Former hospital compliance officer here: Create a letter to the Administrator of the hospital, state your wishes in writing, send a copy to your doctor, have it delivered via courier or hand-deliver yourself. The Administrator is legally responsible for it's entry into your medical record. Take a copy with you the day of surgery and request the nurse to enter/scan it in the record that day as well. It is now a legal document. Get a Notary to sign it as well. Oh...yes, they will stab you with whatever they can charge you likely in recovery. Nurses are no longer trustworthy, you need someone with you 100% of the time. I have had to have several surgeries, and all are now in surgery centers, NOT attached to hospitals, they are a different group, I'm impressed with that service line.

I started listening since i have an education in life sciences and wanted to know more on the organism and so forth. What I saw was Fauci fawning all over himself and never said a damn thing about what was going on with AIDS. I named him Dr Showboat after this. When he reared his ugly head again in Covid I sent an email to the White House to have someone look at the AIDS press conferences to see how bad this foul person was performing and what to expect. I guess my email didn't go very far. He should be in federal prison awaiting execution for crimes against humanity if there really is any justice.

So true. It makes me sick to think how many lives they ruined and how NO ONE EVER did ANYTHING about it. Now we all just have to sit here and continue to watch the numerous deaths happen around us (at all too young ages) from that clot shot. Fauci's "legacy" will never die...but so many others will. There is a special place in hell for this man.

Nothing new here. I first was introduced to Fauci when he was giving press conferences on AIDS. I started listening since i have an education in life sciences and wanted to know more on the organism and so forth. What I saw was Fauci fawning all over himself and never said a damn thing about what was going on with AIDS. I named him Dr Showboat after this. When he reared his ugly head again in Covid I sent an email to the White House to have someone look at the AIDS press conferences to see how bad this foul person was performing and what to expect. I guess my email didn't go very far. He should be in federal prison awaiting execution for crimes against humanity if there really is any justice.
He will never go to jail as he should. The best we can do is to vilify and shame him.
He's too old to suffer in jail as long as he should. Even if we were able to put him there, he would expire too swiftly.

I worked with enough “elite” scientists when I was in the biotech startup business. “Impossibly deep narcissism” was the rule more than the exception! It was the toughest part in translating an exciting scientific discovery to a commercial opportunity. Fauci was an ever-present character in those early days of biotech….

You needed to add a disclaimer - Warning! Have barf bag handy. In the aftermath of Covid, I though Fauci acted the way he had because he had financial interest in the Covid vaccine. I now realize that he didn't care how much damage he wrought provided he could maintain the spotlight. He belongs in prison!
