The current alteration of the law allows District Court Judges to deny a jury trial and hold an ad hoc bench trial. The ad hoc bench trial comes about as a result of a distorted (Pleading) Dismissal Protocol. (It was not always this way.) This is a vital idea. NO JURY TRIAL. In order to defend your First Amendment rights, you have to have a right to a Jury Trial. That right was stripped away. Without a Jury Trial you are stripped of your right to full discovery, you are stripped of your right to cross examine the other side (and expose their lies), you are stripped of a FULL reading of the law. The bad Supreme Court decisions were based on EXPEDIENCY. They were put in place by CONSERVATIVE JUSTICES going to bat for corporations. The CORE PRINCIPLE that now reigns in the courts is EXPEDIENCY. Re read your pained plea (above) and you will see it is all about the WALL OF EXPEDIENCY you hit. You can make a difference by addressing the issue in public articles (that address all the issues being dismissed by District Judges) or you can team up with a top end Constitutional Lawyer and APPEAL in a major way... primarily addressing the manner in which your Constitutional Right to a Jury Trial was trashed, which ended up tanking your valid First Amendment complaint. (This would require the Supremes to revisit the bad law they brought into existence and REVERSE.) I would be glad to help.

I hope someone wakes up at the DOJ and gives your (actually "our") issue the respect it needs. Not being a lawyer, I can only guess that the reason there is no remedy for 1A cases is that until Biden (OK, maybe Obama), no administration would even think to violate those rights. Having said that, I would think that ANY civil right violated by the government would be actionable and recoverable.
I suspect that the current administration doesn't really have an answer on how to handle such monstrous actions of some parts of the U.S. government against law abiding citizens and actual elected officials even if we the citizen are their supposed "bosses" in the end. Probably the same reason why the Epstein situation has stalled out, as well as the JFK assassin files released, etc, etc. If the actual truths are revealed and a noticeable amount of the population (3% or greater) took up arms to defy the government, even the most supported leaders going into such a crisis may not be able to full things out of the fire. I know young US military NCOs who will not use their weapons against the civilian population of the country who are not engaged in "terrorism" against the government but are fighting for their Bill of Rights guarantees. DOJ should support you on this one. I think that it is in our best interest. Trump made a major error in appointing Pam Bondi as AG. He trusts her to do his wishes and she is not and I do not think that he is following up. She has not cleaned house in the DOJ. The DOJ is appealing the removal of fluoride in our water, which is position that RFK Jr supported strongly. DOJ has continued the Biden position on the Brooke Jackson case. There are many other cases in which the DOJ should be taking a different position, but they are not. Suzie Wiles may also be obstructing of Trump's intentions. Suzie might even be said to be running the White House.
I have to admit this is disturbing. If we don't right all the wrongs that were committed during the fake pandemic, it will just happen again ... only next time they will be smarter. Trump is missing an opportunity here. So far ... zero consequences!
