If you are a free subscriber, I hope you'll consider upgrading... and joining me as I sue Pfizer and the Biden White House
Dear Unreported Truth reader:
You probably already know that Twitter banned me last year for supposed Covid misinformation (in reality, the tweet that got me kicked off was entirely accurate).
You already know that I sued over that ban in federal court and survived Twitter’s motion to dismiss - an unprecedented legal win. And that in July I forced Twitter to acknowledge its mistake and let me back on.
But you may not know that my settlement with Twitter was only the start of what is about to become an epic legal battle over the way the government and Big Pharma used social media companies to censor debate over the Covid mRNA shots.
Twitter was a big, powerful company. But Twitter is an ant compared to Pfizer, which had about $100 billion in sales and $30 billion in profits in 2022 (yes, billion). And Pfizer is an ant compared to the federal government, with its 2023 budget of almost $6 trillion.
I now have hard evidence of the way the White House tried and ultimately succeeded in forcing Twitter to ban me - a violation of my First Amendment rights - and how Dr. Scott Gottlieb, a Pfizer board member, participated in the conspiracy.
Soon - I don’t have a date yet, but soon - I will be going to court to fight back.
I am not exaggerating when I say this suit may be our only realistic chance to find out what Pfizer and the Biden Administration knew about the problems with the mRNAs in 2021, and how they may have schemed to push mandates and boosters on the public.
This fight is going to be titanic. Pfizer and the White House will have essentially unlimited funds to try to deny me and these questions a day in court. They will do whatever they can to prevent me from reaching the discovery stage of the suit and unearthing their secrets.
I will never be able to match their resources, but I do want to have a big enough budget that I know money won’t be a problem.
At this point, though I do not want to ask for money directly for the lawsuit - not until it’s filed, and possibly not until it survives the crucial motion-to-dismiss stage.
But if you think the work I am doing on Substack is valuable, I hope you will consider joining as a paid subscriber - doing so both directly supports my reporting and will help me fund the first stages of this battle.
Onward.
