This is why the injunctions that are currently being filed to stop the vaccine mandates should instead be filed to STOP THE VACCINE PROGRAM. It is now abundantly clear that the FDA committed serious science misconduct and fraud in authorizing these vaccines. I listened to the entire, day-long FDA meeting to authorize the vaccine for children. None of Pfizer's recently released (through FOIA) data about all the deaths and injuries that were reported to the company in the first two months of Covid-19 vaccine use was even mentioned. It does not appear to have been considered at all. So, we're now being told to ignore not only VAERS but also all the reports of death and injury that go directly to the drug companies. This is fraud.

In addition, we now have the study from Circulation showing the vax more than doubles the risk of heart attacks.

The lawsuits should be to stop the entire program, not just the mandates.

This is insanity. My son has gone to community college in NJ since September 2020. He is in the automotive program so he has been going in-person this whole time. Starting next semester in January, they are either requiring the vaccine or weekly testing. We took the testing option. I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that this college is offering testing. The county college my daughter just graduated from is also requiring the vaccine starting in January, but no testing option. (They went to different colleges because our county college did not offer the automotive program) My son will be able to finish the program next fall. He already has a well paying mechanic job and will hopefully be using that and his degree as a stepping stone in the near future. I told both of my children testing might be inconvenient for a while, but it's less inconvenient than myocarditis. My daughter had two heart conditions when she was born, and after two procedures and 20 years of visits, in 2020 her pediatric cardiologist said she was good as new and discharged her, telling her to follow up with a cardiologist in ten years. I've seen my daughter on the operating table and do not want my children to have to go through possible heart problems from a vaccine they do not need.

Here's one sure-fire way to stop this madness: Have one student who has received the jab and suffered a side effect (doesn't have to be myocarditis, but severe is better) file a LAWSUIT against said college or university. They may be able to mandate the jab for their students but they are then 100% LIABLE for any adverse effects.

If they get sued for a couple million dollars, I predict they will instantly recognize the consequence of their actions. Unfortunately, that is likely the only way they will stop this insanity.

Thank God my kids go to school in Florida - At University of Florida - they have no vax mandate and no longer have even the mandatory testing(this was done very quietly). When my child had Covid over the summer, an email was sent that waived the Covid testing for 3 months due to having COVID. The testing mandate was never restarted when the 3 months were up and if you look on the UF COVID website - no requirement. Check out how low the COVID rate is for UF. Masks are almost gone (but not quite inside) I suspect masks will be gone by next semester. Check out our new Surgeon General of Florida he works at UF.

I’m sorry but anywhere with nutty unscientific policies like this cannot possible be teaching students to be smarter humans, more knowledgeable humans, or more “enlightened” people.

I feel terrible for the kids, but this propaganda is to going to stop until the kids stop complying in mass. Most college kids I know were thinking “if I just get this stupid vaccine I get my life back.” It’s clear that won’t happen. I wonder what they are thinking now?

They will do so until the Boards & Presidents of the universities are personally sued for causing the death or permanent injury of a student.

Ha..!!! This is really rich. My youngest daughter attends a major Big 10 school (pre-med) and I say major in reference to their football program. She has all kinds of vax, mask and quarantine rules to follow. But guess what happens on Saturdays when the Big Game takes place on campus? Nothing. No masks, no social distancing and no spike in Covid. It's amazing to me how Fauci and his ilk are able to stop Covid transmission / danger for really, really critical events like BLM protests (rioting and looting) and money making events like college football. If they could just transform this power to things like small businesses, churches and other places where lockdowns and passports reign, think of the winning we could all experience...!!! Pray. Plan. Prepare. Resist.

I have 3 in college. It has been horrible. They had a health-pass, instituted without question. All the Health Professionals at all 3 schools jumped into action right away...to keep everyone safe. This has been planned for a long time.

Now all the kids rat-out each other.

An authoritarian disneyland.

Oh and they continue to PCR test, quarantine and contact trace....for a cold.

Have you ever taken a tour of Syracuse University? Their biggest 'sell' to prospective students is the Multi-Billion dollar corporations that work hand-in-glove with the University. The very same ones that lobby for this and lobby for that. The very same ones that have polluted the food chain and endorse 'woke' ideologies at any cost. They are the bread and butter of most universities in the United States. This was a very calculated and decades old fusion of money, academia and politics manifesting into the monster we see today. Academia is yet another arm of government policy. No independent thinkers wanted. Another cog in the machine.

Federal judges not needed. Kids need to drop out and go to reasonable colleges. This stops when enrollment goes down.

It's anecdotal, but I have a niece who is a sophomore in high school. She's been dreaming of college for years. Now she's not even considering going. It's too much money, and she realizes that a degree might not even help her make a decent living, AND now the social aspect of college has been destroyed.

I think this whole thing is going to change a lot of people's minds about higher education.

