Twitter’s founder and current board member does not seem to have much use for its other directors; this is not how a company stays independent

Twitter took another big step into Elon Musk’s loving arms on Sunday when Jack Dorsey mocked his fellow board members (in a tweet, of course).

The board has “consistently been the dysfunction of the company,” Dorsey wrote. Dorsey is Twitter’s founder and its human spirit guide, so his voice matters even more than an average board member’s.
