As I've gotten older, it has been my habit to go long on decisions. Owning property, relationships and other major life choices. Not taking these shots has been maybe the best from an impact / recovery standpoint. You can always get out of a bad house deal but there is no getting out of these shots once taken. Sadly, many people will find this out the hard way. Pray, plan, prepare, RESIST.

Feel the same way, however, I'm 59 and fat, so because I didn't take the vax route I felt that I needed an alternative plan. I assumed that inaction was too risky. For me it was vitamin D sufficiency (I take 7500 IU per day and my blood test shows that I'm "only" 43 ng/ml). I also take quercetin + zinc a few times a week, and during the Covid Wars I took 12 mg of ivermectin every 4 days. I have lost 20 lbs in the past year (not good enough) and I walk 10 miles a week. The silver lining in this bio war against the people is that some have learned to improve/augment their own immune system, and also to know that most doctors are blind and obedient followers of authority, no matter how silly and corrupt that authority may be.

Good for you!! I do the same, except Ivermectin. Can't seem to get it with CC. I do not have Pay Pal. Nor would I. Not giving checks ahead with my info to other countries. Anyways.. I was overweight. 204 at 5'8. I got a 5 month old pup and started training( lots of walking). Lost 70 lbs in one year. Only change in diet was much less sugar and eating in 8 hr window. Nothing after 6 pm. You would be amazed at how easy it is to get used to. I used to stay up til all hours and eat mindlessly.. Before. One thing this nightmare has taught me is how to research. I admit I bought into this the first month. Until... I realized there were NO BIOHAZARD BINS AND BIG BOX STORES COULD STAY OPEN!! That got me started, as well as the whole mask nonsense!! What I have learned is we have all been lied to our whole lives. Everything.. Not just Covid.

No kidding we have been lied to for decades starting with Ancel Keys' fake, pro-sugar lobby takedown of 'fats' leading to a society built on sugar. Hell, since all vaccines have come out after herd immunity has been reached(yes, Smallpox) I question everything.

I always think back to my mother who was a nurse purposely putting me in a group of kids with red spots(chix pox)...

And how about sunscreen..... blocks vitamin D, it's full of chemical toxins and our skin is the largest organ of our body. Destroys ocean eco systems. Rickets outbreaks have been happening in small children as they are lathered in sunscreen, getting no nourishing sun on their skin. I honestly think sunscreen promotion is part of a plan to destroy human health for profit. Enjoy the sun, seek shade, wear protective clothing and seek natural sunscreen like coconut oil. Yes, it works and has been used for millennia

Finally, someone who agrees with me about sunscreen. I do not think they are intentionally out to destroy human health, but they are definitely out for profit.

I started wondering about sunscreen when we started going to Greece every year and the only people slathering it all over their kids were the tourists. You can literally spot the North Americans by the SPF factor on their bottles, lol

Yes agreed. Profit is the main driver. Find (or create) a problem and offer a profitable(and perpetual) solution. Seeking profit might lead one to engage in sinister activity to maintain market hold. I read some time ago that conventional sun screens would reduce the levels of skin cancer - except for melanoma. Higher levels of sun exposure reportedly showed an inverse relationship to melanoma. In other words, sunscreens helped prevent the largely harmless skin cancers while getting a fair amount of sun decreases the rate or melanomas. (Sorry, no references on this - but there is probably more information on line about this relationship).

You are so right about the faulty research done by Keys regarding fat in our diets. And then the “low-fat heart healthy” diet became a religion. It got to the point that anyone who disagreed with the hypothesis about the heart healthy low-fat diet couldn’t get grant funding and/or were shunned by colleagues. Sound familiar with “climate change” and with covid?

A fascinating book on how all of this actually happened and how it has negatively affected our society is “The Big Fat Surprise” by Nina Teicholz. (Good fats actually belong in our diets. Hooray!) It’s an easy read and is so interesting - not to mention helpful for healthy eating.