They have 'no right to mandate a vaccine on campus' sadly the courts have seemed to accepted the Massachusetts vs Jacobson case and even expanded on it to allowing employers the ability to require it. For me this is really not about the vaccines being safe vs. unsafe, but an intrusion on personal rights that will lead down a road that will be similar to a fascist society.

We need to support the colleges and universities that reject the woke ideology and show respect for their students by not mandating the vaccines. Hillsdale College, where two of my kids went, is obviously a great example. I recently attended their 4-day seminar on "The Great Reset." It was fantastic, and being there was like being transported back to 2019. (Alex, I heard your lecture there recently.) I also have a child that attends Spring Arbor University, a small Christian liberal arts college in Michigan. There have been no vaccine mandates or even mask mandates, and they've not had to resort to online classes the whole semester. And even the sociology classes and a class on sex and gender have been even-handed. I've been very pleased. We need more of these institutions and we need to let other like-minded individuals know about those that already exist. There will be a winnowing of colleges in the coming year, so we have to throw our support to the good ones.

Schools have gone full communism. Again this happened many years ago, only now they are proud members. The university systems are all corrupt. Where I lived, they proudly stated they never invited any conservatives to speak there. Think about that. The city was about half conservative, but that voice was silenced. I blame conservatives that just let it happen. They gave the universities the power to force thought. When I first moved to city, it was a happy university system. When I left 20 years later, nothing but extremism and sadness. The only thing that matter was pushing anti white, anti patriotism, anti sports, anti business, etc.

If you have high school students looking at college, call the admissions office and ask what their covid policy is and how they treat their students. If it is onerous or untenable, tell them why your child will not apply to that school. It needs to be direct pushback from potential students who reject their approach. There are colleges that do not require vaccination. My sons attend college in Texas (no vax requirement), and after visiting family in Illinois for Thanksgiving, we came home with Flu A. The college doctor had not had a positive flu test in well over a year and our pediatrician had not had a positive flu test since 2019! For me, I felt like it was a sign that we are moving past covid.

My daughter is a freshmen at Penn. Both parents and students were notified that next week they will be holding a Booster clinic on campus. They are encouraging all students to get the boosters but are not yet requiring them. They've been doing mandatory testing every 2 weeks and all students had to be vaccinated to attend this fall. There have been cases but, on my daughter's dorm floor, not one single person has tested positive and these kids are spending lots of time out at parties, bars and in each other's rooms. Lots of colds/coughs but not one positive case of Covid out of 50 kids on a floor. Praying they don't make it mandatory but certain that it will become mandatory.

I'm a parent of a high school junior. She is looking at colleges now. I really want to be sure to send her to one that is at least balanced in view points, but preferably one that leans conservative. We know of Hillsdale (which I love!) and a few others, but can anyone point me to a list of schools or ways to research schools that will give an accurate description of the 'politics' of the school/faculty? This is a very difficult time to have conservative values and be sending your kids to college. And not attending college still really isn't a great option for young kids. That is much easier said than done in our society. This may change in time, but we aren't there just yet. Appreciate any input from this community!

Health officials in the US are deliberately trying to make the vaccinated believe that their risk of covid19 infection is solely due to the unvaccinated.

They also think they're going to die from Covid19 if they get it.

I'm not convinced that elderly people should get this vaccine. It barely makes sense without the clotting/myocarditis. All vaccines carry a risk of adverse-side-effects, this virus' IFR continues to drop as it mutates. This is all crazy.

Here in NY, I hear people blaming Floridians for being stubborn.

The vaxed versus the unvaxed, rather than the government, is the objective.

Folks this is a world wide phenomena (mandates, lock downs, quarantines, etc.). This is no coincidence. Why don't the "experts" (self identified) discuss therapeutics? We're focusing on the trees and can't see the forest. This so-called pandemic is being used as a tool to contain, control, and identify (the noncomplying). Their methods are obviously failing to reduce the COVID cases and this is becoming more evident with each passing day. However, that doesn't matter...do as they say or else! They will always obfuscate and blame the noncomplying. Our only hope is to push back and refuse to comply. Educate all those who will listen. We are being governed, educated , and informed by radicals who have nothing in common with the liberals of the past. Wake up! Stand up! Our freedom is at stake.

If Xi/Omi leads to global natural immunity (either thru high transmission rates or on purpose Omicron parties), what are "they" going to do? They could declare victory and bask in echo-chamber adulation and like Scrooge McDuck slosh around in the trillion$ they now control. One could hope that that is all. Unfortunately, history says that they will not go gently into the night. Power over people is addictive (ask Jeffrey Epstein), and absolute power is irresistible. The next step will involve trying to implement complete top-down control. "How many fingers am I holding up?" "How many do you want me to say?" "Yes, you are well now and may go" ... But then elites will fight among themselves, and when elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.
