Alex, please, please, please sue. You are in the perfect position to bring a suit that could actually change the totalitarian censorship of speech that is rampant across social media platforms. The rest of us do not have the standing to do what you can do. If you do not want to bring your own lawsuit, please consider joining the lawsuit that includes President Trump and other conservatives. You are meticulous about factual accuracy, citing sources, and correcting even small errors immediately. You are clearly a journalist. I cannot imagine anyone in a better position to fight for our freedom of speech than you. Yes it would be extremely time consuming and I am sure that you would be attacked even more by the leftists and by the totalitarian mob that is silencing all opposition to the Biden regime. The knives are out on Twitter today and it’s ironic considering that your predictions have pretty much all come true i.e. declining vaccine efficacy and infections after vaccination etc. I have no idea what level of protection I have antibody-wise since I’ve been fully backed with Moderna for nearly 6 months. It’s a cluster.

Of course you have a Federal case. The problem is that it's a politically incorrect case, where making the correct ruling will go against the regime and its mouthpieces. And, as others here have noted, Federal judges lost their courage a long time ago.
IMO, Twitter was never a neutral platform. But they are now colluding (voluntarily?) with the federal government to suppress information that challenges or undermines the virus/vaccine narrative, which would seem to be a violation of the First Amendment. I realize Section 230 is the third rail, but there may be no way to solve this problem of arbitrary and capricious censorship without removing Section 230 protections. The social media companies (Twitter, Fakebook, Google, etc.) are too powerful. They must be brought to heel.
There are multiple supreme court rulings specifically to the instances where a government is not allowed to do through the “back door” what it cannot do through the front door. The Supreme Court has set three distinct criteria anyone of which if it is met is a violation of the constitution. I believe trumps lawsuit Speaks to these issues with respect to social media and it’s collaboration with the doors of the federal government which seems to be what is happening with you. Twitter as a private company, does not have an economic interest in your opinions, other than as a corollary to the their political alignment with the current administration and their public statements in congressional hearings under oath- which indicate a clear violation of two of the Supreme Court stipulations referenced above

So very many corporations and companies, big and small, are caving to the social and government pressure (wokeness - I hate that misused and abused term!). The more of them that cave, the bigger the job digging ourselves out of the mess we're in and that pile is already too big to wrap my mind around.
All of Washington DC is against us. Many of the courts are corrupt and have capitulated to the extreme "left." I don't know; whatever your decision, it will be an uphill battle, but I'll try to stand with you for what that is worth.
Personally, I dislike lawsuits. They seem to make lawyers rich and both combatants poorer. I would prefer the good old fashioned "supply and demand" tactic, but are there any viable alternatives that won't cave "tomorrow"? As I said, the more these entities band together (willingly or not) the harder it is to survive outside of the inner circle. I kinda thought that's why we had anti-trust laws and, in the past, why we forced monopolistic mega-corps to split up.
It would be nice to see a massive class-action lawsuit push all these entities back from the cliff's edge.