"...couldn’t get grant funding and/or were shunned by colleagues." Sigh. Government never has new ideas; guess what Tony FauXi controls? $50B in research funding and we don't have to guess who gets cash and who doesn't. Pretty frightening, really. BUT! That is why we make the investment into people like Alex - we can learn far more from each other, right!? I love these Substacks because we don't need other sources for the most part. Thanks for the mention of that book. My oldest just finished her BioMed degree awaiting med school and she has helped our whole family readjust our diets back to fat based(tastes way gooder, too :-D).

Expand full comment

Made me smile. You have that right!

Two points about good fats in our diet -

1. Our pcp in MA (from which we escaped over a year ago back to my home state of Florida) was Harvard medical and at MASS General and was the one who recommended the book. He said he knew that’s the way I grew up diet wise (eggs/bacon for breakfast and meat, 2 veggies and a salad for dinner - low carbs ) and said he was furious with himself as he always reads all the studies but incorrectly assumed the low-fat heart healthy diet was “settled science.” Well, surprise, surprise.

2. The other story is about my brother-in-law who has his doctorate in animal physiology and was a prof at Texas A&M and then worked in genetics for a large cattle ranch in Oklahoma. His doc wanted him to lose weight and lower his cholesterol by going on a low fat diet. He made a bet with his doc he could do both by losing the carbs and increasing his good fat. Bingo. He won the bet.

Common sense and moderation solve a lot of problems. Unfortunately, both seem to be in short supply.

Yes. I bought "The Real Anthony Fauci" on Audible and listened to the whole thing over a period of weeks. It is an amazing book, well written. It could easily be recognized as one of the top books of the 21st century. It documents Fauci's 50-year pattern of suppressing the cheap drugs that easily solve diseases in favor of his expensive pharmaceuticals in which he is vested, and often which have proven to be toxic. It documents his long history of utterly destroying the careers of real doctors and scientists who sought the truth and were willing to put their lives on the line to expose him. It is the story of how to create and perfect a medical / pharmaceutical monopoly that morphs into a tyranny. It will become obvious from reading this book that his lack of a moral compass has resulted in many thousands of unnecessary deaths, and many thousands more ending up with poor health. These include many deaths during medical experiments, particularly on vulnerable children and minorities. The health of Americans over the 50 years of his career, during the time that he has been charge of public health, has drastically declined, and this book shows you how he did it. It is a book that could bring Fauci down and I hope it does. Watching Fauci after the book came out, I think it is having an effect. I don't think he is capable of self-reflection, but I can imagine the horror he is experiencing at the thought of his crimes being found out and made known to the world. I personally think that every person who reads this book, just by knowing the truth, the real truth, moves the needle toward a better world. Knowledge is power.

It's hard to read due to the constant disgust and anger factor...I could only handle it in small bits. So many people should be in prison for what they have done over the years. Another great read to get a full historical perspective on all vaccines is "Dissolving Illusions." Some of the behaviors we have seen in 2022 with regard to vaccines was also done in the late 1800's with the smallpox vaccine development. There have always been scientists pushing a vaccine and censoring and trying to ruin those who dissent with the vaccine. I was amazed to read how many things have not changed.

But the FLCCC (Frontline Covid Critical Care) Alliance can put you in touch with docs in your local area who will dispense both IVM and Hydroxychloroquine. HCQ is less than $1 a pill (IVM is more) but the good news there is that HCQ is actually supposed to be better for the omicron variant (This is on the FLCCC website and they were early advocates and frontline docs using and seeing success with IVM early on.) Having said that, we have a friend in his mid 80s who just got omicron and used IVM with great success. His symptoms were of a moderate cold.

I was told the same but it is almost impossible to OD on Vitamin D3/K2. The research is out there. People have taken extremely high doses without issues. That said, the absolute best way to get D3 is from the sun between 10-2 PM. Have lunch outside, with as little clothing as you can get away with. Darker skin - stay out longer in order to absorb enough D. Light skinned people - don't need to stay out as long to get enough. Download the D Minder app and it will tell you exactly when and what to do depending on your longitude and skin color. D3 is the queen bee when it comes to vital nutrients.

