friend spent 20 minutes trying to get the dog to come inside. The dog didn't have a problem with being wet.

The next morning, he saw a 'thread' from outraged neighbors saying he'd abused his dog by leaving outside during a storm; that he should be reported to the city; etc. He's irresponsible, etc.

Amazing! My friend is so devoted to his dog that when I die I want to be reincarnated as his pet.

Google is terrible for everything, they totally ruined their algorithms to be PC Totalitarians. The best is yandex.ru but I don't know a browser that takes it as a default.

I understand where you are coming from. I grew up reading National Review. I have an autographed letter from William F. Buckley, Jr. About 4 feet from me as I type this is a copy of McCarthy and His Enemies.

But over the years I have come to learn that the real enemy is domestic. That most of what I was taught is lies.

Antony Sutton has done great work showing how Wall Street financed the Russian Revolution. There are two clips of him on youtube discussing this; here is a link to the second: https://youtu.be/JpsZz2IqMIA

Murray Rothbard -- whom William Buckley loathed for always reminding the Right of Buckley's candid big-government statements from the late 1940s -- is another truth teller. And Rothbard is so skilled that he can make banking interesting.

Rothbard reveals the true nature of the American Establishment: a bunch of interconnected families bent on enriching themselves at the expense of productive people.

I agree with not providing aid and comfort to the enemy.

But the enemy is not Russia. The enemy is CNN. The enemy is Google.

And the enemy is still Wall Street. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Wall Street's biggest player was Jacob Schiff, head of Kuhn, Loeb & Co., who likely ordered the execution of the Czar. Now it is Larry Fink, the woke CEO of gargantuan BlackRock. https://nypost.com/2021/10/30/larry-fink-shakes-big-bucks-from-lefty-joe-bidens-esg/

Larry Fink controls so much capital that he could shut down this virus narrative overnight if he chose to. And most people have never even heard of him.

That's because the information IS censored. The FDA, after promising full transparency, now says it will take until 2096 to fully release all the documents they (supposedly) relied upon.

As Aaron Siri "Injecting Freedom" put it:

Pfizer explains, on page 6, that “Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, [Pfizer] has prioritised the processing of serious cases…” and that Pfizer “has also taken a [sic] multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports” including “increasing the number of data entry and case processing colleagues” and “has onboarded approximately [REDACTED] additional fulltime employees (FTEs).” Query why it is proprietary to share how many people Pfizer had to hire to track all of the adverse events being reported shortly after launching its product.

As for the volume of reports, in the 2 ½ months following EUA, Pfizer received a total of 42,086 reports containing 158,893 “events.” Most of these reports were from the U.S. and disproportionately involved women (29,914 vs. 9,182 provided by men) and those between 31 and 50 years old (13,886 vs 21,325 for all other age groups combined, with another 6,876 whose ages were unknown). Also, 25,957 of the events were classified as “Nervous system disorders”

Expand full comment

Wish I could say I'm surprised but I'm not. I have been following the "adverse events" info pretty closely. My alarm bells have been ringing on this for a long time.

Expand full comment

in other words, they are stalling, lying and full of more crap than a horse could emit in its lifetime (to put it nicely)

Expand full comment

I don’t buy the proprietary argument. Drug patents have short lifespans and there are not infinite possibilities with the human body and what we can do with it. Additionally, people are constantly changing from one drug company to another. While other companies can not know exactly what any other is up to nor precisely how far along they are, they are not completely in the dark either. The slow document release is to keep the public in the dark.

And we will join in the suit if you want.

Expand full comment

Have your lawyer look into this case. Massachusetts Secretary of State said under oath that they had a "hotline" to twitter so they could get twitter to remove or ban people. The government compelling a private org to silence someone is a 1st amendment violation.

Case 1:20-CV-12080-MLW. I think the case got thrown out because Dr Shiva was representing himself pro se and wasn't following procedure properly.

Expand full comment

Read all about Dr Shiva’s case at winbackfreedom.com

In short the attorney assigned to Dr Shiva tried to convince Dr S to not make it about the 1A, just be happy he “won” by accepting Twitter’s offer to be reinstated.

No way would Dr S accept that. He saw it as a landmark 1A case. He showed how the govt outsources censorship thru a “trusted partnership” with big tech.

The case got too hot for the judge who ordered it “sealed” but all the docs and exhibits are available on the above site.

I would be very interested to see how any attorneys on this stack compare the cases.

Expand full comment

Thanks for the update and info. I listened in on a court hearing around may or june and the judge did seem a bit against Dr Shiva but I also thought he tended to ramble in his answers. I'm hoping this information can be used in Alex's case.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is the man. HIs suit is still ongoing. HE would be a good person to talk with too.

(Edited) Yes, you can represent yourself in ANY civil action against ANYONE in ANY court, whether an individual, a company, or a government agency. The only limitation on this is you cannot represent a corporation or LLC, regardless of if you own it. You can't even represent your own child, unless it's in a case involving denial of Social Security benefits. A licensed attorney is required in any of these instances. But this is an AWESOME TIP if true!

Expand full comment

That's not true. You can represent yourself anywhere.

Expand full comment

Bad idea to represent yourself amid liars and thieves who understand the system.

Expand full comment

Better idea to educate yourself so you DO understand the system better than the thieves and liars do. Otherwise you're at the mercy of your attorney, who may or may not know what they are doing.

Expand full comment

I think the problem here is that Twitter agreeing with the government is not the same thing as being compelled or forced. At least, that's what they'll argue. You'd have to show some threat of retaliation or that Twitter was under duress and let's face it, given their employee base they were probably looking for any excuse ... :(

But WHY when UK and Denmark and cruise ships an all have such high vaccination rates, are there surges like this, with obviously more vaccinated people dying. By far. In small places. Something just doesn't make sense. Not that there isn't some risk to being unvaccinated. Just that therapeutics, many of them, work, and it appears vaccines are just complicating everything, perhaps encouraging mutations and spread. I'm responding to his other post on numbers. This just gets crazier by the day. There should not be SURGES in vaccinated places if they work at all. Lots of natural immunity which I know personally works and if vaccines worked at all, the cases would go down. Frustrating times.
