Obviously, New York is a very blue state, but Knight Institute v. Trump is my new favorite decision. And Judge William Alsup was a Clinton appointee, and he gave us a huge win in Berenson v. Twitter. (I’d sign up for Alsup again any day - too bad he’s in San Francisco!)
Ultimately, we have to hope that whoever hears the case does so without political bias. In that case we have MORE than a puncher’s chance. I believe this suit is even stronger than my suit against Twitter, though our opponents will have the deepest possible pockets and most expensive (I won’t say best) possible lawyers.

It requires the same lipid nanotechnology to deliver across the blood brain barrier , with the ability to specify where the opsin proteins land the brain, once created by our cells the opsin proteins can then be controlled by light. I don't recall seeing anything about that lawsuit, unless I missed it or forgot--maybe it wasn't covered on Fox News.