I added K2 in 2021, initially by finding a combo pill (Vitamin Shoppe) with 5000 iu D and 100 mcg K2. Then I read somewhere you should not take them both at the same time. (I also read that 5,000 iu D is on the high end and one should not take more...? Yet some people take a lot more.) So I mix it up, taking them separately at different times of the day, some days I take 4000 iu of D, sometimes I take the combo pill.

It’s recommended that one has a test to check on vitamin D levels. Fauci was taking 8,000-9,000 IU daily. Go figure. It depends on your capacity to absorb it.

I believe (see disclaimer below) that if you are suffering from obesity, you should supplement with about 100 to 150 IU per kilogram bodyweight per day. So 100 kg (220 lb) means 10,000 to 15,000 IU/day. The latter is 0.375 mg a day, which is a gram every 7.3 years. Please see the table towards the end of https://nutritionmatters.substack.com/p/calcifediol-to-boost-25-hydroxyvitamin. The amount per kg for people not suffering from obesity is 70 to 100 IU/day, based on Afshar et al. 2020: https://vitamindstopscovid.info/01-supp/#2020-Afshar . For those suffering from obesity, a factor of 1.5 times this is needed, according to my analysis of Ekwaru et al. 2014: https://vitamindstopscovid.info/01-supp/a-ratios/ . The table, from (retired) Professor of Medicine Sunil Wimalwansa in New Jersey (CV: https://www.ama-assn.org/system/files/2019-03/bio-sketch-sunil-wimalawansa_0.pdf ) is based on these two ranges of quantities, with a third range with a 2.0 multiplier which he judges is appropriate for those suffering from morbid obesity. Obesity causes many problems with health in general and especially COVID-19: https://aminotheory.com/cv19/obesity/ . It also lowers circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D because the excess fat cells absorb it and do not return much of it to the bloodstream. Obesity is in part an inflammatory condition, which causes and in part is caused by low 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Obesity involves ectopic adipocytes (fat cells where they do not belong) in the alveolar (air sac) tissue of the lungs. There, they emit pro-inflammatory cytokines and can be infected by SARS-CoV-2.

This table is now incorporated into the the FLCCC's I-MASK+ home treatment protocol https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/ and is for long term maintenance of 50 ng/mL or more 25-hydroxyvitamin D, which is what the immune system needs to function properly. See the graph from Quraishi et al. 2014: https://vitamindstopscovid.info/02-autocrine/#04-quraishi .

It takes several months to attain the desired 25-hydroxyvitamin D level with these long-term vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplemental intakes. For those who are ill and have not been adequately supplementing vitamin D3 for months, there is an urgent need to boost there 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. Bolus (large, single dose, such as 10 mg 400,000 IU, for 70 kg bodyweight without obesity) vitamin D3 can do this in (very approximately) 4 days.

The best approach - which can make the difference between harm / rapid recovery and life / death - is to boost the circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in about 4 hours with a single oral dose of calcifediol, which is the pharma name for 25-hydroxyvitamin D. This involves (roughly, it is not at all critical) 0.014 mg calcifediol per kg bodyweight, as shown in the table (also from Prof. Wimalawansa) in the FLCCC's MATH+ hospital treatment protcol.

More details on using calcifediol or bolus vitamin D3, and the need to maint the initially boosted levels with regular vitamin D3, are at: https://nutritionmatters.substack.com/p/calcifediol-to-boost-25-hydroxyvitamin .

I am 69 kg and take a 1.25mg 50,000 IU vitamin D3 capsule every week. It is best not to space intakes out by more than a week: https://asbmr.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/jbm4.10606 . I guess my 25-hydroxyvitamin D level is at least 50 ng/mL and maybe 100 ng/mL. This is good enough for me - I don't feel the need to test it. There is very little vitamin D3 in food or multiivitamins. It can be made from UV-B skin exposure but this is not always avaiable, and the UV-B inevitably causes DNA damage and so raises the risk of skin cancer. (Ther may well be other benefits from sunlight and UV-B skin exposure, but it is not a good way to get sufficient vitamin D3 on a long-term basis.)

