Hi Joseph. If he is asking for a medicinal chemist, and also knows what he is asking for/wants, then I don't think it has to do with vaccines. I myself am a chemist with over 22 years in the Pharma industry. My understanding of a medicinal chemist is someone that works with small molecules, not vaccines. Small molecules are things like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Vaccines are a completely different animal. Even if it is an mRNA vaccine, he'd be looking for a different skill set than a medicinal chemist.
Perhaps he's looking for someone that can analyze the "new" Merck COVID drug and determine if it's just a knockoff of Ivermectin as I've heard it is. Could be perhaps that it's a prodrug (something that turns into Ivermectin in the body) or an active metabolite (an active ingredient that Ivermectin turns into in the body). Maybe it's just a slightly different structure with the same active site. Most of your statin drugs (Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor, etc.) are like that. I've been looking for the chemical structure of this "new" drug online because I have that same question myself. I could tell you if any of these is the case.

I took a look. Molnupiravir is definitely NOT structurally similar to Ivermectin. Not sure why folks are saying it is a knock off, but it is definitely nowhere near the same molecule as Ivermectin. It is however in the same class as azacitidine, which is an approved drug. Both are citidines. Apparently it was originally developed to treat the flu, but was abandoned due to mutagenicity issues.
He calls it a "protease inhibitor that mimics the antiviral properties of ivermectin." May cause birth defects, among other dangers. "Copycat formula." Same but different. Confusing to me and others.

It was for sale over the counter in some countries until COVID, when it was removed for fear people would use it and not get the expensive vaccines or new expensive therapeutics. It was a miracle drug and inventors got a Nobel prize. It has been around for 6 decades.

I am tapped out of resources of IVM here in New York, and was investigating this product. Many folks from the FLCCC.net chat room , say they have taken it, but I wanted to know more about it. The other component is propylene glycol which I know is fine. Any help on this would be great!

You can get Ivermectin if you get in touch with the right doctor. The approved brand, Stromectol, is difficult to come by due to artificial restrictions. However, there are compounding pharmacies that will prepare capsules if you have a prescription. That's how I obtained it.

"Natural causes" was also put as the cause of death of my friend's client, who was in his early 50's and in great health. He died 1 1/2 days after getting his first dose. The coroner told his brother the vaccine was the cause, but he was not allowed to put it on the autopsy report.
The only way to determine the cause of death, is if it is a coroner's case and an autopsy was done. It would be very unusual to do an autopsy on a 99-year-old, unless the death was suspicious. Usually, the patient's doctor just releases the body to the funeral home. She died on 12-30, over a holiday weekend. I doubt a coroner would have time to do an autopsy, get the lab results back, and have a written report completed in such a short time. I would guess her agent just made that up.

There were some comments on threads a couple months back from people inside the industry. They were describing the manufacturing process and quality control. The likely subject was VAERS S/AE analysis showing anomalous lots.
Basically they made clear that QC isn't really possible because the manufacturing process ends in the body. In other words, each instruction might not come out as expected and each instruction can't be inspected on the line, of course, even with random sampling. This is a point that especially irks my more tech and science leaning friends who bought in and are "vaxed." They hadn't thought of it, apparently.

Any news on the safety of NovaVax? It’s coming and approved already some places. I can’t seem to find info on the safety profile of the rollout. My doc recommended I wait for it due to my Lyme flare up. I wonder how if anything is safe.
My husband has a fairly severe case of Rheumatoid Arthritis (12 years and counting) and while he and I are completely opposed to the vax, he also came across studies that stated those with autoimmune diseases shouldn’t be vaxxed. Also, our GP recommended he NOT be vaccinated (which was very surprising...my husband said the doctor kind of looked around the examining room first, and then spoke in a lower tone when he told him that... 😉)

I am reading his book now and it confirms everything g I’ve seen to date. I’m impressed and I hope the legal system catches up to these guys soon. Meanwhile I’d like to attend my daughters graduation in NYC in May, and the pressure is on to find something safe so I can. NYC has gone crazy imo. I like the idea of the proteins subunit, but don’t know if they’ve left things out of their trial data like Pfizer did. I’ve seen so many stokes and brain hemorrhages among my friends and acquaintances from this generation of shots. I don’t want anything to do with the sharp thing. I'm not a doctor, but I know that no covid vax thus far is safe or effective. In reality, they are dangerous and completely ineffective to give anyone any kind of immunity. Maybe Novavax will be different, but I'd wait until complete testing is done over a few years, lest you just like the idea of being a guinea pig.

My company got the contract to build out AZ facility for the vax in the UK. I couldn't believe it when the UK gov were promising the vax in Dec 2021 as we hadn't struck a blow on the build yet and I knew how long these things took to a) design, b) build and c) test/commission. There simply isn't enough capacity in the UK for the mass vax approach so they must have sourced it from abroad and made smaller quantities over here.
You should look into acuitas therapeutics/holdings. Even though they are an innovative Canadian company that invented Lnp delivery technology Trudeau barely said 2 words about them. Rumour has it the Trudeau foundation has invested in them for years. Acuitas holdings just bought up rideshare now called Evmo with a commitment to go all electric. Could be perhaps that it's a prodrug (something that turns into Ivermectin in the body) or an active metabolite (an active ingredient that Ivermectin turns into in the body). Maybe it's just a slightly different structure with the same active site. Most of your statin drugs (Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor, etc.) are like that. I've been looking for the chemical structure of this "new" drug online because I have that same question myself. I could tell you if any of these is the case.

