ALL the criminal cases against Donald J. Trump must be dismissed with prejudice
I almost can't believe I have to write this. It's OVER. Forget going after him in 2029, the American people have issued their verdict, and Trump must be allowed to focus on his Presidency.
The state and federal efforts to pursue Donald Trump criminally must PERMANENTLY end now.
(To read why, subscribe. Or wait a week. Don’t wait. Seriously, you’ll like this one.)
Today, federal prosecutor Jack Smith said he would drop his two felony cases against Trump. Those are the Florida case in which Trump is accused of mishandling classified documents and the Washington, D.C. case in which he is accused of interfering in efforts to certify the 2020 election.
But Smith asked to dismiss the cases without prejudice, meaning the Justice Department theoretically refile them after Trump leaves office in 2029. Smith surely knows Trump will order his own Justice Department to figure out how to dismiss them with prejudice once he takes office, or simply pardon himself and everyone else involved in them. In other words, Smith is just being a… jerk. (Funny, he looks so nice.)

(I’m not insane and in love with my power at all! Not even a little bit.)

Smith also took one last opportunity to tell the world that he “stands fully behind” the “merits of the prosecution.” In other words: Don’t the will of 77 million American voters fool you! I was right. The Orange Man is very, very bad.
It’s over, okay, Jack? Trump is going to be President again. He can literally hand Vladimir Putin the nuclear codes if he likes. He shouldn’t, it’s not a good idea, but he’s in charge, and people voted for him knowing all about the 91 felony charges and the 34 convictions and all the rest, so can we all just move on?
Meanwhile, in Manhattan, New York prosecutors are taking time off from their busy schedule of letting criminals out on bail so they can stab random people to death in order to ask a judge not to dismiss Trump’s felony convictions from this spring’s show trial.
If you recall, that was the case where they found a way to convict Trump for winning the 2016 election, I kid you not. Something about payments made by a lawyer that were accounted for as legal fees, I kid you not. Did I mention that the lawyer who provided the crucial testimony against Trump had been previously admitted lying under oath? Yep, I kid you not.

Now the prosecution wants to store the convictions on ice until 2029. Right. The plan is, what, exactly? To send an 82-year-old man directly from the White House to prison for a “crime” that can best be explained as having paid off a stripper to keep her mouth shut in 2016? (Though that wasn’t the actual crime, paying off strippers for silence is not a crime.) What, Marine One’s going to drop him at Rikers?
Just quit it already. Forget the cryogenics, this case is as dead as Ted Williams. You had your fun, Alvin Bragg, it’s over.
Let’s not even get started on the Georgia case, where the only crime appears to have been committed by the prosecutor. If loving Nathan Wade is wrong, Fani Willis doesn’t want to be right!
But seriously, Donald Trump is about to be President. It’s kind of a big job. He needs to be able to do it without having any of this nonsense hanging over his head. The Democrats will be better off too - the last 24 months of lawfare clearly did nothing but help Trump. Aren’t they embarrassed? Hasn’t the massive spanking they received three weeks ago registered at all?
Sorry, dumb question.
I have a hard time wrapping my head around how 48% of those who voted for coup-mala Nov 5th STILL are not aware of just how DUPED they were, and actually believe Trump is guilty of these fabricated lawfare tactics. Just watch those on the view tomorrow defend Smith in some way STILL lol. $100,000,000.00 taxpayer dollars later
To be fair NY prosecutors aren't busy letting people out on bail, they're just letting them out.