The MDs and researchers I collaborate with regarding raising awareness of vitamin D and the immnue system believe that magnesium is also a very common deficiency. I think that boron is another neglected nutrient, the deficiency of which makes inflammatory disorders worse. See the research articles cited at: https://aminotheory.com/cv19/#08-boron .

I have no medical qualifications or experience. Please read the research articles I cite in the above pages and at https://vitamindstopscovid.info/05-mds/ to help you and/or your healthcare professional make well informed decisions regarding nutrition and health.

“Stealth” omicron. It just had to have a sinister sounding adjective. In reality, it’s an Omi variant, that is more transmissible, allegedly.

For those of us not living in fear, and PUREBLOOD, getting Omi is essential, for natural immunity. It is truly mild for typical healthy people. It was a 2-3 day event for me, no fever, ticklish throat, a little malaise and some minor congestion, and that’s it. My prep for Covid has been Zelenko protocol, plus a broad multi-vitamin supplement, k2, magnesium, potassium and NAC. This for a late 50s dude carrying a few extra pounds around.

Where I live in MA, a local pub/restaurant I used to frequent is still demanding proof of boosters for anyone 12 years and up, and proof of injection for anyone 5 years and up to dine inside "In an effort to keep our staff and guests as safe as we possibly can." Indeed 🇨🇦 has🤢 I live here… & I just tried to renew my License… no joke - Service Canada wants us using the “digital ID” passport = All your personal info stored in your phone🤮 no physical documents anymore. I told them to shove it of course. NO WAY. Optional for now but in less than 12 months our dictator government plans to have us all converted to digital ID. My quick response to Service Canada was - nope I don’t have a phone! She just about fell over… but what is their brilliant plan for those who don’t have cell phones? The corruption is SO rampant in our political system here in ALL 3 parties it’s truly a joke. It’s a “selection” not an election. Major purge needed.😔😔😔

Ann, I’m truly curious. Why did Canadians vote Trudeau into office? Did people really think he was suited for the job? I know he has that pedigree, but still?

Expand full comment

I agree with what Alex has written below here👍👏 I too believe absolutely it was about him wanting to extend his mandate👍 Now: WHY did Canadians elect him? My opinion here: Deep deep programming, Fear from the pandemic which was in full swing- just for the record; history will hopefully correct that someday… “plandemic”; & also because Canadians up until now: have been pathetically trusting, gullible, lacking in critical thinking skills & have really enjoyed being co- parented by the government. Some will continue to be duped forever… but that’s my humble opinion. Stay fierce🇺🇸& sending my very best💙

Expand full comment

I think he called an election to extend his mandate. An election was due in 2023 but since there was a pandemic he saw a chance to consolidate power so he called an election not because he wanted to win a majority necessarily - though maybe he thought he could - but because when you call an election it resets the cycle so now the next election is in 2025 and he just bought himself two years. The party probably figured we at worst will win a minority but get two years. I could be wrong. Also, I lay the blame on the Conservatives and O'Toole. Basically, they were Liberal light. They essentially agreed with the Liberal agenda. So if you were a 'swing' voter ready to move on from Justin, the Cons didn't give you a reason to vote for them so they calculated may as well still with Justin. Personally, I thought that was a silly move. It was still better to vote Cons and deal with O'Toole's nonsense later. The bottom line is O'Toole may have been weak but he wasn't mentally ill and an ideologue like Justin. Canadians still haven't woken to the fact Justin is balls to the wall a totalitarian shitstain.

