Is there a Lemon Law for vaccines?

I’m sure Trudeau will buy the ones Poland doesn’t. I think we just had 2 million doses expire and have to get thrown out.

What a shithole Trudeau is turning my country into….

How embarrassing for Pfizer having to force Poland to honor the contract when they clearly don't want them. If I were in charge in Poland, I wouldn't let up until Pfizer's vaccine had been proven worthless.

This could get interesting. If Pzizer sues Poland, Poland gets to claim fraud and deception regarding the clinical trials and vaccine efficacy and vaccine damage. They can use the power of discovery to uncover the cover up. I don't think Pfizer wants to go there.

It only takes one Country to change the world. Poland could lead the world towards sanity and humanity. Thank You!

Time for Reiner Fuellmich and the case for crimes against humanity!

The “vaccines” never worked. The apparent efficacy reflects data fraud.

That’s consistent with clinical trials fraud already exposed.

Hasn't Poland suffered enough?

Nazis, then communism. Now Pfizer.

Will Great Britain go next? A few months ago, their government announced that it was it was buying enough boosters to vaccinate the entire country four times over. A few weeks later, Omicron variant blew in and the government learned that the booster shots would be useless against it.

Oops!

A while back I saw something reported from India about these contracts. They’re pretty stringent and take a lot of resources. No wonder the US keeps saying safe and effective and they want them fast tracked to kids. Fulfill the contract!

It also implies the people don't want them!

There is a perfect line in the movie, "Good Fellas" that fits this situation. When the mob "owns" you, and you owe them, and business is bad or you don't have the cash, the answer from the mob (i.e., Pfizer) is (please forgive the sordid language), "f**k you, pay me." As far as Pfizer is concerned, it's all about the money; nothing else matters (other than exemption from liability from harm caused by experimental gene therapy).

The poison needs to banned and Pfizer charged for Crimes Against Humanity together with FDA and all the rest of the bioweapon pushers

A court case laying out for all to see, what exactly these shots do? This will be great! Just what we need. Not that the press will cover it, though.

Good on the Poles; I'll take bets that Hungary will be next to stiff Pfizer. Why? They are 2 outliers in the EU (oxymoron) that the EU wishes regime change on, although unsucessfully for now. The likes of Ireland would never ever do this. Why? Because they have a shed load of pharma manufacturing there with Pfizer being a big bad one, so that would be a no-no, also because it's a compliant puppy (and it's my old home country too!). If it goes to court then the Contract will have to exposed as evidence I would say, and a judge with a semblance of impartiality may think that Poland is right. However I would also hazard a guess that those Pfizer legal beagles will have made sure that they chose well a favourable juristriction in such an event. So even if Poland loses, so what, how can anyone sue a country? Thoughts from our Unacceptable Legal Readers!!!

And today on the news, a doctor concerned about the mental effects of people wearing masks on children, will have lasting effects.

He said “ it’s important for parents to tell their children that children rarely get seriously I’ll from Covid and few have died”

Where was this doctor when they were pushing vaccines for children?

If the health minister had any wits, he wouldn't blame it on an improving situation and refugee costs, because Pfizer has nothing to do with those conditions.

He SHOULD have blamed it on the fact that we are learning EVERY DAY more and more about how useless and how dangerous the g/d vaxxes are, and more and more about how Pfizer KNEW how useless and how dangerous they are.

"I'm not gonna honor the contract, because you sold us ineffective and dangerous shit and you KNEW you sold us ineffective and dangerous shit" is a better argument than "I'm not gonna honor the contract, because, well, some things haven't gone our way, and conditions have improved more than we expected them to, etc.".

FRAUD is grounds for voiding a contract; bad predictions are not.

Um. Hate to break it to you but these contracts were leaked A LONG time ago. Yes, there is a clause that covers this kind of situation - and every other possibility - they CANT reneg on this contract.

Most governments were strong-armed into putting up their biggest assets for these vaccines, including MILITARY BASES. Ask yourself - what would Pfizer do with government military bases?

Also,

"If the Poles win count on the rest of the world abandoning mRNA deals as quickly as the airlines dumped mask mandates." <---- sooo 2+ more years? Cool.

Better wait before rejoicing over the end of the mask mandate.

Brandon's flunkies want to appeal lifting the mask requirement.

In the mean time Italy's FDA yesterday declared that with the second dose and boosters there have been less adverse side effects, last week as an over 50 I received a government communication that if I did not get vaccinated I would be fined €100 which I will appeal when the time comes, I have tested positive to Covid twice and never allowed them to inject me with their poison. Italy is the mother of all banana republics so declarations like these mean something only to covidiots. I have a cousin who in January of this year suffered a deadly autoimmune reaction after the first booster so in my family the consensus is that they can shove their lies where the sun does not shine.

"Niedzielski, Polish Health Minister, told TVN24’s all-news channel that the Warsaw administration informed the European Commission and vaccine suppliers late last week that it was activating a force majeure provision in the procurement contract and would refuse to pay for and accept more doses." And what is Pfizer going to do about it? Or anyone for that matter? Cut off future poison shot supplies? Refuse to defend Poland? Hold the line Poland.

So if Poland refuses, what can Fakzer do about it? Sue while Poland cares for millions of refugees? Or withhold other products that may have value? Yeah, sounds like a great PR move. If Drugmaster persists, then won't it result in more awareness about the reason Poland doesn't want the vax that isn't a vax?
