I have said for a while that Unreported Truths is more than journalism, it's a community. At a very intense moment, you've shown me exactly what that means. I can't thank you enough.
Yes this is a big owie! I have noticed that even when someone fails at endeavors such as the lawsuit, the mere act of a complaint puts the evil doers on notice and can change behavior. (Would have cheered a big payday though)
Very disappointing about your lawsuit and very disappointed about what they did to Dr. Prasad. I expect this reflects the power of big Pharma, their lobbyists and hired legislators. Highly unlikely Trump was involved personally with these decisions. About 98% of the government hate him because he’s trying to shake up the status quo. To the point of trying to kill him two times.Maybe we can only expect small changes such as Kennedy banning toxic food additives, and removing Thimiserol from vaccines. Whoever thought any dose of mercury was safe for adults let alone children? Insanity. keep up doing what you’re doing. I especially appreciate your medical work from the time of your reporting on marijuana. Can’t tell you the number of psychotic patients I’ve seen from marijuana toxicity.
Alex, you know people so why not call in a favor and actually try to get to someone who can put your case directly in front of Trump or someone who could make a difference? The First Amendment matters and so do your/our rights. This affects all of us.
I personally like all of your reporting. I don’t always agree. But, those that say, stay in your lane, are missing the point. It’s important for journalism to expose us to things that are inconvenient or upsetting or challenge our world views. When journalism doesn’t we get what the main stream media has done - a giant echo chamber of utter nonsense. Thank you for sharing what you know to be true and worth exposing.
I told them this is a free speech issue and they should support Berenson or loose our support. It is more important to conservatives than the Epstein disclosures. What are you doing? Get your New York U. S. Attorney under control!
I supported Alex when he first came out with Unreported Truths because of his great reporting on Covid, but not only Covid. Talking about Covid only was not what I was looking for, it was truth.
Do I agree with Alex all the time, absolutely not. He's more on the Liberal side and I'm a Republican Conservative. However I'm willing to listen and speak out with anyone, whether I agree with them or not. As long as they investigate the truth and are willing to admit when they are wrong, as I will.
There are many important issues to discuss besides Covid, and Alex delves into them. But do I get all my information from him? Of course not.
I follow other investigative journalists such as John Solomon (justthenews.com), the Epoch Times, Fox News, Rebel News (in Canada), and even CNN to listen to what the left mainstream media is saying.
My dad always taught me since I was a child (am now 75) to "look it up". He was self-educated and a very smart and wise man, however rather than giving me the answers (which he knew) it was always "look it up".
He wanted his kids to know how to find the truth, not just to be given it or find it from one source.
I have subscribed to you since the beginning of your reporting. I too was sucker punched by your Gaza reporting and seriously thought about letting my subscription go. My automatic renewal came up at a time My card was stolen and kept rejecting my renewal. When I received my new card I pondered about letting my relationship to your blog end but changed my mind. I appreciate your reporting and your ability to admit your mistakes. Keep doing what you do. Now if you can give some info on the proliferation of white trails I see over my house in such quantity and I am not under a flight path..are them trails altering weather?
I’ve been a subscriber from the beginning. Your Gaza piece (not quite reporting) was a gut punch as soon as you quoted the now heavily discredited NYT. Nevertheless, I chose to stay as I still appreciate your mission and passion. The most surprising line in today’s note to readers was the fact that your Substack allows you to spend more time with your kids. Given you’re a one-man show churning out long form journalism multiple times a week, I figured you had less time for your family. I’m glad I assumed incorrectly!
It is bad form to say "I told you so." But, in this case, I need to say so with all respect. Your experience, which I predicted, step by step, was a perfect duplicate of my experience. As I had served as my own lawyer (based on a legal background) I more or less came to know the ins and outs in detail that I hoped your attorney realized... but which I do not believe he did. (In some sense, not my fault or his fault, only a stark warning that the justice system is SERIOUSLY BROKEN. Using two faulty Supreme Court cases, the District Judges have assumed the ad hoc power to hold bench trials under the guise of dismissal proceedings. This faulty procedural sleight-of-hand deprives citizens of the right to a jury trial, the right to cross examine accusers or wrongdoers, and the right to legitimate discovery. It allows rogue District Court judges to make political decisions as to who receives access to the courts and who does not. Perhaps a short series of articles under your pen could do a great deal to remedy this situation. I would be happy to speak with you and your attorney re the outline of articles that could seriously impinge on the Senate and House judiciary committees, perhaps bringing about legislative changes that end the judicial politicization we experienced.
One of my favorite messages to everyone who works tirelessly and sometimes looks to give up is from a great one, Satchell Paige, perhaps one of the greatest baseball players of all time, "Don't look back, somebody might be gaining on you". Keep it up Alex, you know where you are going, just work hard and get there.
Read the judge's bio. The chance that Alex was going to get a fair judgement from Judge Jessica G.L. Clarke was about as infinitesimally small as one can imagine. While those with business before the court will go out of their way not to say things that might irritate the judge, there is simply no possible way that this appointee was going to turn around and bite the hand that had fed her & placed her in the position that she holds. She's probably smart enough to let the normal process & delays play out so that it isn't immediately obvious that she'll play the rabidly partisan Democrat, but don't kid yourself... she didn't get where she is by being any form of honest broker, but by utter & complete fealty to the system & the Party. Let's hope that she botches her ruling enough that Alex can get some sort of win on appeal.
I enjoy reading you because I routinely disagree with some of your opinions and content, but you're always reasoned and well-researched. I'm 100% behind Israel on this long-fight against efforts to destroy their state. I was (very coincidentally) at the LA Holocaust museum yesterday. It angers me that we have to slog through genuine deniers over and over and they have a platform. The pride that Smith has over a) making a joke about the Holocaust, b) making jokes about making jokes about the Holocaust, and c) pretending that this issue isn't about trivializing the Holocaust and the rise (again) in global antisemitism is disgusting. Smith is disgusting. 1 vote here on your side to taking a swing at it. Also disappointed in RAV to.
Thanks for the update as painful as it was. It seems the powers that be just want to act as if there never were lockdowns and mandates. They claim to be for freedom of speech but in reality they mean only some speech. Theirs.
Already subscribed at the highest level, supported you twice in the lawsuit and disappointed for you in the outcome. Will continue to support your work, even on those occasions where we might not agree because your Substack title says it all. Looking forward to the future.
Ouch. This update about the case really hurts

You are appreciated. When I agree and when I don't.

That PHARMA grip on the swamp is so much worse than people realize. Such a disgrace so MANY are bought and paid for on both sides of the aisle!
Time to act folks. I just sent a message to Bondi at

and Trump at

Yours is a voice I can trust because you are beholden to no one and no single ideology except seeking the truth.

I don't know how many times I've heard them say "it's time to move on." This comes from both parties.
