Speaking of spreading misinformation, I watched part of Brandon's speech. Sure enough, the unvaccinated are responsible for the never-ending pandemic. Never mind that every case of omicron I've heard about involves a triple-jabbed person. Joking aside, this is extremely dangerous rhetoric for a president to be spreading from the pulpit. Hmmmm......where have we seen this before?

And still no mention of the treatments that will keep you out of the hospital, vaccinated or not - that’s quite a selective “science” he and his handlers promote.

That’s how you know the whole thing is a scam.

And zero acknowledgement of natural immunity. The people running Brandon are cold, calculated, and very dangerous.

That's beyond insane!

What the f***!!!!

Radicals. See Susan Rice.

Not clear if previous infection really protects against Omicron, but OTOH if the infection really is a mild cold how would anybody know they were ill? The Nervous Nellies will rush to get tested, the average joe says I'll lie down for a day.

Poor demented man. He doesn't know what he's saying, who he is, where he is. They roll him out in front of the teleprompter and he stumbles through whatever words have been fed into the teleprompter.

For the love of god: will someone admit he's non compos mentis? And then disclose that someone else is puling these strings? And identify the de facto president.

This is NOT a defense of "Brandon." It's an indictment of the fools that allowed a pathetic demented man to be elected president of the United States.

Expand full comment

At one point he said that 40 unvaccinated people will get sick and overwhelm the hospitals. If all the U.S. hospitals will only hold 40 more people then we're screwed.

I thought I heard "40" - had to rewind to be sure. Geez.

The powers behinds the scenes who arranged for Biden to become president are delighted with him. He's a complete puppet. That's exactly what they want. He'll do whatever they tell him to do.

I do not trust the 500,000 million home tests he ordered. Something is fishy there.

Expand full comment

I agree.

The best I can figure is that if there's a large number of positive tests--regardless of symptoms--it can be used to justify another lock-down and worse, like vaccine passports, restrictions on domestic travel.

Think: Australia..

Just watched an interview with Dr. Scott Atlas. He said omicron is likely to be the end of the pandemic. The virus is spreads more easily but it's now weaker.

So, here's a thought about the current push for more vaccines (that don't work), and the in-home tests:

If there's a large number of positive tests--regardless of symptoms--more people will freak out...while Covid becomes endemic...

And "Brandon," Fauci, et al can proclaim that they beat Covid. They'll be HEROES!

Expect the announcement in early 2022, an election year.

agree. no thanks. if i need a quick home test, i'll just go to walgreen's and pay cash.

Not getting tested, period.

And I’m unvaxxed and not sick a day! I know of several triple vaxxed who have Omicron. The administration is certifiable.

People with dementia often repeat themselves again and again..same talking points, same place and time. Biden will be giving the same speech in whatever long term facility takes him.

Also those with dementia often get quite nasty. Know about it first hand. They get frustrated quickly and strike out as they feel defensive.

As we saw in the speech today.

Twitter acts as an agent of the US, state and local governments when it blocks content at their request, as has been revealed in emails and FOIA requests. The First Amendment protects us all from being silenced by our government, which has used corporations to do their unconstitutional dirty work the last few years, especially.

Lets hope discovery finds that point. Getting private companies to do your dirty work ought not be allowed. Is it?

I don't understand why there isn't also a case that Twitter and Facebook have become the modern day equivalent of the town square. As such political and noncommercial speech cannot be unreasonably restricted on them. (speech which calls for violence is an example of something that could reasonably be restricted). This principal was decided by a Supreme Court case about 40 years ago when a shopping mall tried to restrict people canvassing for signatures on a ballot measure. Despite the shopping mall being private property the owners could not unreasonably restrict the pettition gathering.

Good luck with your suit. I'm sure you understand how important it is to our freedom.

Thanks for what you do. Your suit incentivized me to become a paying subscriber. It's money well spent.

The case you mentioned is discussed in the complaint.

Yep, it is. I read the entire complaint, thoroughly and carefully. It was exciting and captivating to read. I felt exhilarated by the time I got to the end. I plan to reread it. I also sent the url of the complaint to three lawyers in my immediate family - my father, my brother, and his wife, my sister-in-law. My dad was unable to download it. (I need to figure that out so he can read it.) Haven't heard from the other two. They're probably not sympathetic to Alex, but I want them to read it nevertheless.

After reading a tsunami of crimes committed by Fauci in his 50 year reign of terror at NIAID from RFK Jr.'s book "The Real Anthony Fauci", I prefer a massive movement to bring the psychopathic maniac, other top bureaucrat heads, & his cabal of criminals at Pharma to justice by charges of mass murder & crimes against humanity. Start with this guy: https://rumble.com/vqny9c--dec-10-2021-dr.-david-martin-the-truth-about-covid-19-action-we-must-take.html

Fauci should be in jail. RFK, Jr's book is well researched and dense. He documents all of it so clearly.

I believe the brilliant nuclear cardiologist Richard Fleming, PhD, MD, JD is determined to bring Fauci to justice. https://www.flemingmethod.com

What is more important is public opinion. RFK, Jr has done the heavy lifting for us. Make sure your friends and family know about his book. Give it to them at Christmas.

Or, if you have a copy, have people read the couple pages on orphans being surgically fitted with feeding tubes so they cannot refuse Fauci's drugs. That should be enough. It is sickening.

Here is Steve "Force of Nature" Kirsch on the book: https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/how-to-read-rfk-jrs-book-in-5-minutes

Same goes for Peter Breggin's "We Are the Prey." I have not read that one but can recommend it based on his past books and interviews I have seen of Breggin.

Alex, this lawsuit is surreal. First, you expose the false narrative of case counts and Covid hospitalizations through Twitter and Unreported Truths. Then you reported on Masks, and your final U.T. on Vaccines. You were so ahead of almost everyone on vaccines that it got you banned from Twitter. During all of this you wrote the best-selling book Pandemia, now #1 on Kindle. With your book selling fast, you take on Twitter with a lawsuit that could have apocalyptical ramifications among the Tech Giants as well as make you a wealthy man. This story is unbelievable. When the dust settles, maybe you should write a book about this mythical figure who shows up during a pandemic and .......

This is one of the Federal Government’s attempts to circumvent the very inconvenient US Constitution by making large corporations do their dirty deeds. Mandates, freedom of speech, discrimination — the authoritarians actually think using corporations as their agent will somehow make these actions “legal”. Stupid AND evil.

I can't stand Twitter...but I don't think this lawsuit will work. Say 1) was right...Twitter is a message service that can't block messages. Then does this mean they can't block viagra ad spam? Twitter's soul is gone and can't be redeemed. We need to focus on other social media networks and perhaps even P2P social media. Gab.com of all platforms is the most passionate about medical freedom and that IMO is our best hope currently.