A Prime Minister is not elected like an American President. While I think Wikip has been corrupted, you can type Canadian Prime Minister and i believe see the process of determination. It is just like UK or Australia to best of my knowledge. I am here in US. Not Canadian. So I’m not sure. But the people elect the Members of Parliament for certain areas. In Quebec Trudeau was elected MP for a “riding” which appears on the map to be approx the size of a medium county or parish. Trudeau is part of the liberal party. That party had a majority in Parliament and, if I understand right, they chose him as their leader. Unlike the US, there are several parties. The anti mandate party in Canada are the Conservatives.

License for what from Service Canada? They run pensions and old age security. I just renewed by driver's license no problem and I'm in the worst province of them all in Quebec. I know digital ID is coming but it won't be tied to vaccine status - although they can always try. Same wth my passport. Either way, I'm not interested in playing but not sure if it's going to be as bad as claimed. Problem is the government doing this is a very foul one. See my longer reply below from a few secs ago. I wanted to add that some jab injuries are probably BECAUSE they were “effective”. I’ve heard of people getting jabbed shortly after having Covid19 itself. Proof? Look at openvaers, this seems to be common in death cases that I’ve read. I’m not a physiologist but seems plausible that the body already had enough antibodies and the result of the jab was either a complicated autoimmune response or maybe even a simpler heightened cytokine reaction. My guess is this is one of the classic allergic responses and possibly even became in some anaphylactic. Dr Chetty in South Africa and other physicians even here have treated many covid symptoms like allergies. Quercetin, used by Zelenko and by FLCCC protocols has effect like a natural antihistamine amongst other uses.

Whoops, I think this reply was longer not shorter, sorry.

Expand full comment

There are plenty of studies showing it boosted antibodies for a limited period of time. Look, if you dismiss ALL their claims, even the true ones, they’ll dismiss you. I’m firmly on this side of the argument. Enough data (including what Berenson presented here) shows the sheer idiocy of these clot shots. Same sort of observational data coming out of most highly jabbed countries. It’s certainly why Scotland stopped posting the data. Even Malone or Kirsch or Yeadon have said there has been proof of a certain level of antibody production. What we are arguing is that ultimately the jabs are definitely not safe and their effectiveness is so limited before becoming leaky, causing ADE or Th2?immunopathology And variants. Basically Mareks disease in humans. And no I’m no expert so I could have said the last sentence slightly incorrectly but I think you get my drift. If you really want a study, read Malone’s and VandenBossche ‘s stuff. I can’t explain it like they do.

You know what else creates antibodies? Natural immunity. (EDIT: My point being: your body isn't defenseless without the vaccine - a fairly small percent of those coming down with covid have serious issues. And even if you have antibodies, unless it's the right antibodies it doesn't matter - like the antibodies from the vaccines targeting the original spike protein going up against omicron.)

Every study I've looked at doesn't count one as vaccinated until 2 weeks after the 2nd (or subsequent shot). Since there's a 2 week worry window after a shot where many people get covid, that skews any claimed effect. See Alex's post here for example evidence. https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/covid-infections-and-deaths-soar?s=r

The bad cat goes into more detail here: https://boriquagato.substack.com/p/alberta-gets-caught-palming-cards?s=r

which also references his earlier work that shows the statistical games being played. https://boriquagato.substack.com/p/bayesian-datacrime-defining-vaccine?utm_source=substack&utm_campaign=post_embed&utm_medium=web&s=r

No need, I already agree with you I just think the degree of effectiveness is more what both of us are looking at. I definitely, completely and absolutely see (I don’t like the word “believe” because THIS especially is not faith it’s absolute immunology 101, fact that is being ignored by main stream): I see that natural immunity is and always has been far superior to vaccine induced antibodies. It is durable, robust and complete. So no, I will agree with YOU. I was simply saying the other side has proven this bit of vaccine induced antibody production. If you do not call that “effective” I agree but it does have a minor amount of effectiveness. Ultimately it fails on all levels.