I took a look. Molnupiravir is definitely NOT structurally similar to Ivermectin. Not sure why folks are saying it is a knock off, but it is definitely nowhere near the same molecule as Ivermectin. It is however in the same class as azacitidine, which is an approved drug. Both are citidines. Apparently it was originally developed to treat the flu, but was abandoned due to mutagenicity issues.

I'm not a pharmacist or chemist, but best I can tell and someone here who is can correct me, but they are chemically different. Ivermectin is Safe and been in use for years. It was for sale over the counter in some countries until COVID, when it was removed for fear people would use it and not get the expensive vaccines or new expensive therapeutics. It was a miracle drug and inventors got a Nobel prize. It has been around for 6 decades.

I am a chemist as well, and in an unrelated query, I have been unable to find out much information about "Glycerol Formal" which is an excipient in the Durvet 1% Ivermectin Sterile solution for bovine. I am tapped out of resources of IVM here in New York, and was investigating this product. Many folks from the FLCCC.net chat room , say they have taken it, but I wanted to know more about it. The other component is propylene glycol which I know is fine. Any help on this would be great!

You can get Ivermectin if you get in touch with the right doctor. The approved brand, Stromectol, is difficult to come by due to artificial restrictions. However, there are compounding pharmacies that will prepare capsules if you have a prescription. That's how I obtained it.

The only way to determine the cause of death, is if it is a coroner's case and an autopsy was done. It would be very unusual to do an autopsy on a 99-year-old, unless the death was suspicious. Usually, the patient's doctor just releases the body to the funeral home. She died on 12-30, over a holiday weekend. I doubt a coroner would have time to do an autopsy, get the lab results back, and have a written report completed in such a short time. I would guess her agent just made that up.

There were some comments on threads a couple months back from people inside the industry. They were describing the manufacturing process and quality control. The likely subject was VAERS S/AE analysis showing anomalous lots.
Basically they made clear that QC isn't really possible because the manufacturing process ends in the body. In other words, each instruction might not come out as expected and each instruction can't be inspected on the line, of course, even with random sampling. This is a point that especially irks my more tech and science leaning friends who bought in and are "vaxed." They hadn't thought of it, apparently.

My husband has a fairly severe case of Rheumatoid Arthritis (12 years and counting) and while he and I are completely opposed to the vax, he also came across studies that stated those with autoimmune diseases shouldn’t be vaxxed. Also, our GP recommended he NOT be vaccinated (which was very surprising...my husband said the doctor kind of looked around the examining room first, and then spoke in a lower tone when he told him that... 😉)

Maybe you should try seeing a naturopathic dr who could give you more info on the safety of the vax for you. Most of us here won't take the shot & have done research on why. You can check out RFK's website on vaxs if you want more info. Just ask lots of ?s and be very careful.
I am reading his book now and it confirms everything g I’ve seen to date. I’m impressed and I hope the legal system catches up to these guys soon. Meanwhile I’d like to attend my daughters graduation in NYC in May, and the pressure is on to find something safe so I can. NYC has gone crazy imo. I like the idea of the proteins subunit, but don’t know if they’ve left things out of their trial data like Pfizer did. I’ve seen so many stokes and brain hemorrhages among my friends and acquaintances from this generation of shots. I don’t want anything to do with the sharp thing. I’ve been sheltering in place for nearly two years, with as many visits as I can arrange from friends on the porch. Will they truth be out by May?? Maybe..meanwhile I’m on the hunt for something safe. Or sanity to return to the world. That’d be better. I follow the FLCCC protocol for prevention, have lost ten pounds, either swim or walk outside every day, got my Vitamin D up to 82, finding similar friends now…I feel pretty good and I’d still like to go to graduation in May.

I'm not a doctor, but I know that no covid vax thus far is safe or effective. In reality, they are dangerous and completely ineffective to give anyone any kind of immunity. Maybe Novavax will be different, but I'd wait until complete testing is done over a few years, lest you just like the idea of being a guinea pig.

At the school in my town, they had one of the children's hospitals come to the school to "vax" the kids. I think the older teens didn't need to have a parent present when shot but the younger ones could have the parent there when shot. That's what I was wondering. Is this a "medicinal chemist" in relation to the mRNA vaccines, the new Pfizer and Merck drugs, or the Adenovirus vaccines? Or even the traditional egg based vaccines? All are entirely different processes with almost entirely different areas of expertise. I don't even know if the mRNA vaccine production process is public knowledge.

My company got the contract to build out AZ facility for the vax in the UK. I couldn't believe it when the UK gov were promising the vax in Dec 2021 as we hadn't struck a blow on the build yet and I knew how long these things took to a) design, b) build and c) test/commission. There simply isn't enough capacity in the UK for the mass vax approach so they must have sourced it from abroad and made smaller quantities over here.
You should look into acuitas therapeutics/holdings. Even though they are an innovative Canadian company that invented Lnp delivery technology Trudeau barely said 2 words about them. Rumour has it the Trudeau foundation has invested in them for years. Acuitas holdings just bought up rideshare now called Evmo with a commitment to go all electric. They were also involved in a legal battle over the patent for Lnp tech with arbutus and moderna for a long time before the pandemic. Trudeau has a thing for vaccines and climate change/ electric tech. So there is some kind of connection there but I cant figure it out and they have ghosted acuitas investment info on canadas version of the SEC.