For what it's worth, some of us, like myself, are unvaxed, but still have never had covid. I'm in my early 60s, and I'm still trying to be careful. You may see me in the grocery store wearing a mask; I still wear a mask if I'm going to be indoors for an extended period of time, in close quarters with a bunch of people. Yes, I'm wearing the mask less and less indoors. I've never worn a mask outdoors. The last thing I want someone to think when they see me at the grocery store wearing a mask is that I'm a triple vacced Kool-Aid drinker! So, I just wanted to point out that there are still some of us pure bloods who have never had covid who are over 60, and just trying to stay safe. Whether the mask works or not- I realize it probably does very, very little - so I do admit after 2 years of all this crap, it's just a little extra measure that some of us may be giving up ever so slowly. If I'm running into the quick Mart to pick up milk, I don't wear it. I will say yesterday was my first trip to the grocery store where I did not wear the mask!

And no, I didn't avoid her, as much as my husband tried to get me to stay away. I don't wear a mask anywhere, I don't sanitize everything I touch. I live like I did post-2020. And I'm over 50.

I am 61, have no antibodies for Covid (have checked twice...once in 2020 and once two months ago) and have never worn a mask (a "true" mask~~I would wear a mesh mask that looked legit in order to get into our local Co-op and that was it). It's been my opinion the entire time that masks might actually trap the nasty virus stuff right next to your nose and mouth where you don't want it. To me, the masks seem like germ-ridden, nasty, bacteria-factories.

Expand full comment

I understand your fear, but there really is no reason to fear (as long as you follow prevention protocols like the FLCCC's). I am in my late 40s, morbidly obese with a serious pre-existing condition that makes me at risk for Covid complications. I am a pure pure blood as well - unvaxxed and never had Covid (knock on wood). I live in a blue state where the indoor mask mandates were lifted Memorial Day 2021 and I haven't worn my mask since (except in medical offices where it is still required by law). I follow the FLCCC's prevention protocols which includes nutraceuticals to improve your immune system like Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Quercetin and yes, Ivermectin. Instead of masking I use the Iodine Povine sprays and anti-virucidal mouthwashes when I'm around large groups of people indoors. I have been exposed to Covid from others and thankfully have been okay.

Expand full comment

Even in hospitals and medical offices, compliance is voluntary (at least at the hospital my wife was in for ten days in 2021). It is mandatory for them to put up signs and hand out masks, but that is does not mean you have to wear them. Although every sign says everyone has to wear a mask, no one in the hospital said a word, when I (six to seven hours a day) and others did not. That has been my approach the whole time - unless someone physically forces me to wear a mask, I will not wear one (and no one has tried to force me). When medical office or hospital personnel hand me a mask, I put it in my pocket and keep moving. The whole mask charade has been about voluntary compliance; the more people comply, the easier it is to mandate.

I think this is a really important post from Alex because we need to now be very honest about Covid as a public health issue. I know many of us on here have been honest the whole time - which has been a maddening experience - but with Israel failing to put a lid on deaths, the time has come to just be honest and frank with detailed objective data analysis about who is dying and why. Because Covid will not be controlled with the beloved vaccines, people need to have an honest understanding about their own health, their own risks, and what can be done to manage what will likely be repeated infections over the years. For those of us who are relatively young, in good health, unvaccinated, and post-infection (possibly multiple), we need to understand where we sit regarding our health and our future moving forward. Let’s have an honest discussion about natural immunity and maintaining a strong immune system. Enough with the propaganda because it’s only going to get more people harmed if they don’t have an honest understanding of the issue.

Imagine just how many lives could have been saved and illnesses treated and prevented from not just COVID but heart disease, diabetes and many other diseases if we talked about easy inexpensive measures that don’t involve drugs or even supplements really:

I guess to the left, it’s a shame they couldn’t just snap their fingers and wipe out half the population on earth.

This is beyond class warfare, this is class genocide, and, we just continue to willingly walk to the execution chambers, in this case, sitting in a seat and exposing our upper shoulder…

Wow, if only Marvel knew that the Infinity Wars movie was the precursor to reality…

And no they’ve so spun the narrative in Ukraine that anyone who says a bit of reason there (I personally think that’s a messed up situation on both sides but WE shouldn’t be supporting anyone but the PEOPLE of Ukraine, not their govt.), is labeled a baby killer. And since we are the ones spouting reason, we are once again being vilified.

The media and public health will NEVER deny anything. The whole narrative is based on these shots and they will do all they can to avoid their narrative collapsing like a house of cards. All they're gonna do is blame it on the unvaccinated, missing boosters or something else, like climate change, a new variant, or Putin.

I am 75, in excellent health and able-bodied. My husband is 89 and has COPD and dementia. Neither of us has been vaxxed or tested. We have been taking HCQ, vitamins C and D3; zinc. We wear masks only when compelled, and we have socialized as normally as possible throughout. After Christmas, two of our out-of-town kids and three of the grands visited for four days. They were all vaxxed to the max. Lots of hugging and kissing, and they did a fair amount of shopping and traipsing around town. The evening of the day they all left, every one of them came down with COVID; we remained symptom-free. We have known not one person who has died from COVID. We have known four people who have died (3) or been severely harmed (1) by the vax. The two unvaccinated people in our circle who have contracted COVID and required hospitalization for pneumonia, have recovered. Something wicked this way comes.

Glad to hear your kids and grand-kids visited, hugged/kissed you and did not fear being in your presence. Also glad to hear you avoided symptoms. If the same circumstance happened in my circles here in MA, the un-injected would likely have been viewed with extreme suspicion and possibly even blamed for the outbreak, even though the un-injected had no symptoms.

To me, an indictment that most Americans are selfish, shameless and uncaring for the common man.

Two years ago I said this “pandemic” will reveal who is selfless vs selfish.

Now, we see the basic impulse of humans is be either cruel or cower. The real pandemic is sociopathy AND cowardice. And you need both for evil to thrive and crush relentlessly.

Good luck to you and loved ones navigating the end of this society…sorry to say…

They have a 3rd choice and that is to continually say the vaccines work because most people do not look beyond the headlines. I've realized truth is like history and it is decided by who is in power. So the "truth" is these vaccines work, new shots will come out every year for the new variants, & digital ID will be necessary to track jabs. Years from now this is what will be in history books (lol, will kids even study history out of books?). A pandemic happened, mRNA saved the world and digital ID life is just normal life. Can you even remember when we didn't have digital ID? Me neither, that is so weird! How did people live before digital ID and mRNA jabs yearly to keep them safe? This is the future--I don't see how we stop this.

Folks, remember with Vit D that not everyone converts sunlight into the hormone D very well. I have always been tan- but my levels have been low when not supplementing. I took the raw data from my 23 and Me and had it analyzed and discovered some interesting things, one of which was trouble converting Vit D from sun. I don't know how common this is, but get your levels checked.

Expand full comment

This Israeli doctor who pioneered vit D for covid said in an interview that he swims in the Israeli sun daily for 90 minutes (very direct sunlight) and *still* is deficient unless he supplements. I expect the underlying mechanisms were evolved while we were still living on the plains of Africa -- near the equator.

It’s class genocide…

In my opinion, people in positions of power influence and control of whatever facet of society need to be so horrifically and pervasively ostracized and marginalized, they basically flee or fight back and are then totally decimated by appropriate self-defense…

Most people in the US have never had to risk anything to enjoy the life they enjoy. Most are late comers. And they come here cowering from their oppressors. They are not fighters. They are like a Californian who moves to Texas fleeing oppressors and bring with them their appetite for controlling others and being controlled.

Since people are doing home testing due to Biden's waste-of-taxpayer-money free tests in your mailbox and mine, the case rates are of course decreasing because they are not recorded. The mainstream media, Fauci and CDC do not address this.

That said, many of us are compelled to be vaccinated and wear masks because well-meaning but misguided adult kids force us to do this to see them and our grandkids, in addition to those forced for school or work. This will continue, I believe, many years into the future, if not permanently. A hypochondriac, increasingly obese, faceless society, never-ending COVID, poor immunity due to over vaccinating.
